From start to finish, the experience was absolutely outstanding. Josh and Madi went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They were so friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do.
The food coming out of the kitchen from the kitchen manager G, Tevin, and Milton was phenomenal. Every dish was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and clearly made with care and high-quality ingredients. You can tell there’s real talent and pride behind the scenes.

The seafood is fresh, cooked and seasoned perfectly, portions huge, and prices that can’t be beat. This is old school fish, shrimp, oysters, crab, etc., done right! We drive out of our way on our travels between Florida and Dallas just to eat at Kenney Seafood. You will love this place!“

“My best friend and her family were looking for all of the seafood once they finished a swamp tour on the Friday before Mardi Gras. I called a few places and Pearl’s was able to serve it all up and then some. From the moment they walked in and began to order, the service was top notch. They were in from Manhattan Beach California and were served all of the favorites she remembered from growing up in Slidell. It’s definitely a place I will return….those boiled crabs!“

“We enjoyed the best shrimp poboys and onion rings! The bread they use for the poboys is wonderful! The shrimp were a perfect size, perfectly battered up and perfectly fried. The size of the sandwich was just right as well, and overstuffed the way we like it. The lettuce, tomato, and pickles were fresh and added the perfect touch. As for the thick cut homemade onion rings, those were honestly the best onion rings we have ever had from anywhere. I could make a meal out of their onion rings and I might just do that one day! I must add that we feel the prices are very affordable. Other places in town are charging more for food that isn’t nearly as good.“

“I ordered chicken fajitas. The portion size was decent but the chicken was a bit over cooked and was lacking flavor. It was good, just had no cumin and needed salt & pepper.
Some of the chips tasted old. Like rancid oil.
The bean dip wasn’t that good and neither was their salsa. But I did eat it.
I think the wait staff did a great job and the atmosphere was very nice.
We’ll go back. It wasn’t that bad. That’s why I gave them all but 1 star.

“Our waiter, Dalton, was exceptional today. He was polite, attentive and fast. We overheard another table being rude and complaining about literally everything but he stayed professional and kept working hard (as did the rest of the staff). Food was delicious. “First time eating here (10/25/2025) and it was absolutely amazing. My stepdaughter and I had Gator bites for the first time... it really does taste like chicken lol. Our server, Stephanie, was just the absolute best. She was kind, quick, and very informative about things to do around the area or where to visit the next time we come. The manager on duty was also amazing. He gave my stepdaughter one of their shirts and it really just made her day so much better 😁. The people, the atmosphere, the food... all of it was wonderful. Highly recommend eating here!“
