The crew, apparently led by Lisa, is professional as they interact in a manner that makes me feel comfortable. I often end up sitting down to enjoy a clean and pleasant atmosphere that me forget that I'm even in a dunkin' donuts restaurant. Customer service is a 10 out of a 10!... If I have one complaint it would be the selection not available of certain items based on the menu.
