Even with a busy crowd, he took the time to go the extra mile, ensuring we had the extra energy to preparing our seating to accommodate our needs. He did it with such delight, it's rare to see someone help with their heart and not just because they have too. Due to a few special needs, food preparation is key. Cheers to the chefs, some folks we did not meet, but big thanks to Charles, our waiter. He ensured everything was correct, THE FIRST TIME! We do not get to eat out that often, for a variety of reasons, but this location made us feel special and welcoming and most important, gave us that sense we could trust them to care for us. “I went to this branch of Panera bread on August the third and I was served by a lovely sweet lady named Beverly. Not only was Beverly helpful, but she also helped us with a smile plastered on her face. She insisted we take our time and not rush stressing upon the fact that we are customers and she’s glad to help out. She let us take our time and did not rush us or huff. We accidentally ordered something wrong and she insisted on correcting our order without letting us pay a single penny. Besides Beverly’s amazing service, the food tasted great. The bread was fresh and soft, the soup was warm, and the coffee was great. I think this is one of the best branches there is if not the best. Their coffee beats any other coffee shop any day any time. I will gladly come back to this branch both food wise and staff wise. Everyone was great including the manager! The manager was sweet, for he heard us out when we voiced our appreciation towards Beverly. Everyone was great in this branch. It seems like everyone loves their job when the community itself is great. I totally recommend coming here and eating because you’ll be served warm fresh food with a smile !“

Their brewed coffee is very good (though I wish they'd let customers add milk themselves) and the freshly prepared foods are also excellent. (I can recommend the parfait and the quinoa-butternut squash salad.) The cafe is counter-service with an airy, light-filled sitting area; very pleasant atmosphere and solid wifi. One cashier is a little brusque but the other staff are extra friendly.“
