“Having been to Le Supréme multiple times in the last month (I've now had; brunch, and dinner service) I can say it's easily one of my favorite spots. My first time walking in the space I was amazed at all the attention to detail. It's an impeccably Parisian bistro with dark hardwood, and cosy booths. Servers float through the dining room in white shirts and ties, they're friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. The food leaves nothing lacking, from perfectly poached eggs with hollandaise at brunch to the punchy yet creamy Filet au Poivre. Something as simple and classic as Bistro-fare isn't as simple to execute so perfectly each time and yet here we are. For those looking for a real showstopper do not miss the seafood tower! With food like this, and a really well curated wine glass and bottle list, I'm going to be coming back as often as I can!“
“This is an extraordinary place to try a 5 course menu. I was very full qt the end but it was worth it.The place also looks fancy with a city twist and I love itThe bone marrow dish was a little too fatty for my taste, but the duck was my favorite“
“I stopped in to try the Woodward and the Farnsworth Funghi. I was able to split the pizza and do just that! The cashier was great! This pizza is delicious!!! I stopped in at lunchtime, so it was a 45 minute wait- and totally worth it!! It's a casual spot with many options & many customers. There's a small lot and street parking.“
“Oh.M.Gee....this place is amazing!! Really loved my dinner last night!! What did we have? BREAD & BUTTER 8 house sourdough, seasonal butter We started with the bread and butter. Their homemade sourdough bread was filled with all kinds of yummy grains and rivaled anything I had in Europe. It was served with cherry-jam butter, which was ok in my mind--I would have been perfectly happy with salted butter. TWICE COOKED EGG* 14 werp farms' greens, brussels sprout, salty cheese, warm shallot vinaigrette The egg atop this salad was really interesting...they took a poached egg and dipped it and fried it. The Brussels sprouts in this salad were super flavorful. I really enjoyed it. The rest of what we had was not on the website for me to grab descriptions and cost. We also had mushroom spring rolls, which were so flavorful! The tiny mushrooms in the spring rolls (not fried, my favorite kind!) were accompanied by many other fresh vegetables and had a delicious dipping sauce. We also had some broccolini and the pork chop. That pork chop was also super flavorful accompanied by collard greens, grits and cornbread. All of this food was so filling I had to take most of the pork chop dish home for today. The service was outstanding. My water glass never went below the halfway mark, and we never had need to pour wine from the bottle because Megan, our waitress, was ON IT!! While the interior of this place is loud, I didn't find myself shouting to be heard. The whole place is painted chartreuse, just like the name. We wrapped all of this up with 2 tastes of chartreuse...the green one was more herbaceous, leaning toward savory, and the yellow chartreuse was sweet. I liked the yellow best and my boyfriend preferred the green. I will highly recommend and plan to come back sometime. Yum-o!! Overall, I'd highly recommend“
“Exceptional, one of my favorite places in the world.Already on the outside there is a 'wow effect'...but what about the inside? This place not only immerses us in a sumptuous era but also brings a special atmosphere. The service is exceptional. The prices are absolutely fair, and it's great.“
“The Willis is a very nice place to hear live sets. The bartending is exceptional. The last time I went, I was not pleased with entering the establishment and the seating. The people at the door really don't display personalities. It was my fault I only made a reservation for two. But I came with an extra person. Therefore, i was not allowed in no seats available. The way it was handled was less than exceptional. Just my opinion, but I believe the large booth price and drink minium of $200 is wasted space. More people could be seated. All the large booths were empty but one. I spent well over the drink minium when I did come in after the live set. I'm just saying that if it wasn't for my wife convincing me to come in, after the set, I was no longer patronizing this establishment. I had come here at least 8 times before, no problems. It was also part of my 37th anniversary celebration. That's part of my disappointment.“
“I picked up my order, during my month of fasting, vegan pizza saved me. I always opt for the Supreme Pizza, it never disappoints. Unfortunately, I don’t have pictures because I inhale it.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegan options and alternatives. All pizzas can be alter for veganParking: Parking for take out is hit or miss, it’s harder to find parking depending on time of day.“
