“We had a delightful dinner at the Burlington, MA Restaurant this past week. Seasons 52 NEVER disappoints!!! Our meals were delicious... wonderful pork chop on a bed of red cabbage and golden raisins, served with a side of mashed sweet potato with pecans and brown sugar. My partner had a delicious piece of chilean sea bass on a bed of wild rice with mushrooms. For dessert... we could not help ourselves and ordered two of their mini-indulgences of layered pecan pie and the other was of oreo cookie and vanilla. The atmosphere and decor of the restaurant is beautiful with nice lighting. But the best of all was our server, Susan. She was so friendly and helpful with our choices of wine, food and desserts. One of the most pleasant dining experiences we have had in awhile. We were there to celebrate our 38 Year Anniversary and loved every minute.“

“Came here for Dine Out Boston (2024) and I absolutely loved it! The field green salad was huge and I loved the dressing. Then for my entree chicken and I was not disappointed. Double chicken breast over a risotto with mushrooms. The flavor was wonderful and the chicken was sooooo juicy. It also comes with mashed potatoes (my favorite) and we chose asparagus as a replacement for the creamed spinach. Then for dessert I got the crème brûlée, everyone was sad they didn't pick that one after they took a bite of mine. Definitely get the crème brûlée because it was creamy and decadent, the cheesecake was good too. Overall, this was a really good Dine Out Boston choice, especially since there aren't too many in the greater north Boston area“

“This is one of our favorite restaurants! The food and service are fantastic. Dan, John & Tony bring it every time - they are the A-Team! Last night we tried the “Meaty” Mushrooms and it was excellent! Mixed Fat Moon mushrooms, miso-roasted gilfeather turnips, herb-butter pan sauce, parsnip puree, crispy onion. I am a lover of wild mushrooms, and this dish is one of the best I’ve had. I love how they use farm fresh foods and change up their menu accordingly.“

“The 2 bone in filets were over cooked in one part of one filet and in the other filet it was under cooked in one part so we ended up trading the well done for the not so well done as how we ordered the steak .. they offered a new steak but at the price of the bone in we don't like to waste food - they comp a drink but that's all ? I’ve been a bit disappointed lately when I go into high-end cocktail bars, and they don’t have ingredients I need for making my favorite drinks. Not only was this bartender excellent and knowledgeable, but as I was naming my favorite drink, he knew it, and he loved it as well. I ordered off the menu though, and enjoyed the “kitty’s got claws” because I am a big Mezcal fan and it looked interesting. It was beautifully balanced.Then I saw him making what I thought was a corpse reviver, and we talked a bit about that, and I was thrilled that he knew how to make one, so as I watched him making one for somebody else. I ordered it as my second drink. I know I’m supposed to be reviewing the food, and I will get to that, but a quality bartender, who is interesting and fun, and above all… Knowledgeable, is a very big part of an experience that has a full bar. Bravo, to this bartender! I only wish I remembered his name.On to the food. Interesting interpretation of tapas. Especially the cabbage, which was different than any presentation I have had before. A large piece, braised perfectly, with a creamy sauce. Patatas bravas were an interesting take as well. Often they are either too small with a bit of sauce smothered on them or they are too big and only spiced a little bit. These were a great size and they were seasoned, but did not have any sauce on them, which is wonderful. And then there was some romesco sauce (made of tomatoes and roasted red peppers, and usually almonds) on the side; a really great interpretation of this classic Spanish dish. (Note that a typical bravas sauce has smoked paprika and tomato paste) and I really enjoyed the romesco as a nice change. We also had a lamb slider, which was big enough for lunch for one person. So keep that in mind when ordering. It was actually halfway between the size of a slider and a regular burger. Also, the homemade focaccia was very fluffy! The rosemary butter is a good compliment.Atmosphere is cute. Loud and bustling and definitely not the type of place that is quiet and you can hear the forks clinking. Really great vibe. Wonderful neighborhood place. We lived in JP for years and raised our kids here and it was great to come back and see this new (to us!) restaurant in the neighborhood.“

