“I just went in to get a sandwich and needed to order a gluten free sandwich for my celiac daughter. Alex asked if it was an allergy and I said yes, he proceeded to wipe everything down, change gloves, get clean utensils, and supervise his staff on how to safely prepare the sandwich. I thanked him (and the guests waiting behind me) for his thoroughness and he told me he understood because his mom also has celiac disease. I appreciated him and his team so much. Amazing customer service. I really appreciated the team on site today. Well done!“

The lady with red braids was patient, kind, and prepared excellent sandwiches. She took the time to chat for a few moments and shared that she chooses to make her job fun. Both people working in the dining room were cleaning. We enjoyed our meal and walked to the door. The young man said, “Miss! You forgot something!” I had accidentally left my wallet on the chair. “The people that own and operate this location are super hard workers and extremely good at customer service. Today I placed an order through the subway app and a small mistake was made. The second it was brought to their attention they immediately went above and beyond to correct the oversight and tried giving me a free sandwich and cookie. I had the best experience I’ve ever had at Subway thanks to Nick! He was incredibly fast without ever seeming rushed, and honestly, the sweetest person I’ve encountered behind the counter. “I went in for lunch on 01/21/2025 the 2 young ladies that were working was so amazing and polite. They seem to love their job and had a smile on their face when they were talking. Lots of eye contact and just great overall experience. You do not see young people: teenagers greeting and being happy to be working to often. If you want that type of service go to this Subway. “I just have to say that every time I've popped into this place, it has been near to lunch time (and this place is close to the industrial parks) and still, this location is FAST and I love that. I often eat at Subway, but this one is one of the most efficiently operating Subways across the USA. The staff is always friendly and seem to want to do their jobs without mean-mugging the whole time. That's refreshing! And the ingredients always seem to be kept safe, fresh, and well stocked.“

Cherish the drive thru casher/order taker googled their low sodium options for me. it has been really hard finding places where I can eat out at. “I am rating this compared to other subways I've visited over the years. We visited this location at 9pm at night and it was empty. I used a coupon to order my food, and there were no issues transacting the coupon. Delicious subway at a great price with terrific service. Just what I expected.

This location also had "ghost pepper" bread which I had never seen before. It was a level up in heat than the "Italian Herbs and Cheese" that's for sure!“

Today they came by for customer appreciation & brought small sandwich snacks to us. The shorter guy (sorry, I feel really bad I don’t know his name) is the one that always delivers to us. They are always so nice. I once had them forgot a drink on my order & even though I told them not to worry about it & just put a credit on my account, the dude went back & got the drink. These guys are consistently amazing! Always wearing a smile and extending excellent customer service! They go above and beyond, old school style! You have to have common sense when it comes to customer service! The average customer service representative today does not know how to apply common sense today. The business prompted script and playbook does not apply to all applications. It is important to follow and an excellent foundation, but you have to be able to think outside of that in certain situations.

The kids love going and ordering their food with these guys! They feel like friends.
