“I was already craving Jersey Mikes the other day but then saw a post last night of the owner supporting his employee that was celebrating 1 year sobriety and donating to the cause. I happened to be in Longmeadow for my sons practice the same night I saw it… and although not the day some proceeds will go to the cause, I must say, it was the click that said “get jersey mikes tonight” ? I just find that to be so wholesome and empathetic of the owner to recognize his employee for this accomplishment and be publicly vocal & proud about it. The employees have always been top notch for a “fast food” joint. I’ve always been impressed by the friendliness. I think this store is really well run by what I’ve seen and I obviously love love love the food! Just earned enough points for a free sub, so I will be back again soon. ?“

“I love Chick Fil A and this one is no exception! Even though it was busy lunch hour, the service was very fast! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was nice and clean. This is one of the few places you can bring the kids to play in the indoor playground on cold or rainy days. Our food was hot and delicious. Awesome place overall!

“I have not been to Arby's in well over a decade. I was in the area today and stopped by on a whim. I ordered from the app and my food was ready for me and waiting by the time I got from the parking lot into the building. That's how fast the service was. And the food did not suffer for it, everything was excellent, tasted better than I remember to be honest, and I definitely won't go so long without stopping in again. My partner had ordered the chicken sandwich and while I didn't try it, he said that it is hands down the best fast food chicken sandwich and that "anyone who tries it will be a convert".

“This was me and hubby first time was heading to Yankee candle and saw 99 first we were greeted with a smile and hostess had great attitude! Are waitress name was ema omg she was fabulous! Very professional and positive attitude she made sure everything was good with are food she even apologized for it was taken longer and always updated us! Easy to talk to food toke a bit but the manager Matt delivered are food hot and apologized for the wait and gave us a discount Matt was very professional and was helping out the waiter and waitress with bringing out meals and drinks that team work right there! He is a true manager! I hope these two people I mention get the credit they deserve staff like that is what keeps a business in business you guys see you soon!“

“Giving this place 4 stars because generally I've had a good experience ordering food from here. The food is always hot/tastes good. I've only had one issue w an incorrect order before and even tho management eventually provided gift cards for the inconvenience, they were pretty reluctant to at first...it was also the only option they were willing to offer because they refused to provide a refund.“

“I placed an order for 2 milkshakes and a large Cajun fry. The lady who took our order definitely messed up my milkshake. It tasted like straight vanilla. I went back up to the counter and waited a good 30 seconds before the guy taking other peoples orders saw me standing there and got someone’s attention. The name on my receipt was Isaac R. I really hope Isaac gets the recognition he deserves because he made sure my order got fixed and even made sure I was happy with the new milkshake before I left. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied before I even got close to the door. His customer service was 10/10. “Today was my second visit to this location and it was just as good as the first time. The amount of love put into making the Alcapurrias is indescribable. The flavors, the texture and the freshness are always there. What makes it even better is the price, for just 3 dollars, you get a meat filled Alcapurria from start to finish. “I went through the drive-thru again, it always takes a pretty long time, and it seems like this establishment is definitely understaffed.

I like the positive attitude and the friendliness of the employees, it just seems like they need more people than they have.

The food was good and it was hot, but it's usually missing some kind of ingredient and this time was no different.

I don't complain because it really does seem like they're just very understaffed, and I'm happy that the food is always hot and never taste like it's been sitting around.

I'm human, they're human, and I feel like they're doing their best with what they have.

“This place is on the eastbound side of I-90 at Ludlow plaza. I can speak about the inside. As we went through the drive-thru. I got a quarter pounder with cheese meal and the burger and fries were very fresh! In face the fries were too hot to eat for a minute. A great McDonald’s!

“This was a standard Taco Bell. It had a drive through and eat in area. The menu and pricing was the same as other TBs. We were on a road trip and decided to get a quick dinner on the way. The drive through was busy and moved at an average speed. The customer service was good. The food came out hot and ready to devour. I always get a Mexican pizza because it's my favorite. The Mexican pizza was good and standard. Overall, a decent Taco Bell and similar to every other I've been to; it's quick, cheap, and satisfies the unhealthy cravings.“
