“I think the owner and his family were serving us last time we went there. The sandwiches had generous amounts of ingredients, the service was friendly and competent. We liked our sandwiches. Nice clean restrooms too. Earlier times there, we also had the displeasure of dealing with the "rude girl". Hopefully she is no longer working there.“

I loved how clean and stocked everything was and the different choices and combinations to choose from and the freshness and quality of the food was excellent. These gentle were so accommodating to all my sandwiches which needed this and not that. They ended up making me laugh and i bought a cookie. One time there was a small mistake with the topping on my sandwich and Peter and B got it fixed with no issue. “I just went in to get a sandwich and needed to order a gluten free sandwich for my celiac daughter. Alex asked if it was an allergy and I said yes, he proceeded to wipe everything down, change gloves, get clean utensils, and supervise his staff on how to safely prepare the sandwich. I thanked him (and the guests waiting behind me) for his thoroughness and he told me he understood because his mom also has celiac disease. I appreciated him and his team so much. Amazing customer service. I really appreciated the team on site today. Well done!“

“Never had Jersey Mike's before. I really liked it. Staff was friendly, service was timely. I dined in and dining area was clean. I got the Chipotle chicken Philly. Bread was soft and fresh, chicken was tender. I will definitely stop again next time I am in the area! I wish there was a location near me.“

“These guys are great! With 6 kids and a few extras hanging out with us from time to time, we hit the mall food court up a lot. Easy to please everyone at 1 location. Even though most kids choose Subway!?☺️

These guys are consistently amazing! Always wearing a smile and extending excellent customer service! They go above and beyond, old school style! You have to have common sense when it comes to customer service! The average customer service representative today does not know how to apply common sense today. The business prompted script and playbook does not apply to all applications. It is important to follow and an excellent foundation, but you have to be able to think outside of that in certain situations.

The kids love going and ordering their food with these guys! They feel like friends.

Vegetarian options: What I like about Subway is the vegetarian options a person can add to a sandwich such as lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.

Parking: This is a prime location so plenty of parking available.

Kid-friendliness: Subway is always kind friendly with cookies and chips on the menu.“

“I grabbed lunch at Penn Station East Coast Subs and was pleasantly surprised by how fresh everything tasted. My sandwich was made to order with warm bread, generous fillings, and ingredients that tasted fresh. The fries came out hot and crispy, and they paired really well with the sub. The staff were friendly, and my order was ready quicker than I expected. I'd definitely stop by again when I'm in the mood for a good sandwich.“

“Clean store with courteous staff. Penn Station grilled sandwiches and fries take a few minutes longer than other places but it's worth it. They fry the fresh cut potatoes when you order. The Italian is delicious and has an excellent melty cheese and savory meat flavor. Fries are made to be slightly brown on the edges and that's not to everyone's liking.“

“Not sure why this location is so bad but I will no longer visit the Jeffersonville McAlister. Customer service is always bad and the food is not as good. They make the sandwich I get differently too. I have never ever gotten any of the pickles after I ask for them.“
