There is less boba, but the milk flavor is rich, and you will feel greasy at the end of the drink. The environment is generally clean and bright, and the machine ordering is very convenient.“

“Greeted by the sweetest woman behind the counter! Came here on a Friday afternoon and there was no line. Ordered a few drinks that were only about $5 each, boba included! Generous portions of boba included, and even though the milk teas are powdered it is a very nostalgic taste. Will be back to support them next time I’m in Rockville!“

“I haven't been here in a long time but stopped by today on a whim. The store was kind of busy even though there were only 3 other customers plus me. The sales lady was very engaged with each customer. It was around 1pm when I got there and there were still many buns available.

One thing that I learned is that they don't necessarily know what buns will arrive on a daily basis. I walked off with 4 of my favorite pork floss buns but she said they hadn't been in stock in days.

The portions are quite large and the taste is very good. The dining environment is neat and clean, and the service attitude is also good. The pork ribs are crispy and delicious, and the fried noodles with sand tea are also good. However, the winter melon milk tea is a bit too sweet. The restaurant provides free iced water, which is good.“
