“I just went in to get a sandwich and needed to order a gluten free sandwich for my celiac daughter. Alex asked if it was an allergy and I said yes, he proceeded to wipe everything down, change gloves, get clean utensils, and supervise his staff on how to safely prepare the sandwich. I thanked him (and the guests waiting behind me) for his thoroughness and he told me he understood because his mom also has celiac disease. I appreciated him and his team so much. “I am rating this compared to other subways I've visited over the years. We visited this location at 9pm at night and it was empty. I used a coupon to order my food, and there were no issues transacting the coupon. Delicious subway at a great price with terrific service. Just what I expected.

This location also had "ghost pepper" bread which I had never seen before. It was a level up in heat than the "Italian Herbs and Cheese" that's for sure!“

“Tge best service I have ever had! I a rare neurological disease which makes me legs weak, I fall very easy. My mom ordered our lunch, but I needed sandwiches to go also.

“Penn Station has no reason to be this good. Probably because everything is made fresh, right in front of you. The meat is grilled to order, the potatoes are julienned and fried just for you, and the staff are very friendly and skilled at what they do.

The man tried to take the cheddar off and I told him not to worry about it. He told me he would make a new one. I said that wasn't necessary and it was no big deal. No reason to waste what was being made over some cheese! He added the provolone. He offered me fries, a drink whatever to make me happy! I declined. I said it would be fine. “I went in for lunch on 01/21/2025 the 2 young ladies that were working was so amazing and polite. They seem to love their job and had a smile on their face when they were talking.
