BUT when I addressed management they were extremely concerned with making things right they, straightened everything out immediately! After the fix I can say next time I pass through I will be sure to stop again.“

“I had a fantastic experience at this Dunkin' Donuts! I ordered five Boston cream donut holes and a medium coffee, and both were absolutely perfect. The coffee was rich and flavorful, and the donut holes were fresh, soft, and filled just right. I really appreciate the team here—everyone did an amazing job. “I ask for less ice every time I order. I wish there was a no ice option. But they always fill the ice up to the ice line. This is after I’ve finished and it’s melted a bit but they did fill it to the ice line. And you can clearly see it says less ice on the cup.“

“The people that work here are always so nice. Even when they’re busy they give great customer service which honestly really impacts people’s mood especially if that’s the way they’re starting their day. Might seem small but they’re making a difference. With so much hate in the world, it’s nice to see people being kind. Especially to strangers. They gave my little girl a free cake pop because I forgot to add it on when I ordered and they did it with a smile. Hope someone who cares gives them some praise because these ladies deserve it. 🩷 btw my drink was a chai frappe with extra base extra chai and double blended and they always make it perfect ✨“

“I only got a caramel frappé but they're so good from any mcdonalds like caramel frappes are to die for, and they have such a nice refreshing sweet taste to them; the whip cream on top really adds to it, and the caramel plays a big role in the flavour. I LOVEEE caramel frappes so much 🤤🤤, I would 100% be coming back for wayyy more. The fries are really good too. They misheard my mom because of her accent but they fixed the mistake quick and were really kind about it. I didn't go in because we went through drive thru.“