“Best Thai meal at a restaurant I’ve had. Sensational. This place is worth the drive. I see a lot of reviews about small plates. That’s probably if you do the taste testing option. My daughter and I each ordered our own meal and the proportions were large enough to bring leftovers home. The flavors are incredible. They are deep and layered, and have the perfect spice. My daughter had the Jungle Mussels. The broth could be a meal on its own with the garlic toast to dip in it. The chicken curry (KHAO SOI ) was also the most flavorful version I’ve had. My only pause was the whole drumstick. I would have preferred smaller pieces in the broth than picking apart the chicken off the bone. The Coconut pan cake appetizer was fun and different. So delicious. My daughter had the non-alcoholic blackberry and cardamom tea. I had the Special Thai tea with rum. Both were delicious and complimented the meal well.My daughter was treated with a desert of coconut ice cream with a crumble topping and sauce. Was so good, no other ice cream desert could compare. The service was attentive and had a menu prepared for us to indicate the allergens we needed to avoid. The atmosphere was laid back and casual and tastefully decorated in a fun, modern and crisp way. Can’t wait to go back.“
“Unique old school looking place! Wife and I had a whiskey and beer for $5 each, a great deal. We walked here from the Fisher Theatre before a show which took about 8 minutes. Easy to find and it's very close to a Qline station. Bartenders (3) were all very friendly and welcoming. Didn't get to spend a lot of time here but we'll be back!“
“Service and ambiance were first class. Caesar salad prepared table side and Parmesan Mushroom Risotto were exceptional. Both Steaks was very salty and a little tough for a ribeye prepared medium. One steak was sent back because it was closer to well done after sitting on the hot plate. Will try again in the future and ask for light seasoning and for them to leave my steak unsliced to avoid it over cooking the interior on the hot plate its served on.“
“We were starving and looking for some food at 11:30pm and stumbled upon this place which was open till 12am. We were warmly greeted. It was AMAZING! We ordered the Cherry Cherve burgers with fries and the hot honey BBQ chicken legs. I inquired about gluten free and ordered mine w a gluten free bun which added a few minutes on to the cooking. The food was all amazing! The gluten free bun was wonderful and the burgers were delicious and cooked to perfection! The fries were delicious and seasoned so well. They were not too skinny or too fat; they were just perfect. The ketchup was a smaller plastic squeeze bottle which worked well. I am not a fan of the glass bottles where the ketchup doesn't come out. It's the little things. The legs were yummy. The food was very fresh, cooked well and served piping hot, which in and of itself is amazing late at night 30 minutes before closing. The bartender recommended a pain killer cocktail and it was amazing too!! My husband ordered a 51K beer and said it was an outstanding IPA. And he knows his beer. This place is a hidden gem. Great service, amazing food and cool ambiance. I used the restroom and it was attractively decorated and sparkling clean. We will be back for sure!“
“Omg this place is life customer service was impeccable. The atmosphere is lovely, comfortable and inviting with a laid-back feel. Most definitely go and visit. The only thing I would say is parking is awful because of its location. Definitely is a hidden gem in the Detroit area. Go and visit coffee was delicious and also was the Old fashioned ?“
“We had a 5 PM reservation on a week night and the entire restaurant to ourselves until after 6:30. The hostess greeted us in the hotel lobby and escorted us to our booth seating. Our server / sommelier was attentive, knowledgeable and just the right amount of conversational. The appetizer (beet salad), scallops & branzino, side dish & dessert were all fantastic.“
“Castalia is an intimate tour-de-force in the incredible heights of artistry that you can take the sensory experience of a cocktail. You can taste the care and intent in every glass and the transformative nature of the accompanying scents. You owe it to yourself to go - even if you don't drink, their full menu is offered in non-alcoholic formats that taste nearly the same.“
“Definitely you are too cool for school if you go to this place on a regular basis. It's a great evening out to surprise someone with something totally different. The cocktails are good however they are priced a little high, but it's definitely a one or two cocktail kind of evening. That's not a bad thing. The bartenders were very nice, and I had to say the experience was definitely a positive one. This place is beautiful on the inside and you would never ever expect this in downtown Clawson. Stop in, bring a date, be impressed.“
