I had asked to substitute the fries for a salad, and while I appreciated the option, it came already dressed. I personally liked the dressing, but I usually prefer my salads without it, and would have appreciated being asked. Unfortunately, my partner didn’t like the dressing at all and ended up not eating her salad. A small thing, but it would’ve made a difference if they had checked with us first.“

“500 Ocean is a beautiful property with some amazing amenities. It is in a great location, surrounded by ocean views, restaurants and very accessible to the T, literally right below the building. My husband and I had a great experience living here and had rarely any issues. The main issue we had at move-in was addressed and we were even offered a small gift for the inconvenience. I love the maintenance staff and they are always so pleasant and helpful. One of my favorite parts of living here was having an in-house fitness coach/ personal trainer- Cienna Jade! She is so amazing to work with and has really helped me along my fitness journey. It was so convenient having her come to the 500 Ocean gym, which is one of the best gyms I've seen in an apartment home. She conducts 1 on 1 sessions and will literally work with you on scheduling a time that's convenient for you as well as offering group or couple sessions! Overall, very pleasant experience!“

She was amazingly attentive and really made sure we were well satisfied with our place of seating, checking in making sure we had all our drinks and refreshments. AILISH was so great to us! There was one table filled when we got there and after they left we were the only people there! I felt bad for the staff that it was so dead. The food was delicious and service was great! I would have given 5 stars if it had just been a little busier because it does knock the ambiance down. Will definitely be back another time to check it out - probably be packed then LOL“
