“Beautiful dining room. I ordered take out this evening using the Toast App. I mistakenly added a $500 tip instead of a $5 tip because the order went through too fast. I called and explained what happened. The manager called me right back and assured me that he would fix it before closing out. He was so kind, even though they were busy. The food was excellent and the waitress was so kind in packing one dish separately due to a peanut allergy. We will definitely be frequent flyers here.“

“I had been looking for a new Viet restaurant for a just over a month now. I had their Banh Xeo and their sterfried grilled lemongrass Chichen, and let me tell you it delicious!! Great atmosphere too!“

“This is such a delightful place to come for a drink, a meal, and a date night. The Eaves is a terrific setting for an intimate 2 or 3 person evening. The entrance is a bit tough to find in Bow Market - though after entering, it's to hide the high quality atmosphere that's inside.

We got drinks after being seated and we're impressed by the flavor of drinks indicative of a cosmopolitan feel.

The food was most impressive. The spice level was very high and was balanced with the wonderful flavours provided. The vegetarian salad was a good starter, followed by ceviche and finally, the duck. That duck is still something I am thinking about - tender, juicy, and with just enough spice that makes me want more.

Our service complemented a wonderful evening. The staff were always attentive to our needs, happy to answer questions, and ensure we had a great time. Though it's a bit pricey, The Eaves deserves 5 stars, a bigger place, and another visit from us and others. Thank you for such a great time and hope to come again soon!“

“Food is always really good, and portions are HUGE. The issue I have had twice now is when I order take out, they take forever to reconfirm the order. The first time they reconfirmed the order 20 minutes after I placed it then I had to wait another 15 minutes.

This second time it's now been over 30 minutes since I placed a takeout order and still no confirmation. And I'll probably end up having to call them and wait another 15 minutes.

* So after my meal I had a surprise voice mail from the manager. They were very apologetic, and also refunded me my meal. It really showed how much the care and value customer service and hospitality. *

“Discovery: My family was visiting in town near the mall so I took them for a shopping day and lunch in the South Shore Plaza Mall. When we entered the mall we heard the drums playing and followed them to see the opening (relocation) ceremony Lion Dance for Lumi. While there I saw a friend who absolutely recommended we try it (He was there eating with his family of 4). Food: After shopping my parents and I dropped in and got our first ever Banh Mi (Vietnamese Sandwiches). I tell you these sandwiches (we got the grilled beef) were incredible! They were filled with fresh veggies and bursting with flavor. We also tried the Vietnamese eggs rolls which were good. Restaurant style- It is a small restaurant on the main floor of the mall. It has seating and very cute interior design (it is open to the mall corridor.) It also has it's own bathroom - which is really nice in a mall setting. You order by walking up to the counter and you pick your food up from the counter when they call your number (No table service). Food comes out quick. Depending on the time of day it can get quite a crowd. Highly Recommend if you love a really amazingly fresh sandwich! I will absolutely go back. I already sent friends who loved it too!“

I got a black Vietnamese coffee as well that was delicious and bold, they have oat milk for lattes and are open to customization. Small inside but nice table and bar seating, cozy atmosphere. Solid option in the area around Boston’s best art museums!“

“Love the place and food. Became our new casual lunch spot. Just a few tables but we always manage to get one. Love the simplicity in the noodles soup. Nothing fancy like pho or bun bo hue, maybe as a special. Got delish beef stew, pork chop rice, fried egg taro. And of course banh mi.“

“It’s not always easy to get to Quincy from Boston. Southbound traffic can be a nightmare but if you’re able to make the journey, or you have the fortune of already Quincy, Le Madeline is a special restaurant worth your visit.

One of the first things that you notice about Le Madeline is the location, nestled proudly in a corner of downtown Quincy.

The food is truly exceptional. Not only do they have more traditional Vietnamese favorites (pho, vermicelli noodles and rice) to please the purists, but Chef Peter’s original creation elevates this restaurant to an unbelievable level.

Dishes like the Viet Cajun Noodles, Giant Prawns, and the freshly shucked oysters (Hàu Nướng Mỡ Hành) take you for a ride along not just the origins of where Vietnamese food has come from, but possibly where it’s going in the future.

Seafood is definitely a major priority on the menu here. The Sa Tế Onion Dip with a big fat dollop of caviar and shrimp chips was the perfect crunchy shareable finger food appetizer. And the Vietnamese inspired take on the New England lobster roll with tamarind (Tôm Hùm Rang Me) was out of this world.

A big shout out to every single staff member. The service was genuinely kind and warm offering to explain all of the dishes and made us feel so welcomed.

