“We absolutely loved the food and the kind attention and service . The crepes were divine to the minutest detail with strawberry hot syrup and whipped crème, oh my! “AMAZING !!If I could give then 10 stars I would. I ordered the chipotle chicken bacon affordable,fresh ingredients , and delicious delicious. On the uber app it didn’t give me an option to add avocado so I put it in the notes and they delivered. I even got a complimentary sweet lol. This is my second time ordering from them and I’ll continue to do so
Update: This is my 3rd time ordering from this place and I decided to go in person!

“If you work nearby and don't feel like dealing with the food court at the Mall, then this is the spot for you! I usually eat here once a week, and the sandwiches are delicious. They have all types of sandwiches, a hot bar, a salad bar, and tons of beverages. Everything you would want from a deli/cafe. More importantly, the staff is friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend.p.s. i picked up this oat milk coffee from there, and it tastes amazing!“

“This was our very first time at First Watch and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our server, Mathias, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. “I was at bit skeptical about going to such a small Deli, but I was very surprised by the lay-out and his friendly the staff is. There's ample room inside to eat and also a patio available.

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Went in to eat with my boys and wasn't acknowledged at all by the server who was standing right at the front. When she did acknowledge me she was not friendly at all. I told her 3. then she told me I can sit wherever. there was 2 tables open. one way in the back and one in front. I choose the one in front then she said I can't sit there. I said you said I can sit wherever. she walked away and told one of the guys in the back who proceeded to yell and tell me I can't sit there and they have big tops coming in. I understand this but I am 8 MONTHS PREGNANT! YOU WANTED ME TO SQUEEZE IN THE WAY BACK!? excuse me for wanting to be comfortable while I eat. will NEVER come here. completely ruined my morning! my boys were crying because they wanted to eat and we had to leave.“

“Crowded. I had an email for 20% off pick 2 which is what I ordered but they did not honor it. They said it was online only. The print was so tiny I didn't even see that!!! We had a large party that day and it was a sale to them! What difference does it make how one orders it!! I even have their Panera card for these sales. To no avail. “A hidden gem in downtown Rockville, near the metro station and town center. Their brewed coffee is very good (though I wish they'd let customers add milk themselves) and the freshly prepared foods are also excellent. (I can recommend the parfait and the quinoa-butternut squash salad.) The cafe is counter-service with an airy, light-filled sitting area; very pleasant atmosphere and solid wifi. One cashier is a little brusque but the other staff are extra friendly.“

The staff at this location were super accommodating and friendly - immediately offered to make the food I had ordered and cancel the pick up at the other restaurant. Great customer service! I was most appreciative for them correcting something that was my mistake.“
