“I thoroughly enjoyed Dining at Bistro Du Jour! The greeter (Ian) was welcoming and friendly and our server (Dave) was equally as personable and attentive. The menu selection was extensive. I enjoyed the mussels, cheese platter and the Tuna Niçoise salad. The ambiance of the restaurant was conducive for our conversing while dining! I would definitely recommend this restaurant for the food and ambiance and plan to return again in the future!“

“We had our Valentine's day lunch at the Bistro Du Jour and the whole experience was fantastic. The food was delicious with abundant fresh herbs and excellent presentation. For starters we had the escargot and the tarte flambée, then we had the steak frites (should have just ordered one and shared as it was too much for us). Giorgio was enchanting and after talking with us for a bit (and complimenting our attires and attention to details) he even gifted us each a glass of sparkling wine to make our lunch a memorable event. We arrived a little early for our 6:15 reservation and she continued to point out the pre-6 pm happy hour options, pointing out that we had 7 minutes left to order them, but was not pressuring or rushing us. There was a very tall slender gentleman who checked in on us, we had a very brief interaction with- bravo to him for converting warmth with an exceptional smile.

“Unreal experience. Chef Sebastian is in a league of his own. Some standouts weee the foie gras, lobster entree, truffle Brie, and baguette with butter (the last was simple yet perfect). But truly every dish we tried was outstanding. For cocktails, we had the last word & tequila bouquet, all great. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough! Will definitely visit again, either for date night, special occasion, or just for a happening dinner spot.

“We had a great time at this restaurant! My family and I came here while staying at the Hilton and my dad has a gluten allergy and dislikes garlic and onion. The chef Armando came to our table, listened to my dad’s concerns and made him a custom meal with plain lemon caper chicken, gluten free fries and a salad. He loved it and ate it all! We all loved our dishes as well and the service was amazing. Our server Manuel was super nice and I would recommend!“

“Our entire evening was outstanding. The place was packed, felt lively and exciting. We had to wait a bit for our reservation so the lovely hostess brought us some champagne and made us feel attended to and not forgotten. Our waiter Timothy was outstanding. If every dining experience could be a show, I would say this one was. Especially with the beautiful finale of our soufflés.!! would highly recommend this restaurant it gets it right“

“Cafe Colline is spectacular. I had a toddler with me, was dressed in an adidas track suit, and wanted real food as we waited for someone working in the area. Most of the customers were much better dressed and without a child. Nothing wrong with this, just painting the picture. The staff could not have been nicer and more professional. We were greeted with open arms, sat immediately, and served with absolute professionalism. My food (the fish) was so good I considered licking the plate. They don’t necessarily have a kid’s menu but offered numerous things to make a toddler. I went with the burger and fries. They complimented this with numerous dipping sauces and made the burger to order. The charge was minimal and fair. I always clean up after him as toddlers can be messy and they insisted on letting them clean up (I did it anyway). Restrooms were spotless and the kitchen area you pass was very clean and well organized. It’s a small spot full of big talent. This will be a regular for us. A must dine.“
