However, my birthday is now past and I didn’t have any success finding my digital coupon before my birthday when I last remembered. I walked into the Shady Grove location not know what to expect. I explained my story to the manager on duty and, before I finished explaining, she said, “I could just make you a Birthday sub”….I paused for a second and then said thank you. I wasn’t used to people just believing me on my word. I felt like this was excellent customer service, it made me feel like coming back more. Then, when I came back to pick up my order, she said, “Enjoy your birthday sub sir.” I will definitely be back. Very refreshing to get this type of customer service“

It is 845pm when ordered. Upon arrival to the store I was greeted by the attendant who by the way looked to be alone. Well anyways the only reason only a 4 star review is I ordered 3 subs , 2 of which where hot subs and asked for toasted bread and was correct. “Shopping for the $6.99 foot long promotion. Placed an online order using the app. There were a lot of free parking spots on the front. Arrived at the time of promise shown in the app, and the order was ready for pickup. The Footlong Steak and Cheese was a good choice, which came with Monterey Cheddar, Lettuce, Spinach, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Green Peppers, Black Olives, and Red Onions.“
