The foot long outlaws sandwich was well prepared as expected. Its steak and cheese were still warm and juicy. All ingredients were present. The decoration looked up to date. “It was my birthday recently and after running a few errands I remembered that Jersey Mike’s always gives me a complimentary sub each year. However, my birthday is now past and I didn’t have any success finding my digital coupon before my birthday when I last remembered. I walked into the Shady Grove location not know what to expect. I explained my story to the manager on duty and, before I finished explaining, she said, “I could just make you a Birthday sub”….I paused for a second and then said thank you. I wasn’t used to people just believing me on my word. I felt like this was excellent customer service, it made me feel like coming back more. Then, when I came back to pick up my order, she said, “Enjoy your birthday sub sir.” I will definitely be back. Very refreshing to get this type of customer service“
