“We had so much fun we needed a to-go container for all the leftover fun. We always wanted to stop in and are happy we finally did. We went on Tuesday night and they had fresh boiled crab right out of the water. One thing led to another which led to Karaoke thanks to the aggressive hospitality of Jack and bartenders. The regular crowd were friendly and welcoming. They lost their sign to Ida but there's no shortage of cold beers, cold air-conditioning and friendly atmosphere. Make sure you donate to the sign fund!“

“Stayed here from October 10th-14th (2025). Everything was amazing from the staff to the food, and also the Carousel Bar. Be sure to hit the rooftop pool and bar while you are there. Only a block from Bourbon Street and right in the middle of everything. Super easy to find when you are walking the city. The classic rooftop sign is something like 300 feet wide. You can read it from miles away. Has a very 1930s eras feel to it, and the place was immaculate. 10/10“

Our server Louis was incredibly charming and attentive, giving us excellent menu choices —as it was a hard decision. Every dish was a work of art—both in presentation and flavor. “I will always be grateful to this place. I used to work in the French Quarter and my shift would end at 3am 4am and 5am this was my safe place to go sit inside and sometimes have an Irish Coffee which is delicious by the way. They made sure I was safely in a cab or an Uber.❤️“

“We paused for a drink after dinner and I am delighted that we chose this establishment. Tristan and Chelsea provided exceptional service. Tristan crafted an outstanding habanero margarita, one of the finest I have ever had. My mother, aunt, and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. I will certainly return. I recommend you try for yourself! We came to the Four Seasons originally to get out of the sun, but willfeontly consider staying there next time due to the amazing service and immaculate property. As soon as we even turned down the path leading to the entrance, there were several door men greeting us and showed us to the bar. A very kind lady came by and gave us glasses of ice water and a menu nearly in the same second we sat down. We ordered two drinks, the Cocktail Orleans, and a Pink Pony Club. “One of my favorite bars in Nola. The good kind of divey, a list of Boilermakers, and you can order from sidecar next door (some of the best raw oysters in Nola, and also their full menu), they'll deliver it right to your seat at the bar.“

“We loved our stay and we have stayed in NoLa many times this is our favorite spot old charm meets spacious rooms and modern amenities. Room was nice with seating and bathroom was lovely. My only complaint was the hot water took awhile to heat up and the phone in the room was broken other than that a perfect stay. The employees were so friendly and offered great food and activity suggestions. Great location close to everything to walk easy to or Uber out but still quiet. Highly recommend!!!“

“Have been a Chart Room patron for many years. It's pretty much a plain ol' bar with great juke box and veteran bartenders serving typically strong and inexpensive drinks. About half locals, half out-of-town visitors, most of the out-of-towners being frequent NOLA visitors. At one time I suspected that a few of the regular characters were sent over by Central Casting, but have been going there long enough to now know they're genuine. A recent ownership change, but based on my last visit, no discernible (to me) change.“

“Oysters and pita/crab dip were delicious! Service was a little rough. My husband got his oysters before I got my meal- he had that and his drink finished before I received my food. We tried to be patient because they were somewhat busy, but watched our server take off her apron and leave before ever coming back to our table after drop off. We had 2 other waiters and what looked like management walk by several times, and even though I tried to get their attention, never looked our way or stopped. Finally made eye contact with a gal working closer to the front who came over and was very sweet, apologizing as our waitress had just quit. She brought out my food that'd been sitting there for quite a while, so the muffalettas weren't great, coleslaw warm. She never came back or reassigned someone to us, no one checked on us for drink refills, etc. Had to flag her down to place another food and drink order, again because no one else was helping us. After that, zero service, no one stopped at our table to check on us, and nothing 'taken care of' for the mishap. We came at a time where we were able to see the end of one band and start of a new- both fantastic, so that was good. Would recommend based on food and music, maybe not so much service.“

“I live close by and have passed this place so many times on the way to work but never had the time to stop in until today cos I wanted a fun place to go to celebrate my birthday and I've never been one for the maddening crowd that goes along with the vibe that Bourbon St. has. This place is absolutely a great little gem for those who just want to relax and have a drink. The bartender is a complete sweetheart and so friendly, the drinks are very affordable AND strong and I very much enjoyed celebrating my birthday there! It's kind of like the New Orleans version of Cheers LOL I just hope at some point they will have karaoke on the weekends but I will definitely be frequenting there more often from now on.“

“DIVINE! I had such a good time! Had a few cocktails and snacks while chilling out and resting tired feet after touring the AMAZING WWII Museum! I came up at 4:30 and stayed past 8:00 to get pictures of the fabulous sunset from the outdoor terrace. The only thing that took away from an otherwise perfect experience was a bunch of noisy unattended little rug rats running around, screeching like Banshees and disrupting adulat at a place kids should not even be allowed in! It's a wine and cocktail bar, not ChuckieCheeses! Ugh! I do not understand parents who so rudely disrupt a place and time for adult who do not want such obnoxious interrupting! It really is thoughtless and rude! I do wish the wait staff had told them no minors!

I even moved from one end of the terrace to the other to get away from the bratty daycare and they followed me! It was so disrespectful! Next time: these people need to spend a few of the MANY $$$$$ they spent on a babysitter! The certainly splurged on the drinks and food so they could afford it and there were several families and generations. Someone could have babysat or afforded a babysitter! 😡😡😡“
