“Consistently the best. Inside seating at picnic type tables can get crowded in the summertime, but is a welcome spot in the chilly and changeable weather in the spring. Outside order window makes it convenient if you want to sit down outside and enjoy the ambiance of Perkins Cove.”

“This was our first time here in 8 years since it changed from Maxwell’s to Pepper’s. Maxwell’s was a place we visited frequently when in Ogunquit, and we even had my 50th birthday there. We were very apprehensive about going to Pepper’s, and we did not know what to expect! Wow and cool were the first 2 words I thought of when we entered! The place we came to know and love changed, but it was a great change with an awesome bar! Then, we had some drinks, an appetizer, and then our food came. All of it was great, and all the servers and bartenders are wonderful! We definitely recommend the Firecracker Shrimp and Calamari for appetizers, and the whole belly clams and teriyaki tuna for main courses! Everything was fresh and delicious! We are looking forward to our next trip to Ogunquit, and Pepper’s will definitely be on our dining list!”

“Great menu, great food, (They bake those muffins every day and they are devine!) great service. There is indoor and outdoor seating, so we are able to take our pup. The wait can be long on weekend summer mornings (10-15 minutes) but we used our time at the next door dog park while waiting. Unique local specials (Lobsters, blueberries, and crabs, Oh my!) and delicious coffee and teas. Try their blood orange juice freshly squeezed! You will not be sorry!”

I also have to tell you about the fancy grilled cheese sandwich, it has goat cheese | sharp cheddar | brie | oaxaca | honey | sweet peppers… it was amazing….. wonderful food, great people and fabulous atmosphere. “We had the best time here on an unexpected stop during a road trip. After driving all day from Vermont on a road trip back to FL we stopped in this little gem and before we even got into the doorway we were greeted enthusiastically by the owner Tony. The waiter Johanna and Tony guided us on how to order our very first lobster roll. We spent the evening laughing and joking around with them. We felt like we were hanging with close friends, which was just what we needed to end a long day. Thank you guys!”
