“We held an event at the Bass River golf course restaurant on 6/10/23 for a party of 40. The restaurant is now run by CHG Catering with their home office in East Windsor, CT. We rented their outdoor patio with its lovely water view. Our clambake buffet luncheon included chowder, lobsters, sirloin tips, netted steamers & mussels with sausage, coleslaw, muffins, and dessert. The food was excellently prepared, delicious. The onsite manager and waitstaff for the event were friendly and helpful. In addition to the patio rental, and buffet production, they charge an event production fee that covers gratuities and coordination for setting up the event. All attendees were pleased by the experience. Not inexpensive, but not disappointed. Thank you CHG !“

“After a round of golf, we enjoyed a delicious lunch on the back patio overlooking the first tee. The service was outstanding with a very respectful, prompt waiter. We had to wait a bit for our order to be processed, but the food was worth the wait and we enjoyed some family time on a beautiful summer day. Definitely recommended for a nice lunch spot!“

We always enjoy dinners at Spinnaker. The food is artfully prepared and very flavorful. Tonight I had a delicious striped bass. The kitchen was kind enough to substitute roast potato’s for the listed mashed and they, too, were delicious. In addition to the potatoes, the fish was served with garlic green beans, tomato confit, and an asparagus puree that elevated the bass. Service was friendly and timely. We had a lovely evening.“

“I haven’t had dinner and started this…yes, it’s THAT good here!
Calamari was spot on, the Caprese salad had the freshest mozzarella, basil and tomatoes. Unbelievable
Then, the lobster carbonara…good Lord!
Our entire table is now in a coma because the food was so amazing. 6 nights it took to have the best meal in town and it was beyond worth the wait!

“We just finished dinner at the new Milano's Italian Kitchen in Harwich. We had always gone to Villa Roma so wanted to give the new place a try, so happy to see our favorite waitstaff still there, the renovations are amazing and the food was top notch!!! Everyone in our dining area was loving their food, lots of happy faces. We will definitely go back👍🏻😊“

“This BBQ is fabulous! the Burnt Ends are especially fine, the brisket and the wings also. They have many different well thought out sauces to go with, and all the meats are juicey, flavorful, and tender. The prices are right on mark, and im just glad they are consistently spot on. To have a great source of awesome BBQ on The Cape is fortuitous. The potato salad is super and you really have to try it. They also serve adult beverages if you like. They are very friendly and you can see the dedication of all involved. That right there, specifically, is what makes this place soooo worthy! Never a bad experience.“

“Super happy we found this place! They have a dedicated fryolator for gluten free foods! They have the best tasting gf burger buns that are soft and do not crumble apart! For most people they won't care about this but for a family that includes someone with Celiac it makes eating out an enjoyable experience! We all shared the calamari and it was by far some of the best I've ever had GF or NOT! The batter is so light and crispy, you would never know the difference. My husband was able to eat a steak and cheese with French fries. They also have fried pickles! The server was wonderful and knowledgeable and announced the gf items as they were presented which is always comforting. We will definitely stop here again when in the Cape!“

“We are looking to buy a home in the Dennis- Yarmouth area. We will be back for lunch around 2 tomorrow 3-2-2024. We found your restaurant last month while shopping at Marshall's. Everything was excellent, food, drinks , waitress I have to say thou how impressed we were with your host. What a nice young man, very polite and well mannered. Kudos to his parents. I forgot his name, but it was around 2ish.“

“Decided to try another local spot for dinner. Checked out their menu a head of time and their daily special of chicken pie and other specials seemed like a winner. We ordered 2 chicken pie dinners which came with a garden salad and mashed potato and butternut squash. The pie was very flavorful with a light flaky shell. The butternut squash was flavorful without being overly sweet or spiced. The mashed potato’s were homemade and lacked a little spice. Also ordered the fried scallops which she said were very flavorful And tender. We’ll definitely be coming back here again. These prices were very reasonable. $55 for our 3 meals.“

“Had a great dinner for my parent's 50th Anniversary at lobster boat! Our waiter George was fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure our group of 12 were happy and comfortable! Special thanks to Nick for my moms favorite the Oysters Rockefeller and champagne toast . We have been coming here every year but this year was really great and staff were efficient and sweet.“

“We have been regulars for years and we are all very satisfied with our orders from there. Tonight was great! Everyone ate everything!! A couple of us really like the pretzel bites and cheese!! “Had a great time at the Twenty Eight Club with my friends. It’s an authentic American pub with a really nice, down-to-earth atmosphere. The folks there were friendly and welcoming, which made for a very pleasant evening.
If you’re looking for a genuine, no-frills spot in Dennis to grab a drink and enjoy some good company, this is definitely the place. Highly recommended!“
