“I was so amazed just by walking in how friendly the staff was. The atmosphere was very lovely and as soon as we walked in we had the cashier ask us if we needed any help with the menu. The wait wasn’t bad at all for what we ordered. We got 3 cheesesteaks, Crab fries, Fish, etc.. The food just tased so immaculate! I have no complaints whatsoever and will be returning.“

“This place is a true local gem. Food is of very high quality, and everything is consistently cooked to perfection. Their consistency is actually really impressive - I’ve never been disappointed by a single thing, and I’ve eaten A LOT of their food. But everything is so good, so I haven’t really made my way outside of the same few items from their menu. The difference is that the staff actually care about their customers, and take pride in their food. It’s not so common these days, and is a pleasant surprise. It’s the reason I will always eat there.“

“Love this place! Dinner is always 10/10 but service, we had Alena or elena and she was just the sweetest young lady and she knows was shes doing, and she was honest too with her recommendations! We always have a tuna and oysters! Then steak this time we shared the cowboy ribeye and added scallops which by the way is not on the menu but elena said they could do it and it was delicious!! 5 star service“

“Service here was great. My waitress was attentive and provided top notch service. I couldn't ask better from her.

The atmosphere and vibe was good also. Decorated for the holidays really well. The music choice didn't fit the vibe but luckily it was so low I had to focus to hear it.

My only negative was I asked for a medium burger. See photo attached that my burger was well done. Outside of that I couldn't be happier.

“Would highly recommend this spot! The food was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend the trout, the short rib, truffle mac and cheese and the bread pudding to top it off! Also, kid friendly with adorable sippy cups and a kids menu and everything in between(high chairs, changing tables in the restrooms etc). Absolutely worth every cent! Vaulx was our waitress and she was attentive, cheerful and always had a smile on her face. I might be bias but I would recommend requesting her as your waitress and you won't be disappointed! “My husband and I had dinner on a quiet Wednesday evening. We shared guacamole which was very good with some unusual little additions. My husband had the beef steak and loved it. Again unusual ingredients made the dish very delicious. I had the pork which I had enjoyed a year ago and again I loved it! The service was very attentive. The chef came out so we could tell her in person how much we loved it all!“

Sooooo great!!!!! Has only improved since we had to move. New setup is incredible and drinks have surpassed the original menus leaps and bounds! GO HERE!

Sets the bar by which we measure all cocktails. Never disappointed, each menu always multiple amazing options. I can count on my hands the number of times i have got a cocktail someplace else and NOT been totally disappointed in comparison.

Ambience is brilliant, lively but not too loyd. Brilliant date night. Service is always wonderful and light bites are incredible.

Brussel sprouts are the best around and the pork belly is beyond amazing.“

“We have dined at the restaurant several times over the years. Before our experience this visit, I had read some negative reviews regarding service, food quality and cleanliness. I have to say that we found everything wonderful. We had reservations but arrived much earlier than expected to the restaurant. The Hostess was very accommodating and found an open table right away in the room with the Bar. (I would have enjoyed a table in one of the dining rooms better, which might have been the case had we stuck with our original reservation but we couldn't be picky since the Hostess was kind enough to provide us with an earlier lunch !) The food was delicious, served in a prompt time. Our waiter, Zach, was attentive and very pleasant. Even the servers who brought the food from the kitchen to our table were so nice ! My message in this review is "don't base your possible experience on the negative reviews" !!!“

We ordered the tots and got something very different than expected that she could not have and i thought was fair at best. However our entrees were great. I had a very tasty steak in a good salad and her burger was modified to her liking with a little input from staff. “This was our 4th time here and we had a good experience. These are not complaints, but things I would adjust: salad dressing was a little tart, Firebirds chardonnay was on the sweet side... ok this is actually a complaint - the beer list is severely lacking for a place with $60 entrees (it's basic, boring, and on-par with big chain restaurants). That said, our server was fantastic. In addition to her professionalism, she brought us another round of drinks (the non-alcoholic ones) without asking. I don't know if that's standard procedure for Firebirds or just her attentiveness, but those little things go a long way. The food was excellent, too!“

“After a 12 hour car ride to our hotel, this was an Amazing and Delicious dinner for our family of 4! Very affordable. We’ve paid a lot more for a lot less, and we even got dessert! Our kids rated it a 10 out of 5 and that’s huge for them. Highly recommend!! Will be back!“

“First time back since renovations and wow what a story this place is. It started with the chicken & waffles. The meat was really pink and hard to bite into so I decided to do french toast instead. (Minus the almond cookies.) and it was delicious but it was soft as butter so I had to request a spoon 😮 On top of that, the bartender complimented not only my neurodivergent tattoos 🏳️‍🌈♾️ but also gave me a free mocktail. Though I will warn you it’s real strong. I tasted mostly lemon but it had a hint of maple and tea. Which is ironic because strong taste is why I prefer tea over coffee (if I had to pick between the two). Regardless, these people deserve some love especially in the economic crises we have.“

“This was my first visit to Kiln and won't be my last. It's walking distance from my church so a very convenient location for Sunday brunch. I was surprised at how quiet it was. The ambience is nice. The hostess and servers were very friendly. I had french toast and my husband had the lemon ricotta pancakes. The portions were filling but not excessive. I had one of the best oat milk lattes I've had in a long time so needed to order a second one to go. The menu isn't very big but we liked what we had.“
