BUT when I addressed management they were extremely concerned with making things right they, straightened everything out immediately! After the fix I can say next time I pass through I will be sure to stop again.“

“I had a fantastic experience at this Dunkin' Donuts! I ordered five Boston cream donut holes and a medium coffee, and both were absolutely perfect. The coffee was rich and flavorful, and the donut holes were fresh, soft, and filled just right. I really appreciate the team here—everyone did an amazing job. “I ask for less ice every time I order. I wish there was a no ice option. But they always fill the ice up to the ice line. This is after I’ve finished and it’s melted a bit but they did fill it to the ice line. And you can clearly see it says less ice on the cup.“

“The people that work here are always so nice. Even when they’re busy they give great customer service which honestly really impacts people’s mood especially if that’s the way they’re starting their day. Might seem small but they’re making a difference. With so much hate in the world, it’s nice to see people being kind. Especially to strangers. They gave my little girl a free cake pop because I forgot to add it on when I ordered and they did it with a smile. Hope someone who cares gives them some praise because these ladies deserve it. 🩷 btw my drink was a chai frappe with extra base extra chai and double blended and they always make it perfect ✨“

“There is a difference in hot coffee in the different locations. my home base is Huntsville Alabama and I don't go to dunkin' donuts anywhere there. I stopped in 2 days in a row here and their hot coffee is simply the Best tasting dunkin' donuts coffee I've had in a very long time. Whatever they are doing they need to keep it up and whatever the other dunkin' donuts are doing wrong they need to learn from this location because the other places have a bitter and or week aftertaste in this coffee is just perfect here. A had a friend recommend this location who lives in the area and they said this is a good location and absolutely correct. Hey turfway road location what the heck did you do? You are not the same coffee you were in years past something changed in the last year“
