“We went there yesterday afternoon for a quick bite. We entered and the staff on duty went to their respective positions to serve us. It took a bit of time for me to pick which bread that I wanted because they no longer have photos of the bread by the breads named for choice. And that is a confusing pain! Why get rid of something that actually HELPS the non-regular customer make an educated decision as to what they would like their sandwich to be on? And it would also expedite the service given and thus help to shorten the line (if any). Other than that I would give them a five star rating because they always listen to how I would like my order and they come through with it. It's a great place to go if you like subs. Enjoy! :)“

“Having a DQ near my job has been an experience. Bad day? Why not get ice cream on my lunch break? I feel like I have become somewhat acquainted with this place and I have never been unhappy with my experience there. Everything tastes good always and I have seen them operate under many different conditions. They are also very nice at the window and have some cute outdoor seating spots!“

“Food is good. Only drawback is they got rid of paper menus. They want you to order on the kiosk only. I for one hate kiosk. It's not easy to use at all and takes way to long. It's extremely confusing and difficult. You can't alter your order on it like light condiments etc. At least a employee stayed and helped me through the entire process, but I can't see how this is helpful or cost effective. I won't be back only because of the kiosk..... it should be a choice not the only way.“

So, Long story long, My partner and I each ordered a build your own salad, and idk... I'd like to think I'm not really the jealous type but when my salad arrived, it didn't take long to notice something definitely seemed, well.....a bit fishy. 🥴Don't get me wrong, I love a good traditional Caesar dressing made with anchovies, I'm also the opposite of picky...that said I don't like my chicken coming home late smelling like bad decisions.

anyhoodles, ALL this just to say that when I called and reported the situation, Shelby, the manager on duty, was SO very understanding and immediately (after confirming I wasn't just a dummy about the dressing) offered to make it right. My partner and I ended up having a great night with great food (sans anything chicken) and fell asleep content with a great (not fishy) taste in our mouths.

“My mom was hungry just got home from work and was waiting on a fridge delivery (time frame was 3-6pm) so she obviously couldn’t leave. So her and my younger sister ordered Uber eats, unfortunately they couldn’t get a driver in the area so the order time kept getting pushed back, eventually the fridge was delivered and still no food. So we called Arby’s (Plainwell, Mi location) and and told asked if we could just pick up our order ourselves, when we got there the store manager was awaiting our arrival with all our warm food and even paid for our order due to the 2 hour inconvenience. Almost had all three of us in tears. Very genuine, kind, patient & understanding!! Will definitely continue to have our service!! Thanks again so much!! “Small location but everything was great about it. Location is kind of hard to see but luckily I found them on Google maps. It was quite empty in there so they made my food pretty fast. It was very clean and they always always hook you up with extra fries all ingredients are very fresh.“

“truly a great arbys. i always come in on the weekends and always see the same~ staff almost every time i come in. what i assume to be two managers, (based on the shirts) i forgot the specific names but one had a general manager name tag and he was super pleasant with amazing customer service, and the other one was younger but tall and amazing customer service as well. i have never met such nice workers. i came in this evening though and my order was ok but the customer service was as good as it normally was. i guess i will stick with weekend afternoons as the evenings it seems the workers are a little cranky, but overall they get my order right and typically have great attitudes. keep it up you two!“