“They had two N/A cocktails, one N/A beer, and several sparkling water options! I would recommend the High Vibrations N/A cocktail, very gingery and great for sipping while still being delicious. The Phone Negroni is a bottle N/A cocktail that I've seen at other places, it is tasty, but you're missing out a bit on the cocktail-being-made-in-front-of-you experience. Thanks for having great N/A options!“
“Popped into this cute little spot and was amazed. There is something for everyone on this menu from an extensive list of Belgian beers to an excellent list of classic and inventive cocktails and even an interesting wine list so grab your buds and come check it out. Also, I have to go back and check out their sourdough pizza which I have heard is fabulous. It doesn't happen until after six.“
“Amazing happy hour 4-530 Monday- Thurs. $ 7 cocktails and 4 oz filet $28. The best part of going to London Chop House? The amazing staff. Dorian is their doorman for 10 years, such an amazing soul. The staff inside are welcoming, knowledgeable, true professionals. You never have to worry about poor or indifferent service here. Here are a few bonuses: Frank Sinatra ate there. Ask where his booth was. There is a wonderful cigar bar on the third floor with a billatds table. Best restaurant in downtown Detroit, no questions!Vegetarian options: I'm a vegetarian and my husband is not. When we go during happy hour, I get a baked potato and he gets filet mignon. We go to alot of steakhouses and typically get a potato. I can't recall what I ate at the times we had dinner there, but I went away satisfied.“
“One year later, I came back to Black Salt. They have made so many changes for the better! The ambiance is still so cozy, I noticed more art. The drinks were delicious and not too sweet this time around, and the SPELLS! Last year, when I got a drink with ritual, the bartender basically did it for me. This time around, they give you supplies to do your own spell! Candles, crystals, ribbon, herbs, you name it. It felt way more authentic and unique. Excited to return when the weather is warm because they have a back patio area too!“
“One of the best restaurant experiences that I’ve had since moving back to Michigan, probably the best experience so far in Michigan. Let’s talk about it..-Atmosphere-This place has a very nice ambience. It has dim candle-lit lighting, upscale seating, and chic decor throughout making it perfect for an intimate dinner with a loved one. The seating has plenty of space and most of the fellow patrons were dressed up for a high end occasion. It’s giving luxury romance and sophistication, very nice atmosphere!-Service-The service that we received was immaculate. The menu and drinks were explained thoroughly as menu items can change every two weeks so there may be a whole new menu if you make your reservations too far in advance. The server was amazing and guided us through the custom cocktail list, all of her picks were amazing. Some things changed on the menu and I requested something that I saw from the previous menu, they accommodated me and even had the chef bring out the dish and explain his preparation process. Top notch service!-Food-The food was executed perfectly with great seasoning and flavor and was brought out fresh, hot, and with upscale plating techniques. The portions were surprisingly large and the food was incredible! They made sure to follow our dietary restrictions and had Halal items on this menu as well. I was very impressed.-What went wrong-There was an empty glass bottle under our seats where we were seated. Small gripe and was removed immediately so it wasn’t a big deal but it was there. There also was an issue with the shift change that caused our meal to come out late. The server was nice enough to bring us out a few orders of her favorites, made sure we wanted for nothing, gave great conversation, and even threw in a dessert for us. Unbeatable service that really made us feel welcome and well treated. This one is a must try in my opinion, especially for date nite. 4.7/5 flames highly recommend and will definitely return!Dietary restrictions: There are Vegan and Halal options on the menuParking: $20 for parking and a short walk but well worth it.“
“This is a great spot for a quick drink and bite before dinner. They have NA drink options for those trying to stay clear from booze, but that still want to sip on a nicely crafted cocktail. The staff is very friendly and will definitely make sure you get exactly what you want.“
“Today I dined at Fusion Flare and had an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious, served hot and flavorful. The cocktails were top-notch, and the service was excellent; our server was incredibly attentive and friendly. Overall, it was a delightful and fun dining experience. Highly recommend!"“
