“Whole wheat bun is great. Veggie sub is packed with cheese and the toppings are great. If you're sensitive about cheese sharing space with meat in the slicer, honestly just ask them to wipe down the slicer before cutting your cheese. They offered the first time we were there and we have asked them a dozen times since and they are always cool about it. Top notch place. We're big fans.”

“The food was absolutely amazing! I had beef fajitas, my aunt had the salmon with a wine sauce, my grandma had the carne assada, and my husband had a beef milanesa. I tried everyone’s food and loved all the plates. The meat was so juicy and tender! I have eaten at numerous latin restaurants over the years and this is definitely on top of my list. We received a tres leches cake for my grandma’s birthday and I can say it was the best one I’ve ever had. Just perfect 😍”

“Crowded. I had an email for 20% off pick 2 which is what I ordered but they did not honor it. They said it was online only. The print was so tiny I didn't even see that!!! We had a large party that day and it was a sale to them! What difference does it make how one orders it!! I even have their Panera card for these sales. To no avail. “Authentic Latin American food truck. It looks like your basic gas station taco truck, but it is run by a nice elder lady who does all the cooking and it is FREAKING DELICIOUS! An amazing surprise and consistently good (I've been back to try more things and make sure the repeat food was just as good and it was!). I honestly was shocked by how good it was and brought dinner home for my family the second time. It was also inexpensive, but CASH ONLY! Don't miss that step, cash only, but inexpensive and delicious!!! I would be willing to pay 50% more. And the food itself is delicious. I've had the steak burrito spicy, highly reccomend it, and the chicken quesadilla (also highly reccomend but the burrito is my favorite so far). Note, the photos I've posted are mostly eaten, I couldn't help myself and didn't think about it!”

“If you're in the mood for great Peruvian style chicken, stop by Pollo Central in the Aspen Hill Shopping Center. I've been getting carryout there for 2 years and they never disappoint. My go-to order is 1/2 chicken with fries and beans. In addition, I'll add some street tacos on the side. Everything is excellent. You can't go wrong with either chicken or al pastor with the street tacos, and the mayonnaise sauce I use for dipping my fries is addictive! The restaurant is always clean, and the staff is quick and efficient, so the wait is never long. Whether you're dining in or waiting for carryout, there are two large screens showing international soccer matches or news to help pass the time. This is a perfect after work stop for a great, reasonably priced dinner.”

“Finding a Nicaraguan restaurant is really hard, so I'm glad the first one I went to after coming back from Nicaragua was Gio's. Now I don't have to worry about finding another one.

The owner, Santos, is a great guy, very friendly and accommodating. The menu is varied and still serves chicken, only now it it Nicaraguan style.

This is a great place to try if you want a twist on Hispanic food you've never had before.”

The lemonade was perfectly measured and in perfect quantities. The food was very organized, of good quality, and at an excellent temperature for human consumption. “I had the pleasure of dining at The Hitching Post DC. I ordered the grilled lamb chops, mac & cheese, collard greens. The lamb chops are in my top 2 of the best I've ever tasted. I don't normally order mac & cheese when I go out to a restaurant, but this order was perfect as well. The collard greens could use a little vinegar, however, they were still delicious. I will definitely dine there in the near future. The lemon cake had was flavorful, moist and delicious, too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“The best ramen of my life!

I had to sign up and wait for about an hour, but it was absolutely worth it. While waiting, we grabbed a beer at one of the bars nearby, which made the time fly by.

We ordered the chicken karaage and the spice tonkotsu to share, and honestly, it was the best ramen in the world — the broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles perfectly cooked, and everything was beautifully balanced.

On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would come back a thousand times!”

“Wow! What a fantastic place! I didn't expect much coming in for a business meeting, but both the atmosphere and food was just amazing!
Interior design is so well done - all the details are impressive, as well as a general look and feel.
And food... mmm.. food was 10 out of 10. 2 light dishes, dessert, tea and cocktail - everything was simply delicious! All the tastes in each dish are perfectly combined!
Service was average, but the other two components compensated fully for it.
I strongly recommend and I will definitely come back soon!”
