“Pho VN One in Laurel is hands down one of the best Vietnamese restaurants around. The pho is incredibly flavorful rich broth, tender meat, and perfectly cooked noodles every single time. Their portions are generous, and everything tastes so fresh.

“This is a true neighborhood spot. It's situated on a corner lot all by itself but could easily be missed. Instantly welcomed in and directed to take a seat of our choice. They're hiring kitchen staff but I think they'd benefit from extra wait staff. That aside I love the taste of their pho broth. They are super generous with their meats, noodles, onions, and sprouts (I prefer mine steamed). Both our orders had a generous amount of parsley sprinkled on top. Different from previous pho spits but wecomed and enjoyed. The menu is pleasantly simple. I couldn't finish my small pho bowl which says just how generous their portions are. They offer more condiments than any other pho restaurant I've ever experienced, including liquid seasoning. I can't wait to get another craving so I can go back.“

“Exquisite cuisine complemented by a charming atmosphere! Their house-brewed Vietnamese coffee tastes and smells so good. The new soft-shell crab with tamarind sauce is so yummy and reasonably priced. I will definitely come back for their delectable chimichurri steak. I will definitely come again to try out the banh mi and other lunch options as well as other authentic Vietnamese items. I love that with a menu brimming with authentic Vietnamese dishes, they also offer a tempting array of vegan and exotic options. It's a great addition to the modernized Takoma Park.“

The sandwich was filled from end to end with cool crispy pickled veggies and warm sliced lemongrass beef. “Nina and Mike have built an incredibly special place in DC. The pho is delicious, highly recommend the spicy lemongrass pho. I typically go for a 13 full spice, but sometimes I change it up. My husband is a big fan of the banh mi, which comes with sweet potato tempura which is sooo goood! I can go on forever, I've happily ate everything on the menu. The staff are all lovely and friendly — together with the owners they a great big family filling bellies and hearts.“

They're excited to great you, fast when you need something, and very attentive while always giving you space. I always bring my neice here and they give her training chopsticks, but we always give them to my mom!“

“My late Dad and l had always visited this 75 pho shop weekly. The soup broth is always rich, tasty in dark brown color ( from lots of beef bone in the soup ). The base seasoning is just right- not so strong and is just enough for you to smell it from the place’s front door. Lean meat is very tender. What my Dad and l could never stand - whenever we went eat at different pho places - is that the 5 spice base is way too strong!? The broth isn’t rich and yet, too much sugar that they added in.
Pho 75 is always maintain the same taste and service is good. Last but not least: the PRICE is RIGHT, much cheaper most other pho shops in town.“

“I've been to Pho Hoa Binh twice now - my first visit was about a month ago, and I just returned today. I'm absolutely impressed by the staff's friendliness and amazing memory - they actually remembered me from my first visit! That kind of personal touch really makes you feel welcome.

The pho here is consistently delicious. Every bowl we tried was flavorful and satisfying. But what really stole the show for me was the Vietnamese iced coffee - it's absolutely incredible! They top it with a thick layer of milk foam that makes it tastes more delicious 🤤

“I think this place has the potential to become a long-lasting establishment. The bread is baked in house and perfectly crispy. There is an incredibly diverse menu to appeal to everyone; vegan options, pescatarian, etc. The staff is incredibly kind and patient and informative. Generous portions and imo reasonable prices(10.95 for shrimp Bahn mi)

The issue for me is balance. The sandwich is great but a bit heavy on the pickles radish. Not really any carrot. Minimum cucumber, and a reasonable amount of cilantro and jalapeño but it’s drowned in the pickled onions.

I’ll definitely comeback. There’s an eggplant Bahn mi that sounds enticing. And i hope they grow and get that tiny bit better“

“This is a very casual welcome addition to the Tenleytown area.

Using the touch screens to order dinner was a new thing for my husband and me. It was very intuitive but a nice staff member came over to make sure we were able to complete all parts of the transaction.

You pick your food from the very easy-to-see menu touch screens at the front and pay for your meal. Then pick out what table you want. Our food was very well prepared and the servers were nice and attentive.

“The summer roll rarely has any noodles inside. This one only had lettuce and one little string of noodle and super tiny sized shrimp. It was disappointing.

Their pho is pretty okay and their prices are not bad for the pho. I would order their pho again. I would not order their pork chop rice or summer rolls. They don’t taste like authentic Vietnamese food.“

A very decent pho shop with large bowls of pho. Location is kind of sketchy, and I’m not a fan of the atmosphere inside - too small and too dark. However, the quality of food makes up for it. Will probably come back again if I’m feeling pho!“