“Having only been to this establishment twice it's a bit of a toss up.Awesome ambiance, great drinks, but so-so on the customer service front. My party was roughly nine minutes late for our reservation and upon entering the hostess had noted she was about to give us a courtesy call (which I thought was cool but perhaps a bit overkill as I had just confirmed via text that we'd be there for our reservation). Not even ten seconds after that we were informed by the same hostess there was a "15 topper" coming in after us which in turn made me feel like we needed to get our drinks and move along with haste. I don't expect a warm embrace at a bar, but having an experience as opposed to be moved like cattle is a welcome feeling.Lastly, in a weird turn of events our server was a mixed bag as our waters stayed consistently full we never received our popcorn.“
“For a birthday and concert evening out...I felt upon entry we were placed in an dark empty back area room with dark walls that did not feel inviting and didn't give us any welcome hospitable feeling. We had to ask to be seated In the main dining area with window seating, where there were not many people seated but it was definitely a more welcoming space with lots of natural light, brighter wall coloring and many windows. The chairs could use a good cleaning. I didn't want to lean back in my chair and I was wearing black clothing.I didn't agree with a shot of Don Julio Anejo being $38 and the fact the waitress brought it even though blanco was requested. She couldnt even be bothered to check before she brought it. A bottle could have been purchased for that amount. The food was very good. Caesar salad was great. I normally have house salad so it was a nice change with cherry tomatoes added. The calamari was very fresh and had a zesty lemon flavor and texture, not rubbery. The petite mignon was requested well done and had just a bit of char which I liked. The Beef Wellington was tender on the inside and crisp on the outside with the breading. It came with a great sauce for dipping. And the veggies were very fresh and seasoned as I would have done myself. Overall, visit was ok. I would like to give it another go, maybe.Parking: Attendants were friendly and efficient. I left my phone in the car and they brought it Into the restaurant after I was seated. They were kind.“
“It had been 5 years since my last belly up at Bumbos, but I'm glad it's still kicking. A proper bar with a proper pour. Nice staff, laid back atmosphere, good tunes and pet friendly patio. They also have a wide foot rest at the bar which amazingly some bars omit altogether. If I lived in Hamtramck, I would live in “
“Yes, everything about this place is a yes. The food, service, and atmosphere do not disappoint. I’ve been here 4 or 5 times already. The cocktails and food are creative, beautiful, and delicious. I’m obsessed with the decor, even down to the dinnerware. This is my happy place. I’m honestly hesitant to share, because I want it all to myself.“
“I've been here twice and both times were so fun. I found the bartenders to be a delight. Our last bartender was knowledgeable about cocktails and made us things not on their menu. It is small but that's part of the charm. The lobby of the hotel is also a cool vibe so when people complain about sitting out there,I don't get it. I would only be annoyed being a hotel guest and NOT being able to sit in the lobby. The drinks aren't cheap but it's for sure a fun stop.“
“Was in the area so decided to stop by and so glad I did. They have lots of unique flavors that I throughly enjoyed. I loved my pear bagel and chai with carrot cake syrup. I ordered online and they waited to put ice in my drink until I was there so it wouldn't get watered down. If I was a living in Detroit, I could see myself becoming a regular.“
“The special crafted drink and presentation is amazing. The food is also great. We had Thai ribs, crab & shrimp cakes, lamb ragu.We went there 2x once for a coworker/friend birthday and again for my boyfriend's 53rd birthday party.Reservation is highly recommended. And they really take care of you.Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.I recommend this place of any type of event.“
“This is the second time I've been to this bar, both times for live music being played there. The only issue I see for it as a venue is that the stage is just as dark as the rest of the bar. They do have a nice selection of whiskey and tequila, the bathrooms are unisex and clean, and they have cute outdoor area out back, through the pea gravel isn't the best for standing.“
“What a cool place! The ambience, from the back alley entrance to the intimate setting is a very cool atmosphere. Made a reservation so getting in was quick and easy, service was outstanding. The drinks were unique and delicious. Will definitely return!“
