“I visited Miss Toya"s Creole on Saturday September 30th. I took my oldest son for his birthday ?. My waitress Hope gave excellent customer service. The food was awesome as always. The manager Imai came to our table numerous times to make sure everything was good. Please go to Miss Toyas in Silver Springs Md the food and customer service will not disappoint you.“

“Hottest new seafood restaurant near DuPont Circle. Best Lobster Risotto I’ve had in my life! The Lobster Bisque was very creamy with large chunks of fresh meat. Topped it off with Key Lime Pie in a cup. The owners are very friendly and the service was excellent. Definitely a 5-star place!“

“We are visiting from Tennessee and wanted authentic Thai cuisine. We found it at Sampannee!!! The best Thai meal I have ever eaten. The cocktails were delicious and the food was perfection! “My Family and I stopped here because we love Greek food and heard this was authentic Greek food. First thing I tried was the calamari appetizer, as we are from Louisiana and love our seafood. The calamari hands down was the best I have ever had. The texture, the flavor, everything about it was fantastic. You can get that kind of quality in a 5 Star restaurant. Next home made fry’s, absolutely delicious. Don’t left me forget the Spanakopita, first time hearing it and eating and also fell in love with it. I had the Big Fat Gyro lamb, as well as my son and wife. Again another fantastic dish. Full of flavor and the size of these are huge so you’re getting a great deal. My wife also order a platter of Souvlaki and a Gyro platter as well for us to try. Completely delicious. Hands down such a great place. I will definitely be coming back my next trip. “What a fantastic restaurant this is! Visiting from Chicago and this is a great venue! Upbeat and stylish are the keys to this establishment. Jai Jai was an awesome server explaining all the details of what the restaurant offers! Everything came out timely, piping hot and tasty! Definitely worth another visit if we are in DC. Tried the signature Pork chop fried rice, braised beef ramen and the dumpling sampler. And ended with the other signature dessert, cheesecake topped with fortune cookies and crumbs. Let’s just say… the name fits. We kicked things off with the App Sampler—and every bite hit like a flavor freight train. Smoked wings so tender they felt like they’d just left the hog pen—crispy skin, juicy interior, absolute perfection. Burnt ends? “We’ve been back here three times in one week and each time the food has been incredible! The pho is outstanding - great broth, meat, veg, noodles. The chicken salad is shockingly good - will definitely be getting it again! And my friend tried the curry and banh mi combo with a fried egg which were, again, delicious. Staff are also so lovely. Highly recommend! Also, I’m gluten free and there are lots of great options.“

“$2 Crazy Hour is absolutely insane! They have a great selection of sushi and various appetizers. The sushi is the same high quality as their dinner service ,the fish pieces are huge and incredibly fresh. The alcohol are 50% off, and the selection is massive,they're not stingy like other places that only offer one or two brands. It's a super friendly restaurant, and you absolutely cannot find a better deal in town!“

“Phonatics is great — we live right by it and go there frequently for pho on cold days when we want to warm our soul, and banh mi in the summer when we want the tender chicken with pickled onion on a crunchy baguette. The atmosphere is great, the staff is accommodating, and the food is such a quality that it never fluctuates. There was even a time when I couldn’t find basil at any nearby store, and in a hurry I went to Phonatics and they were kind enough to give me a bag of Thai basil. It saved my bruschetta.“

“Absolutely loved this place! The food was incredibly flavorful and tasted very authentic—definitely one of the better Sichuan spots in the area. Every dish had great depth of flavor, the spice level was on point, and you can tell they don’t hold back on authentic seasoning. Portions were generous, everything came out surprisingly fast even with multiple dishes, and the service was warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout the meal. “Such an amazing place - will always come back!
It is an owner-run place, and the owner is just a wonderful human being. When my friend sent a package to my place, it got erroneously delivered to Luna Hall. The owner called my friend proactively, and since she wasn't in town to pick it up, he even kept it at a safe place for several days before she could pick it up. This was a genuine act of kindness. Many others wouldn't have bothered, just deposed the package or used it for themselves. We were impressed by the integrity and good character, and will recommend this place simply for this reason: I am sure the same care and diligence go into preparing the food and running this place.“

“I have been told by other customers at Paneras that the police are asking many questions EVERYTIME I go to Paneras.
I give it a 5 for food and service
And 1 star for atmosphere due to the police

“Food: food was great, only deduction was the chicken appetizer was extremely small for the price paid. The pineapple frid rice was really good but pricy at almost $23. About 5 pieces of juicy shrimp were in the dish as well. Kruba cashew chicken was good.
Service: got there as soon as they opened for lunch so seated right away and food was quickly delivered.
Atmosphere: nice but a bit dated. Many of the tables are uneven and no longer sit together flush. Ambiance was nice, Thai decor all around and wooden vibe.
Final impression: very good for a quick lunch in downtown DC and head back to the office. Might be added to a regular rotation in DC lunch adventures.“

“Super kind and quick service. This is a smaller Panera, more aimed at a grab-and-go audience, so there’s not much seating but the pastries and all other pickup areas are a bit enhanced and more convenient than other Paneras. We went at a super quiet time, but I imagine it can be quite busy and a tight fit. The biggest trick is finding it. It’s down the hall from the food court on the lower level of this large building with many entrances.“

“Excellent food and service! Managers were present and constantly roaming to ensure customers were being taken care of. Food came out quickly and hot, even though we were a party of 11 and at least 2 other large groups were also there at the same time. They were accommodating our extra breads breadstick requests and sent us home with a huge pile of chilled Andes mints :)“
