“I've been meaning to try this for years. I can't believe I waited so long. The food is SO GOOD!! We got butter chicken pizza, lamb Rogan Josh, garlic naan, and kashmiri naan. All delicious. The lamb Rogan Josh is some of the best I've ever had!! And they were so nice while I waited for my take out, offering me a beverage and a place to sit. I'm really looking forward to ordering from here again!“

Ever since moving to the United States, I have never compromised on this sacred tradition—each year, I take days off to painstakingly prepare every single dish from scratch, even growing my own banana plants just to harvest the leaves. Because I know firsthand the immense, exhaustive labor that a true Sadya demands, I understand completely that my joy this year came at the expense of your own tireless hard work.For the first time in years, you granted me the rare, beautiful gift of simply sitting down to enjoy the feast. The Sadya items balanced flavors so perfectly that every bite tasted of home. Thank you for taking on such a monumental task and delivering on time.

“During our trip to Washington, D.C., we had a lovely meal at Jab We Met. The proprietor was so kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home the moment we walked in. The food was excellent, with delicious Aloo Gobi and comforting Saag Paneer that hit just the right spot. The mango lassi was delightfully smooth and sweet, and the iced tea was light and refreshing. It was an enjoyable dining stop on our travels!“

“I live in VA, but love to try different food. My second time here, because food was great. The girl serving was super too. Was not busy the time I was eating. After reading reviews, I wonder where people normally eat as most restaurants have a charge for sharing if they let you all. I like the quiet atmosphere to relax. Nice to be able to have a glass of wine & do that. The manager was super friendly too.“

“Wanted to try something new during birthday excursion. redditors recommended this place. finding out that they had a buffet helped me ensure I'd definitely find something I like. but I actually loved EVERYTHING they had in their buffet once I got there. had multiple plates. If I lived closer, it would've been a regular spot for me. hope to visit again soon. would recommend to anyone.“

“wow i am yearning for the day i can come back and try more from this menu! this place is always booked and busy so my brother and i made a visit first thing they opened for lunch. our server was amazing and his recommendation for the kale pakora chaat for an app and the bhapa doi for dessert were 10/10. a party of 2 is not enough people to fully explore the menu. we were so stuffed after sharing an app, 2 entrees, and a dessert. i am so excited to come back. it’s so cute in here and i had such an amazing time.“

“I’ve been eating food at this place for a few years. The food always tastes amazing especially if you are looking for South Indian style. One of the only places that will serve Pulao as well as a variety of Biryanis. The staff and owner are also very nice and serve the food with a lot of care“

“At first we were a little surprised to be eating in a Days Inn -- and Al-Madani is unassuming atmospherically. However, the food was flavorful and delicious (aloo palak, lamb tikka kabobs, garlic naan), and the staff were wonderfully kind and caring. I feel like this is a hidden gem and hope many more people find them and that they get lots of business!“
