“We had a rough start to our experience, had about an hour wait for a refill and our food was over cooked. BUT when I addressed management they were extremely concerned with making things right they, straightened everything out immediately! After the fix I can say next time I pass through I will be sure to stop again.“

“I ask for less ice every time I order. I wish there was a no ice option. But they always fill the ice up to the ice line. This is after I’ve finished and it’s melted a bit but they did fill it to the ice line. And you can clearly see it says less ice on the cup.“

“The people that work here are always so nice. Even when they’re busy they give great customer service which honestly really impacts people’s mood especially if that’s the way they’re starting their day. Might seem small but they’re making a difference. With so much hate in the world, it’s nice to see people being kind. Especially to strangers. They gave my little girl a free cake pop because I forgot to add it on when I ordered and they did it with a smile. Hope someone who cares gives them some praise because these ladies deserve it. 🩷 btw my drink was a chai frappe with extra base extra chai and double blended and they always make it perfect ✨“

“I had a fantastic experience at this Dunkin' Donuts! I ordered five Boston cream donut holes and a medium coffee, and both were absolutely perfect. The coffee was rich and flavorful, and the donut holes were fresh, soft, and filled just right. I really appreciate the team here—everyone did an amazing job. “I have utilized many a Dunkin donuts restroom. On every occasion the bathroom was impeccably clean. They also have some of the best deals out of any chain coffee shop. They taste was better then Starbucks-- the drinks and food not their toilets“

Drive thru wait time okay, but the counter time is absolutely horrible, i ordered 2 big macs at the counter 1 for me and 1 for my friend. But it took them 15 mins for my sandwhiches, nearly made me late for work. The Mcdonalds in Crittenden is way better for their counter service.“