“I wanted to share my wonderful experience with Amici’s. I had my bridal shower here and it was nothing short of amazing. Not only was the communication very timely and accurate, but the staff here went above and beyond to make sure my special day was perfect. They were so helpful with my guests that had dietary restrictions, everything went without a hitch. The pizza, salad, and drinks were highly praised during my event as well! I highly recommend not only having your private event here, but also just stopping in for a meal as the food and drinks are so delicious, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you to Eric and his amazing staff!“
“From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, our experience was elevated to an extraordinary level, thanks in no small part to our waiter, Jaquan—or Jay, as he introduced himself. His down-to-earth demeanor and attentive service set the tone for what was an unforgettable celebration of my cousin's 18th birthday. Jay went above and beyond, ensuring that every aspect of our evening was nothing short of exceptional. The culinary journey began with appetizers that set a high bar: the lump crab cakes were a harmonious blend of flavors and textures, delighting our taste buds and igniting our anticipation for the main course. And indeed, the Chicago Cut Bone-in Ribeye that followed did not disappoint. It was, without exaggeration, one of the most exquisite ribeyes I've ever had the pleasure of savoring in Metro Detroit—a statement I do not make lightly, having frequented every notable steakhouse in the area. The Caucus Club, with its culinary prowess, stands as a formidable rival to the renowned London Chop House. Our side dishes—the Brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes, and Mac & Cheese—were each a testament to the kitchen's commitment to quality and flavor, complementing the ribeye perfectly. The grand finale, a Chocolate Trout dessert, was a masterpiece of confectionery art. Despite my usual indifference to chocolate desserts, this creation, with its rich dark chocolate, velvety milk chocolate mousse, and the tartness of raspberry accented with nuts, was an epiphany.I wholeheartedly recommend the Caucus Club to anyone seeking an unparalleled steak experience paired with impeccable service. Make sure to request Jay as your waiter; his dedication to guest satisfaction will undoubtedly enhance your dining experience.“
“We came for dinner and every single thing we ate was excellent. We had corned beef croquets (holiday special), the roasted garlic ricotta dip, vegan risotto and short rib sandwich. Every aspect was well-prepared & perfectly balanced, service was excellent, atmosphere was just a standard milquetoast restaurant/bar but the food was magnificent.“
“Enjoyed a wonderful dinner and drinks here. They have a creative and extensive cocktail menu, as well as delicious meals. We opted for the coconut calamari appetizer, the ravioli rosette and the bbq short rib. All were delicious, filling and beautifully presented. Wish we saved room for dessert. Next time! :)“
“I've came here twice (Birmingham location) in less than a week lol. Each time was great. On my first visit my waiter's name was Chris and he was outstanding. He explained every item on the menu, he checked up on me in a timely fashion, just overall great service from him. The Bartender Nate made the best cocktails (I had a Lemon Drop and a Strawberry Lemon Drop) He even came to the table to introduce himself and made sure the drink was to my liking.Food was good, I really liked the garlic aoli with the fries. Fried lobster tacos were delicious. Filet Sliders were good. I'm not a big fan of pretzel buns so I would have preferred a different type of bread but overall they were goodMy second visit I sat at the Bar. Mike was the Bartender and he made me a Cosmopolitan. I ordered Sweet & Spicy Shrimp, Scallops, Pei Mussels and Grilled Wings. Everything was tasty but the wings. If you're a fan of char-grilled taste, than you'll like the wings.“
“I stopped in here last week and had one of the best times that I have had in quite some time ! The drinks were strong and the Motor City Birger was very good. The bar was not crowded and our waitress was very attentive and got our order correct. She was amazing if you ask me so of course we tipped her well !“
“Cocktail menu is absolutely outstanding, and you can buy everything you need to make them here. Great small grocer selection and awesome local beer selection, great curated selection of liquors and staff Is SUPER helpful and attentive. Great place to start or end a night, and even catch a game.“
“Our server Brandon was amazing! He was attentive, friendly, and very professional! The food was excellent! The owner Mike came to our table and introduced himself, which was a very nice and personal touch added to the entire experience! Brandon and Andiamo made my birthday very special!“
