Kevin, the owner, is a super sweet older Chinese man who takes true pride in his teas. You can taste the love and effort. Their brewed coffee is very good (though I wish they'd let customers add milk themselves) and the freshly prepared foods are also excellent. (I can recommend the parfait and the quinoa-butternut squash salad.) The cafe is counter-service with an airy, light-filled sitting area; very pleasant atmosphere and solid wifi. One cashier is a little brusque but the other staff are extra friendly.“

The barista, Elisabeth I believe, kept a conversation with me while making my drink, asking for my foam preferences and temperature, because I told her I had a long day ahead of me. She wanted to ensure my drink stayed warm throughout my day. She smiled and wished me a wonderful day. I hope her manager thanks her on my behalf. She is one of the few baristas that keep up the customer care aspect of Starbucks that has been unfortunately dwindling.“

“We have drunk Quartermaine Coffee for almost thirty years. Their stores and the roasting plant pick-up location are thoughtfully run by personable and knowledgeable employees.
They offer many excellent bean and roast options by the pound at decent prices for home brewing, which is our principal form of consumption.

“This is a nice little Starbucks inside a Safeway store. Getting to the store is easy - right next to the entrance of Safeway. We stop by this store when my son has a sporting event in the area. Placing an order is easy but the drinks may take a few minutes to arrive since (generally) the person taking the order is the same person making the drink.Drinks are made well though and the food is also warmed up perfectly.There is plenty of parking outside.“

“i was in a rush to work this morning, and I stilll had enough time to drop by here for a couple of donuts and a coffee. my favorite donuts are the Do Nats donuts, the Bakers Choice, and the Vanilla Frosted with sprinkles tyoe donuts. I've tried the Do Nats the last time that I was here, but I decided to go for two Vanilla Frosted donits instead, because they're a little more sweeter. sugwr is what I needed this morning. They had a good team working here, and it took literally less than 30 seconds to receive the donuts and coffee. The musoc was literally blaring as loud as it could be, and thankfully I got back back to my car quickly to continie on to my job.“
