I’ve been to bad subways before and this isn’t one of them.“

“Look no further! This is the BEST cheesesteak in the DMV area. I had the 6” Chunky Cheesesteak and they did not hold back on the “chunky”. Taste was amazing (real ribeye steak meat), the seasoning on the fries was on point too! I’ll definitely grab a 12” next time around. “This place has never disappointed me over 3-4 visits at this specific location over 3 years. I’ve tried the one at I think Wheaton or something and Baltimore near Johns Hopkins and this place is always at least a 4/5 and the other locations really paled in comparison.

Comforting to see that a popular train station has reliable fast food. Fries are my favorite kind, crispy on the outside but super fluffy on the inside. Gourmet fries are also delish. Cheesesteaks (as someone who’s never been to Philly yet) seem pretty good at the price point too.“

You are greeted by a sweet lady you pay for the food you go ahead and sit down at the table and when you open up the food you get to see eggs scrambled with cheese the correct way, The cheese is melted on top of the eggs just what it supposed to look like Not Cheese scrambled with the eggs Like other places. The home fries are seasoned and prepared with love. They are the best tasting out of all the other places I have visited like Denny's, IHOP, Brookland Grill.

“I decided to give the store and MOST ESPECIALLY the Team 5 stars because it was during lunchtime when i walked in there. Looked like they were making online orders and only servicing a handful of people so it should have been a quick in and out but it wasn’t. But not because they were slow, because they were busy with the online orders and then within minutes the rush came in. I observed this team led by James execute orders online and in person, with professionalism. James had a customer who demanded a refunded from the day before that he wasn’t aware of and assisted her until she was satisfied. Offered her options and provided excellent customer service. Aside from the normal hustle and bustle during the lunch rush which I assume can be a challenge daily, James made sure to take care of each individual customer ensuring the team was meeting expectations. The team was friendly and polite even when I witnessed a customer being rude and disrespectful. When folks are making your food, it’s not a bad idea to be kind. People make mistakes…give grace when grace is needed and it will be contagious and repaid if not paid forward. My parents loved their subs and so did I! Thank you James and team!!!“

“I was pleasantly surprised by this subway. The shopping center it sits in doesn't look nice, but when you step inside this subway, it is very clean, neat, and smells delicious. It actually made me want to sit in there to eat. I ordered online and the guy who made my sandwiches was like a pro, it was done neatly, correctly, and wrapped perfectly at the end like it was fit for a commercial. Will definitely come back. Cozy interior, despite the crowded interior thanks to the event. Despite that, got an Original Pizza Melt Sub and Strawberry Shake. The sub was very flavorful, the bread also being of note for being nicely toasted and good. The ingredients in the sub were flavorful and great. Decided I wanted to sample another dish, I got a cup of Chicken Pot Pie. Absolutely divine soup. Very warm flavor that is comforting and savory. It saddens me a bit knowing I won't be able to get to here once I return home. But it gets my approval. 😄“

My order was prepared in a timely matter due to it was the slow peak hours?. I accidentally grabbed the bag that the soup was in incorrectly so the soup spilled???‍♂️. The employee(but I assume she's the manager because of the humility she displayed & they we're wearing the same uniform) listened my concern to what occurred after I left the establishment from recieving my order. A little rush came in (maybe 6 or 7 hungry customers came in as I was about to get the replace cup to pr my soup in. I humbled myself and waited patiently as the other patrons placed they're order. The young lady employee(she was older than I was but showing respect and gratitude because a man never ask a ladies age) called me to the register and gave me a new soup. I only went back into the establishment to swap soup cups but because of my patience I was rewarded with a new soup and was also warned to be careful this time. Moral of the story is patience brings greater rewards. FYI The Service was excellent which put a smile on my face. You never know who'll brighten your day.“
