“Solid casual spot for banh mi. My mom likes to stop by here to grab a couple when we're in the area. Service is friendly and there's some desserts available to buy. Doesn't take too long for the order to be ready. Limited parking spots but there isn't usually a big line or anything so it should be fine. Cute little gem when you're craving some banh mi and don't want to deal with crowds“

“This is really a very nice place !!! everything is fresh and clean, the workers are friendly, and the bread is great, only one thing! I got the sandwich ( Turkey, Ham, tomato, lettuce) and it was $13 plus, Did find that to be a bit much, for just a sandwich alone. But the bread is so good maybe I can just buy a small Po- Boy loaf and make my own sandwich. But other than that, like I said, it’s really a very nice place 👍🏽“

“I was here temporarily for a military class and stopped by here twice on my way to the base. The staff in here are amazing, quick and made my drink the best I’ve had in awhile. If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely stop by again. I also loved this sign. It brought a smile to my face!“

“The coffee and service were great! However, I was under the impression that this was a dog-friendly place. I came in holding my 11 lb Shih Tzu/Poodle mix and wasn’t acknowledged regarding my dog, which was fine — until another customer came in with their dog. The staff immediately offered them complimentary dog treats from the counter, but nothing was mentioned or offered to me.

The same staff member who served me even looked over after giving the other dog a treat, but didn’t say anything to me, which left me a little confused. I didn’t want to make it awkward by asking, but I’d love to know if there was a reason for that.

Overall, I really enjoyed the coffee and the service otherwise, but that small moment made me feel a bit left out. I’ll give this a 4-star rating for now, just because it could make other dog owners feel the same way. Maybe I just misunderstood how dog-friendly this place is!“

“Great place for breakfast, menu has changed some what, less omelet selection, grits are a little runner spread out onto the plate looks like more but less. I ordered fish and grits w/eggs. Instead waiter brought me a bowl shrimp and grits with eggs on the side. I ask where is the fish she said oh! Yes came back with the fish. I told her I had ordered fish and grits, no sir you ask for shrimp and grits. Anyway the food taste good my guess were happy, In the end so was I. 9/04/23.“

“Another hidden gem in NOLA. This is your neighborhood’s cafe where one can work or have small talks with someone. My friends and I took the bus there from our hotel (5-7 mins walk from the bus stop) we wanted to come for the coffee and show support , we found the cafe on IG. Personally I prefer cafe like this oppose the big chain coffee shops. I would recommend, the cafe is beautiful decorated and the service was fast and friendly.“

Nova Espresso in New Orleans may not have the wow factor of the Mobile location, but it has a charm all its own, and honestly that’s part of why we liked it. It feels relaxed and welcoming in the best way.

I had a cortado with oat milk and it was smooth and well balanced. My 9 year old ordered chocolate milk and a cinnamon roll and was very happy, which is always the real test. Everything tasted great and felt thoughtfully done without being fussy.

Service was prompt and friendly, and it’s the kind of place you’d happily stop into again without overthinking it. Good coffee, happy kid, easy win“

“This is by far my favorite snow ball stand. The owner, Andres, always gives the warmest welcomes and we share a mutual admiration of classic cars. He’s actually from Havana, where he and his family ran a classic car sight seeing business. I always enjoy our chats and he really pours some soul into his snowballs and coffee’s. Really love the color and patina on his beautiful 55’ Chevy too. It’s one of my favorite classic cars. The flag pole is a MUST DO if you get the chance to visit New Orleans. It sits on a peaceful spot of the beautiful Esplanade Ave. You can sip your coffee or enjoy a snowball all while taking in the atmosphere and admiring his beautiful automotive sculpture from 1955.“

I got the pistachio latte as recommended, did not disappoint. The flavor profile was 👌. Very unique taste, 10/10. Plenty of nice new and comfortable furniture to relax. “A delightful and popular institution among NOLA bakery gelaterias. Outstanding traditional Italian pastries; tortes, cannolis, eclairs and cake slices. Good assortment of gelato flavors. Also quite a variety of imported packaged Italian delicacies displayed for gifting and take home. There are a handful of small tables in front and more sit down tables just above/beyond the main floor. Parking is tight in front, but there's a variety of options nearby.“