An inspired, well executed restaurant like this doesn’t come around very often and should not be taken for granted. Go now before they get even busier!

“This small shop has really good banh mi! I'm a vegetarian, and have repeatedly gotten the tofu banh mi, but I've taken people here and they have enjoyed the pork and chicken banh mi as well. The staff are always super nice. I would 100% recommend this place for the food and pleasant customer service.

“The banh mi are all very testy with crispy airy bread and lots filling. I've had them both spicy and not spicy, def go with spicy they just have sliced jalapenos in them but don't nuke your taste buds. I've had noodle soup dishes and vermicelli dishes from here as well and all taste very authentic and delicious. some ppl said this place lacks customer service, I personally think it adds to the restaurant IMO all the experiences I've had in places around Asia its always more about the food than customer service. I do understand how here ppl think they go hand in hand in food service but for a quick authentic delicious bite I highly suggest this place!“

“My family loves Banh Mi Cafe! We have tried all different menu items here and everything is consistently delicious. Highly recommend the Vermicelli Bowl, Fresh Spring Roll, Banh Mi, Kumquat Ai Yu Lemon Basil Seed drink, Peach Tea, Ube Flaming Brown Sugar Crème Brûlée drink, Macarons, and Vietnamese Fermented Yogurt!! “Le's Vietnamese Restaurant is a long-standing restaurant that I have fond memories of as a child, and came back on a recent visit to the area. It is located within a mini shopping center, with spacious seating for large groups or small parties.

We were seated nearly instantly, and had our order taken quite quickly. The food had also came out quite quick as well. Staff were friendly and were circulating around and checked in many times.

We got the XL Special Beef Pho, which was a good size for the price. The soup wasn't too hot, with a lot of flavor that isn't too overwhelming. We got white noodles in ours, and there was decent portions for meat in the bowl as well. We also tried the grilled beef summer rolls, which were on the smaller side but still really good. It went well with the peanut sauce and was wrapped nicely and didn't fall apart quick.

Overall, it has been consistently a great experience here, and would highly recommend checking out.“

The food was extremely cheap and tasty, I saw that the cook has been at the restaurant for over 30 years, and it is a family business. There is no reason not to give five stars. “My boyfriend and I stumbled upon Siagon Babylon and it has easily become one of our favorite Boston restaurants. The plates are small and I recommend getting a couple to share (tapas style). We loved that each dish had classic southeast asian flavors, but was so unique. You will not find dishes like this anywhere else in Boston. Excited to come back for more!“

Editing after been here tens of times, this is my favorite Thai place around. Their thai tea- oh wow, super. Khao soi and drunken noodles are my favorite. Fried rice is my go-to option for Thai cuisine, and theirs isn't just as good as their other items mentioned above.

They make you wait until the full group has arrived, so prep if you don't want to wait in the cold.“

Right when we walk in, we get a “hello!” I was happy they said hello to me because most fast food restaurants don’t even bother saying a hello even when they’re not busy! I got mama special bánh mì! Ít was so flavorful and delicious ? my sweet cousin got a gold coin cake with cheese filling. We got to see how they make the food and the gold coin came freshly made and piping hot! We also shared a sugarcane boba drink! It was so rich and flavorful. It was not watered down at all! Other places I’ve been to had very watery sugarcane. My little cousin couldn’t stop smiling because she loved it so much! + the workers are so kind! They were welcoming, enjoyable to talk to, and always smiled! Food takes a little while since it is going to be freshly made! Definitely my new favorite place and will be a regular at this establishment ?

“What a great hole in the wall spot!! Went here on a whim and I was NOT disappointed. $7.50 is really reasonable especially in Boston for a good banh mi! Tons of customers while I ate, which is a huge good sign. Service was super fast, bread was crisp and the pickled veggies were delicious. I liked that you can customize how much of each ingredient is in your sandwich. I got the pork belly banh mi, there were some chewy bits (fat, maybe?) I picked out- regardless, overall delicious. The shrimp rolls with peanut sauce are also amazing! I do wish more bottled drink options were available, but the sandwich was my main focus for the visit. Will be coming back again for an affordable and delicious meal :)“

“Came for a late lunch with a friend. So many great options, ended up deciding on the Tom Yum Noodle soup. Surprised with the topping choices, but the pork and fish balls were tasty. Broth was good but not enough, noodles not fully submerged even. Could’ve had more of that familiar tang of Tom yum as well. Friend had the pho, had a taste and the broth was so nice and rich. Overall really good and looking to try the pho next time!“
