“Haagen-Dazs is probably one of the most expensive ice cream places that I have been to, almost $8-$9 after tax. However, what makes them stand out from other ice cream stores is that they don’t use artificial ingredients, and their ice cream is a bit bold and dense compared to other ice cream brands. I really like their Belgian chocolate, because of the creaminess, richness of the chocolate.

I would say the service is great even though there is usually a big crowd waiting for their ice cream, especially when it gets closer to closing time. However, regarding the atmosphere, it feels a little cramped to be eating ice cream, especially with such limited seating. The staff aren’t the friendliest and gave a bit of an attitude when I asked about nuts, with no clear answer, but it panned out because the ice cream actually didn’t have nuts.

I am a big fan of gelato and when I tell you this is TOP SHELF w/ a side of phenomenal customer service I mean it. The staff was super nice, they allowed me to taste different flavors before I made my decision. They also have the cutest little “I melt for you” sign to take IG worthy pictures. “My second visit to a Jeni's ice cream shop!! Their signature signage caught my attention while I was at happy hour.

I rarely come to this area, so I had to stop even though I already tried it before. The staff was super inviting and friendly as soon as we walked in. They let us try a couple samples. I was a little overwhelmed due to zero capacity and didn't bother to read the flavors/descriptions. I asked the employee for samples of the 2 seasonal flavors (Bay Leaf Cheesecake and Sweet Potato Marshmallow Praline). While they both tasted like pure sugar, I chose the Bay Leaf Cheesecake. I ordered the smallest size, which was the kid's scoop in a waffle cone.

Their ice cream is definitely pricey, given the area (and probably insane rent!).“
