“I have updated my original review twice since my first visit.
I absolutely love their grilled chicken filets for breakfast! A great source of protein without the carbs and they taste amazing every time!
I get their biscuits for my aunt, and she says they are the closest she has ever had to her southern grandmother's homemade ones which were a favorite in our family.
I can't say enough about how friendly, professional and attentive their staff is. They seem to go above and beyond everytime I visit.
I also like using their app to pre order my food and they start preparing your order fresh when you arrive via the GPS on your phone. I've never had a issue with my orders and you get points to redeem towards items on their menu if you use the app which is a nice bonus feature.
They also have a variety of yummy sauces!

This was my first time going here and I really liked it . I had a yummy grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce , only 310 calories so good for for me and others trying so hard to loose weight, eat healthier and live better. The store was very cean and cozy
The restrooms were clean and their is a nice play area for kids and outdoor seating. A manager even approached me after my meal to give me a mint candy and ask how my meal was. Wow! I love that. I will be going back for sure.

So I've been back since my original review and it has only gotten better. Their chicken soup is yummy and not full of calories. I usually get the grilled chicken but today I tried the fried chicken tenders and they were a wonderful treat for me with a little honey mustard. Staff is EXTREMELY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY. This location is always very clean and they are always busy but I didn't have any trouble getting a seat inside to enjoy my fantastic meal.
This isn't fast food but good food fast.“

“Every time we’ve ordered from here it’s been fresh and incredibly delicious. The veggie pakora, mango lassi, butter, chicken taco on garlic naan, tamarind sauce- you can’t go wrong!!! I wish they were more locations of this amazing restaurant.“

“I have not been to Arby's in well over a decade. I was in the area today and stopped by on a whim. I ordered from the app and my food was ready for me and waiting by the time I got from the parking lot into the building. That's how fast the service was. And the food did not suffer for it, everything was excellent, tasted better than I remember to be honest, and I definitely won't go so long without stopping in again. My partner had ordered the chicken sandwich and while I didn't try it, he said that it is hands down the best fast food chicken sandwich and that "anyone who tries it will be a convert".

“Giving this place 4 stars because generally I've had a good experience ordering food from here. The food is always hot/tastes good. I've only had one issue w an incorrect order before and even tho management eventually provided gift cards for the inconvenience, they were pretty reluctant to at first...it was also the only option they were willing to offer because they refused to provide a refund.“

“Clean, pleasant dining room. Friendly, efficient service. My 9yo really loved the Hershey Ice Cream that he was served as part of his kids meal. The chicken tenders were hot, moist and yes, tender with a light breading. I can recommend the chicken gyro which has tender flavorful grilled chicken and a delightful tzatziki sauce. Will be back to visit for sure!!“

“I placed an order for 2 milkshakes and a large Cajun fry. The lady who took our order definitely messed up my milkshake. It tasted like straight vanilla. I went back up to the counter and waited a good 30 seconds before the guy taking other peoples orders saw me standing there and got someone’s attention. The name on my receipt was Isaac R. I really hope Isaac gets the recognition he deserves because he made sure my order got fixed and even made sure I was happy with the new milkshake before I left. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied before I even got close to the door. His customer service was 10/10. (I was having a terrible day before this and wanted a milkshake because they’re always so good. He definitely made my night!)“

“Today was my second visit to this location and it was just as good as the first time. The amount of love put into making the Alcapurrias is indescribable. The flavors, the texture and the freshness are always there. What makes it even better is the price, for just 3 dollars, you get a meat filled Alcapurria from start to finish. I highly recommend this spot.“

“SO GOOD !! I always go to this Taco Bell and, they only got my order wrong like 3 times ever! They mostly get it right all the time and the staff are always so kind. I also love how it doesn't take a long time to get your food! They always bring it fast.“

“Service is good and positive. Expect lines and don’t come here if you aren’t patient. These workers are doing their best. Good ice cream, however the outside area could be a little cleaner or at least the parking could be bigger. But that’s not the workers fault of course!

“I was heading down to Moheg with my family and wanted to get a blizzard. I have not had one in over 10 years. The service at this location was excellent. Especially during bad traffic off of the interstate. It was a nice break from the craziness. Thank You to the staff. Very nice people.

