“This was our first time here in 8 years since it changed from Maxwell’s to Pepper’s. Maxwell’s was a place we visited frequently when in Ogunquit, and we even had my 50th birthday there. We were very apprehensive about going to Pepper’s, and we did not know what to expect! Wow and cool were the first 2 words I thought of when we entered! The place we came to know and love changed, but it was a great change with an awesome bar! Then, we had some drinks, an appetizer, and then our food came. All of it was great, and all the servers and bartenders are wonderful! We definitely recommend the Firecracker Shrimp and Calamari for appetizers, and the whole belly clams and teriyaki tuna for main courses! Everything was fresh and delicious! We are looking forward to our next trip to Ogunquit, and Pepper’s will definitely be on our dining list!”

“Got introduced to “That Place” by Friends last night for my Birthday 🥳 We had dinner there and I am so very happy that we did…the food was excellent and of high quality! “Our meal tonight at Nikanos was a complete dining experience. We ate outdoors by the gas firepit and we were comfortably warm. Margery our waitress was attentive with a lovely personality. The food was outstanding. We had the Sea Bass and it was perfectly prepared. The music was authentic and added to the cultural experience. The dancer was beautiful and tasteful. I highly recommend Nikanos if you are looking for an enjoyable, delicious evening.”

“Every time my husband and I come to Ogunquit for vacation, this is our night #1 romantic dinner date spot. Best Thai place in Maine. Wonderful staples like pork dumplings, Panang curry and pad thai. Generous but not massive portions. Very friendly and attentive waitstaff. Trendy background music adding to the atmosphere. Overall memorable!”

“The food was delicious the staff was kind and accommodating although it is labeled as handicapped accessible and that is a bit of a stretch, the supposed ramp out front is more of a sidewalk hill it’s very steep and took 2 of us to get my sons wheelchair up over the curbing and inside. Then they sat us outside on the patio which we were ok with except for the fact to get there we walked down the road to the end of the property to go through the fencing they had to remove the boards of the fencing to access and took 3 of us to push and pull at the same time to get into. It was extremely tight maneuvering to get settled comfortably at the table. (My sons an adult 34 yr old man) we did have a nice dinner once we got settled I just wish they’d had smoother handicap access if the wheelchair person was alone they wouldn’t be able to get in”
