“I was at McDonald’s at 8:23 yesterday 2/4/2026
I was greeted through drive through properly as I used my rewards this employee went above and beyond as he was having a little difficulty with the system changing the drink from a small to a large but got it done I was happy because of his pleasantry’s that’s what makes this a 5 star review. He seemed very happy to provide good customer service apologizing stating he will fix it as he did he was very polite and I hope that the management team will find out what his name is and give him the kudos that he deserves. Also the guy who greeted me at the window to pay was really nice as well overall really happy with the customer service aspect that I received“

“I love going here after Archery practice. The manager is great, the service is good, and the staff is very friendly. We make it a tradition to go there after we're wrapped up with practice. I highly recommend for a quick dine in with quality food.“

What truly stood out, and what I’ve never experienced before in any restaurant, was the manager personally coming to our table to check in on us. The food was delicious, fresh, and served on time. Every item we ordered tasted great, and the service throughout our visit was consistently impressive. It felt like the staff really took pride in the quality of their work.

“Had a huge order today. We ordered 10 sets of the 3 piece meal for a kids sporting event. I ordered in advance on the app. The meals were hot and fresh and exactly on time. The staff was so kind and helpful. One of the workers even helped me walk it out to my car. The kids absolutely LOVED their food. The value was great. I will order here again and again.“

“Food was fresh, which is always hard to find at lunch time anywhere.The girl who gave me my food was super kind and talked me into getting a milkshake. I was very satisfied and I'm glad to see the improvement in this location.

I would suggest painting arrows on the pavement or putting up a sign to help clarify the flow of traffic when being asked to pull around.“

As a self-proclaimed frozen custard snob with a penchant for Planters chocolate in WNY, I was pleasantly surprised by Culver's hand-scooped version. While it lacked the familiar soft serve texture, the custard was undeniably rich and sweet with excellent flavor. However, Planters still reigns as my gold standard in the world of frozen custard. I think a burger made with fresh meat, not frozen, grilled and served with fresh vegetables is very good for your health.
The taste of a rich, juicy burger with a milkshake is the best.

“Always positive - I usually stop by on Wednesdays or Thursdays around 10pm (when other places would be slow, closed or unfriendly) but my experiences at this Taco Bell are always really good. Efficient, friendly, food is always good and orders are correct.

Last night a young gentleman named Joel (Joelle, Joe L, something like that) was super helpful and kind, just generally seemed happy to be at work. I asked if a limited time menu was available, it wasn't, and he went above and beyond to suggest a similar item that's on the menu permanently. Then, when I got to the window he gave me the inside scoop on when the seasonal item would be in the store. Just a friendly chill dude who made a 10pm fast food visit enjoyable.

Ive had similar experiences with others on their night crew and all are pleasant and helpful. People like this ought to be celebrated more often.

“My debit card wouln't work at the drive thru window and before I could even offer another way to pay, Caroline, the employee paid for my meal for me. “11/19/25 update - I went through the drive thru last night and, as usual, there are friendly attitudes, and good food. The people at this Taco Bell have been pretty much the same helpful/good/positive crew for eight years now (see my original post below.) How is that possible, THESE DAYS? I do generally go late night from 9PM-3AM, and I'm reviewing only the 5414 New Cut location.

Whatever formula/strategy/guiding principals that this Taco Bell location has had in play for the better part of a decade needs to be studied, and repeated all over the place. I haven't done enough digging to understand if it's handed down from a consistent ownership/partner level, or it is on-the-ground long-term management staff.

Regardless, well done people! Keep up the good work!
