“We don't get out to K & M often, but thoroughly enjoy it when we do. I had the combination dinner with brisket and turkey, with cole slaw and cottage cheese for my sides. Service is always fast and friendly, the decor cute and homey with a western feel. Great sauces, pork tenderloins, and onion rings, too! I generally don't need this much sauce, but I was really feeling the spicy sauce today, don't judge 😂.“

“I think I saw an ad for Yafa Cafe on Facebook. We are always searching for good Mediterranean food, it's hard to find in Kansas City. Seeing Kibbeh on the menu automatically moved them to the top on the list. We really enjoyed our meals and appetizers! The kibbeh was good, the spanakopia was good. All of our meals were good. I really enjoyed the creamy chicken plate. The chicken shawarma was good. Everyone liked the kabobs (chicken and beef). We will definitely be back! The owner and employees were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!“

“I had the Red White and Blue Waffle with a side of bacon. The blueberry waffle is topped with strawberries, bananas, with a generous portion of whipped cream.
This waffle was delicious, and the fruit tasted like it was just picked - so fresh you could smell the bananas as soon as she set my plate down.
The bacon was perfectly cooked, imo. Tender crisp.
Our waitress Marcie was very friendly. They were busy, but it didn't take long to get our food.
I would recommend stopping in here for a tasty breakfast. Marcie works every Sunday, so we will definitely go back on a Sunday!“

“My favorite Tex-Mex restaurant in Olathe. I have had an assortment of dishes here, and they were all delicious. Fajitas, Kansas Burrito, Carne Asada plate. The Chips and Dip is good, you can sometimes find a coupon for a free Queso Dip in one of the Valpak or other local flyers. There are only 2 draw backs when coming here. 1st, they are always very busy. Im not a big fan of crowds or being seated back to back against the next table and they try to pack those tables in there like sardines to service the most customers they can. 2nd is that the staff is not always friendly or even helpful when you have questions about a dish. But the food has always been excellent. Even on to go orders.“

“Been wanting to try J’s for a while now and it did not disappoint. Had the burnt end sandwich (minus the cheese) and beans for a side. Burnt ends were tender and smoky with good bark. Beans were good with chunks of brisket in them. But the high light was having the owner offer a taste test of a rack of lamb he just finished. OMG!!! One of the best bbq meats I have ever eaten (and I’ve eaten a LOT). I sincerely hope it makes it on the menu! Great little BBQ spot. I’ll be back!“

They always ask about them if they’re not with us. The food has always been the best Buffet we have found. Always full and love the flavors and variety. “The food was excellent. We ordered 2 orders of crab lagoon, sweet and sour chicken and the triple delight (chicken, beef and shrimp) all with steamed rice. With the assistance of an air fryer the leftovers were as good as the day we picked it up. I was hoping they had direct delivery so my elderly folks could order it more often. They dont like subscribing to delivery services like Doordash, Uber eats, etc... and they dont have a car due to their age. My dad hasn't been eating well lately so it was a pleasure to see him gobble this delicious food up to include the leftovers. ITS A WINNER.“

“The best pizza place in town by far. Sometimes the wait gets a little long but I know the people in the kitchen are working their hardest to make the pizzas. Best staff I've ever met. “They accommodated a very large group of 38 people and it went pretty smooth, they handled it well considering it was a bunch of dads and 3rd grade daughters having dinner before a daddy-daughter dance night out. We went on Monday, had such an amazing dinner that we went back tonight (Tuesday). Our servers both nights were beyond friendly and knowledgeable. I forgot Mondays server name but tonight was Marcos and he was the absolute best! I had the tortilla soup both nights and I just want a gallon of it, the best I have ever had. The toppings added to it overall, and the fresh avocado was so tasty. Really, get it, you won't be the same after. Is getting it 3 days in a row excessive? Hmmmm Taco Tuesday tacos $1 each, ground beef or chicken. The ground beef is well seasoned, and delicious. The avocado salsa is another must try. This is a must and my new favorite place.“
