“Went to Cork's for Mother's Day supper...YUM 😋! It was the best tasting, crispy, freshest fried seafood around! The fries were hot, crisp and awesome, too! Cork's is right up there with top notch restaurants, but at much less the cost. The staff was extremely friendly and the venue was neat.We will be back...OFTEN! ♥“

“Awesome people and are willing to go the extra mile to make a customer happy. We picked up 15lbs of live crawfish at 12:30 in the afternoon and got home to clean them and prepare for a boil at 430. We noticed a few were dead and called and they let us know to wait and see if they wake up from being on ice. When we went to boil at 3 we noticed even more not moving and potentially dead. We brought them back and they kindly swapped it out for new crawfish. I appreciate them taking the time to show us a crawfish after being on ice and being kind to us and replacing them! Crawfish were amazing in size!“

“We stopped here on our girls trip and this place is Awesome! We ordered the biggest platters they had and some small ones. You can create your own platter which is my favorite part. This place did not disappoint. The guy behind the counter was so friendly and nice. You won’t be disappointed if you’re a seafood lover. You can sit inside or outside. We loved both. The decor was very pleasant throughout. We are definitely going back when we pass through again.“

“Stopped in with my 3yo after visiting the museum. Got the mixed plate and everything was hot, the fish filets were huge and cooked perfectly. Perfect portions we were able to share and have leftovers to snack on later. My only complaint was how small the establishment is, it's standing room only and seating is limited. Not uncommon for downtown establishments, everything else was exceptional.“

“We tried Cou-Yon’s today! The food was amazing. We each had the baked potato with fish and shrimp and crawfish etouffee! Dessert was blackberry cobbler and bread pudding. Will definitely be going back.“

“Ordered for an event at my church on Friday. Came to pick the order up on Saturday. Everything was ready, assistance was provided to carry to my car and everything was hot. All the food was hot and fresh everyone at church enjoyed the food. I recommend Bayou Seafood and prices are great!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR A WONDERFUL MEAL!!!“

“1.Clean establishmen, excellent food and service.
2.Visiting from KY and came here to try crawfish. I was delicious.
3. I accidently left my Oakly sunglasses on the table by mistake.
Our precious waitress and her awesome manager went and dug through the trash for me and found them. Gave them back to me with whipes to clean them off.
Very much appreciated. It wouldn't be unreasonable in that amount of businesses not to go digging because I was negligent.

“I got the crawfish nachos and they were not hot so I returned them .I did not want my money back but without asking me what was wrong with them the lady manager said give her her money back and I said I would like to exchange them for hot ones.She came back to the window and said I am sorry I did not know the warming pot was off.She made me hot ones.“

“Came to town for a visit from New Orleans and my sister-in-law who's born and raised in baton rouge introduce me to the chicken on a stick and it was the bomb pineapple chicken on a stick is highly recommended from a New Orleans native the best I ever had and I will be back on my next visit!!!🙌🏼“
“Crawfish is very good , not overwhelming spicy , has a nice kick to it & seasoned well. I was skeptical at first but I had a feeling I wasn’t gonna be disappointed . Didn’t have any boiled meat , but hopefully they have done next weekend so I can try !“

“Stopped into Sammy's Grill for lunch and had the Thin fried catfish and white beans ( Substituted the white bean with a side of red beans and rice). It was enough for two people. Delicious food and great service. Another go to spot in Baton Rouge.“

“Delicious steaks done exactly as we ordered. Pricey but worth it for the food. Just be sure your are not seated near the serving kitchen because there is a lot of foot traffic and you will see the staff eating and drinking (as they should be allowed to). For some this may be bothersome. For us it meant our server was nearby.“

“I always have an wonderful time at Lakeside Daqaires. They uave pool tables and darts with music. Its peaceful and a nice place to go. They also have out door seating. They have big tv eith all sports. I had a wonderful time and I will be going back.“

“Back in the day, you went to Bernard's or Browns. Bernard's has been closed for years. Browns still offers chicken box, shrimp box or fish box, just like back in the day. I bought a shrimp and fish box. Still fresh and delicious! Love what they did inside. Very comfy and casual. Love this place!“