“This restaurant has been a fixture on Route 20 in Wayland since the 1930’s (formerly known as the ‘Red Coach Grill’)! My fiance and I have driven by countless times and always say how we would love to stop in one day for a meal, well, we finally did and after dinner agreed this was easily one of the best meals we’ve had so far in 2024!The inside of the restaurant is so warm and welcoming with dark wood and leather throughout and when we were seated by the fireplace, that is attended to all night, we were introduced to our server, Andrea, who has worked at the Coach Grill for 23 years! She shared some of the lore of the restaurant and guided us through the menu pointing out popular dishes and her favorites, many that are original recipes (like the corn pudding, Andrea told us that people come just for that side dish!)Here’s a rundown of our order:- NEGRONI - gin, campari, vermouth- MAINE LUNCH IPA- CALAMARI MILANO - fried or grilled, garlic, parmesan, basil aioli (order this ‘grilled’ - the calamari and peppers are put in a grill basket over charcoal and it is a gamechanger, I may never order fried calamari again!)- BEEF WELLINGTON - filet mignon, mushroom duxelles, sauce périgueux- BONE-IN RIBEYE with GREEN BEANS and CORN PUDDING- CISCO BREWERS GREY LADY- PROFITEROLES - pate a choux puff, ice cream, chocolate sauceThe servings were large and so delicious, we enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant and leftovers the next night! From my online booking experience (love being able to book a 11 person reservation online no problem!), to the great seating area (private corner so it felt so intimate even though the restaurant was packed), and last but not least, to the service! Mason was incredible! We had a large party with many people coming and going at different times. Somehow he managed to time our cocktails and food perfectly and handle many different tabs with ease. We enjoyed the dishes overall and appreciated that you could get a glimpse into the kitchen from the dining room. What we ordered: - Tuna crudo: Interesting flavors. The fish tasted fresh but could have used some more acidity. - Fried hen-of-the-woods mushrooms: Nice, crisp, and well seasoned. - Sautéed heirloom carrots: The carrots were nicely cooked but the glaze was a bit too sweet. - Seared scallops: The scallops were perfectly seared and paired well with the lentils and sauce. - Phyllo-wrapped cod: We were surprised how crispy this was even though it was sitting in the sauce. The lobster stew was full of flavor. I've been coming to this restaurant for many years and have never had a bad experience, but if it's possible, it's actually gotten better. You are starting off with beverage order and basket of wonderful bread that can be either buttered or dipped in a wonderful EVOO. I chose table chef, taking the EVOO with Parmesan, hot pepper and salt. As for the menu, there is so many options, both appetizers, and entrées. Something to consider is the portions are beyond generous. The only problem that causes is the food is so good you just don't wanna stop eating. I started with the pasta Alforno. You can almost call it a vegetarian lasagna. It is a huge pasta and vegetables formed into a square and covered with their extraordinary marinara. It was one of the best things I have ever eaten. My Wife had the ravioli which were large and stuffed with cheese. She was only able to leave one and a half raviolis because she couldn't stop eating. She truly enjoyed that more than just about anything I've seen her eat, my daughter had the homemade gnocchi. She liked it to her grandmother's and said it was the best she had had in a restaurant. My stealing a bite confirmed that. The prices are very reasonable and the experience is unforgettable. Vinny's is the best Italian restaurant in Boston area. Period“

If you are going to have more than 1 glass of wine it is definitely worth it to get a bottle price wise than get a couple single glasses. It can get pretty busy since it is a small establishment. They let us stand and enjoy a glass of wine while waiting for a seat to open up which I thought was very nice. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of wine, I enjoyed the wine that was recommended to me. There us no table service - you go to the counter to order which I don’t mind. There is an automatic fee applied to your bill that serves as the tip.“