“I’m glad to have been to this place. It feels like a piece of history. They have amazing GIN, VODKA, BOURBON! ???They smoked my “Spill the Tea” cocktail and it was even tastier than when it wasn’t smoked.I deeply appreciate the locale focus, the customer service, and their customization. They are phenomenal. Do NOT overlook them.Thank you for a personalized time!“
“It's a hotel bar, but it's a nice hotel barYou have your cozy, more quiet area and then you have your more lively bar area. $15 for their signature cocktails, which is on par for the surrounding area. Parking in back, if you don't valet.“
“We love this place in the summer when the patio area is open. Drinks are always hit or miss, but this time we came and they had the sippin Santa pop up menu which we've had elsewhere and the drinks were fantastic! Bartender told us a lot about the pop up and made great drinks. My husband ordered a whiskey ginger and he used a fresh ginger syrup which took the drink up a notch. Always will be back.“
“Is there an option for six stars? This place served the best pasta I have ever had! The mussels were amazing and the ambience was so nice! Our server was very helpful in breaking down the menu and making suggestions. They have a happy hour which is perfect if you want to stop in and just try a few items from the menu. I can't wait to go back!“
“I love this place! I took my son and daughter-in-law there last night for dinner and we were all impressed with our service, food and ambiance. I had the salmon and the flavors were excellent! My son had the chicken tikka and he loved it. My daughter-in-law had the wagyu something, and she loved it! It's expensive, but I recommend it.“
“4.5 stars! The enchiladas were great and the salsa was spicy enough.I believe the pozole is not the traditional one or it was from another region less popular, but I like the traditional flavor better. The place looks like taken straight out from Mexico and I loved the margaritas with tajin.“
“Let's start by saying we love this place. We have been coming here for at least 6 years. The atmosphere changes as it does everywhere. Just depends on the night and the theme along with a million other factors. The food has always been great. Fast hot and good. The service is usually good. Walkers has a lifestyle web site and it seemed great. However we have had to make several profiles and all have been deleted. I emailed asking why and was told "you have no content" . We had G- rated face and body pics. Ages, likes dislikes, and so on. Everything you would put on any lifestyle website. So not sure what more they are looking for. Anyway check out the theme before you come so it's something you're going to be comfortable with before hand. Say high to Jennifer she is awesome!! And order some mini tacos and stuffed mushrooms... you will love them!!!!Parking: Remember there are signs posted as to what part of parking lot is for Walkers and for ajoining bank.“
“Ok, so this isn't really a food place unless there is a popup but the bartender doesn't seem to care if you grab something at the Checkers next door. It's a nice little queer friendly dive bar with cheap drinks, trivia on Tuesdays, pool, and pinball. Sometimes they have shows. The vibe is kinda like a treehouse for adult boys.“
“This is honestly my favorite coffee spot. Wonderful pastries, lovely coffee and atmosphere. However, this morning I had a strange experience— got my usual order (honey lavender latte), but it tasted burnt and like there was no syrup in it at all (totally not a typical experience there, btw). With anxiety coursing through my veins, I gathered the courage to ask for my latte to be remade, which I have never done, and hate doing. The woman at the register gave me a suspicious look, almost like I was trying to pull a fast one, or steal something even though I was handing her the full cup of coffee to be replaced. Just very hesitant to adhere to such a request. It made me feel ridiculous for even asking... Instead, a barista, who was absolutely lovely, approached me and kindly offered to remake it for me. It was delicious. I was thankful for her willingness to interject into that conversation and help out (even though she was already incredibly busy and working her tail off.) All-in-all though, my experience with the woman at the register made me feel yucky and unvalued, as someone who very regularly spends $7.50 on a coffee there.“
“Just picked up a bottle of straight bourbon whiskey. I’m traveling /working . Picked up the bottle from Sam’s club lol. But lemme tell ya !! It’s great !!! Smooth tasty and quality stuff . Nice finish !!! Thanks everyone at traverse City whiskey Company?don’t hate I’m drinking out of plastic at a hotel ?“
“Absolutely one of my favorite bars in Metro Detroit. The basement is very comfortable and usually each night there is a different DJ spinning vinyl. Market rate cocktails, wine and beer. What makes this place remarkable is that besides paying for a drink, it comes close to being over a friends house or your own.“