Wheelchair accessibility: Please note this is only a ice cream stand version of dairy queen. You either have to sit in your car or on the benches. But I easily used my walker to place an order. And the offered a tray for me and my family.“

“I was already craving Jersey Mikes the other day but then saw a post last night of the owner supporting his employee that was celebrating 1 year sobriety and donating to the cause. I happened to be in Longmeadow for my sons practice the same night I saw it… and although not the day some proceeds will go to the cause, I must say, it was the click that said “get jersey mikes tonight” ? I just find that to be so wholesome and empathetic of the owner to recognize his employee for this accomplishment and be publicly vocal & proud about it. The employees have always been top notch for a “fast food” joint. I’ve always been impressed by the friendliness. I think this store is really well run by what I’ve seen and I obviously love love love the food! Just earned enough points for a free sub, so I will be back again soon. ?“

“Food only got a 4/5 because of a minor slip up in our order but it was same price and still good so we didn't care. It's Taco Bell, don't expect fine dining from fast food, but the 4/5 is relative to those expectations. I don't like the touchpad ordering system at all but I'm giving service 5/5 for the quality of attention from human staff. Atmosphere is 3/5 because of said touchpads being the primary method of ordering and one of them being damaged.“

“I found this restaurant while looking for a different one down the street. This was the best mistake I have ever made. The food is absolutely delicious. The rice with beef stew and Tostones is the best I have ever had( sorry Mom). My wife and I started going there frequently whenever we visited the casino nearby however after about a dozen visits we started going for the food alone. Yes it is that good. I was raised on spanish food and have had many varieties of the servings they offer but the Chef at Sol Karibe is by far the best spanish food I have ever had. I give them 5 Delicious stars and highly recommend this place.“

“This Taco Bell location stands out as one of the better ones. They offer a wide variety of fast food tacos that cater to different tastes. The service here is consistently good, with friendly and efficient staff. The food is always served hot and fresh, which makes a big difference. Additionally, I find their fries to be the best among all the fast food restaurants in the area. Overall, it's a great place for a quick and satisfying meal.“

“The first time I came here like 2-3 weeks ago I had a very bad experience but when I came back this time I was hoping that last time it was just a one-time thing but unfortunately it was even worse this time, my fries were cold and soggy like they were cooked hours and hours ago customer service seems like they were in a big rush and didn't care about their job, VERY snotty, and the table I sat at was disgusting as well as a lot of other tables I looked at were disgusting , sauce smeared all over the tables dirty napkins ECT, I ended up throwing my food in the trash and left the food was so cold I couldn't even eat it I do like McDonald's at times but to anybody that would like to go to McDonald's just try to avoid this one at all costs

Kid-friendliness: Kids always of course love McDonald's it's definitely a kid friendly place unless you want to get sick from old food that's been sitting around for hours

“This place is on the eastbound side of I-90 at Ludlow plaza. I can speak about the inside. As we went through the drive-thru. I got a quarter pounder with cheese meal and the burger and fries were very fresh! In face the fries were too hot to eat for a minute. A great McDonald’s!

Parking: Free parking, but it’s on I-90 so there are tolls.“

“I've been functionally homeless since March and have been staying at the cheap motel in the back and while I've been here the staff have not only been professionals but have been extremely welcoming to a point where I have felt like a member of the community on their merit alone and I couldn't be more thankful their hospitality even has me on the verge of tears as their management even went out and helped me feel better on my birthday a gesture they didn't have to do... “I love this place! Best fried chicken in town. The place is always very clean and organized. The food is fresh and you can watch the employees making it which is really nice as you can see the health rules are in place. The staff is very nice and always in a good mood.“

“One of the better locations in and around Springfield besides maybe West Springfield. Past year or so they've been getting orders correct most of the time. Sometimes there are mistakes but I find happen when I'm ordering very late. They seem to always have a DoorDash driver nearby if that's your thing. DoorDash often has deals for Taco Bell which is nice. Free items and discounts. They do package and prepare DD orders consistently. I've had average to above average orders with a few outliers. Sometimes the restaurant puts sauce in the bag. Sometimes not. If your big on sauces have some spare handy. I live in Forest Park area and from the moment I order the food is at my house hot in 10 minutes. Also have had decent breakfast at this location. One time an employee put some extra chipotle in my breakfast steak burritos when I asked. As for the physical location if you park and walk in be prepared to be pan handled. If someone asks for food once in a while I will buy them a value box or something. If they ask for money directly I move on. You'll find stuff like that at a lot of places. I'd recommend the Nachos and the Power Bowls here as there's a good chance it will be made well.“

I recently visited Chester's Chicken at Shamrock Market and had an absolutely fantastic experience!
