“We went there yesterday afternoon for a quick bite. We entered and the staff on duty went to their respective positions to serve us. It took a bit of time for me to pick which bread that I wanted because they no longer have photos of the bread by the breads named for choice. And that is a confusing pain! Why get rid of something that actually HELPS the non-regular customer make an educated decision as to what they would like their sandwich to be on? And it would also expedite the service given and thus help to shorten the line (if any). Other than that I would give them a five star rating because they always listen to how I would like my order and they come through with it. It's a great place to go if you like subs. Enjoy! :)“

“On 1/17/25 I ordered a carryout fry. When I was at the counter the guy in front of me appeared to be extremely rude to the Chick-fil-A employee. He looked as if he was trying to intimidate her. When I placed my order, she still seemed a little shaken up but remained professional. The same guy was fussing that they didn't listen. And when I was getting ready to leave another customer was being rude to an employee asking if he was a manager. Both employees in my opinion maintain professionalism and a smile.“

“Out of all of the places in Kzoo, Blaze is the one I can consistently eat at without fear of dairy and wheat activated allergic reactions. Every time I've been, the employees have been kind and professional. My kids also love eating here!

“Always accurate and friendly. Taco Bell seems to be the only chain that has their sh*t together since the covid era. I work nights, so I use drive thrus after 11pm. There is always drama elsewhere..short staffed or cash only or one time I was hit with a, "online orders only". It's nice knowing that when I come here, and this goes for several other tacos bell locations, I can just pay for my food and go home without compromising in some way. “I cannot comment on other shifts... But the lunch crew is on point. I've come through 1 or 2 times a week over the last couple months and it's been consistent with service. They are great to deal with and they have never messed up my order yet. “truly a great arbys. i always come in on the weekends and always see the same~ staff almost every time i come in. what i assume to be two managers, (based on the shirts) i forgot the specific names but one had a general manager name tag and he was super pleasant with amazing customer service, and the other one was younger but tall and amazing customer service as well. i have never met such nice workers. i came in this evening though and my order was ok but the customer service was as good as it normally was. i guess i will stick with weekend afternoons as the evenings it seems the workers are a little cranky, but overall they get my order right and typically have great attitudes. keep it up you two!“

“Taco Bell’s can be hit or miss, but this specific location has always done a really good job with their food. It is always the closest to the advertised look out of all of the Taco Bell’s that are around this location. All of the food here is great, but if you have issues eating food like this, it is probably best to avoid the beans and the nacho cheese. Otherwise, this is the best location around.“

“I've never had a problem with this Taco Bell they're usually very quick and efficient and getting the orders done and the food is good. I have still yet to have a problem at this particular location but I don't anticipate one all the staff that I have met are extremely friendly and don't hesitate to get the job done they're good at what they do. “I always enjoy getting and receiving food from this Taco Bell location and in particular their service that they provide being friendly and beyond that going the extra mile at least that was for me or my experience whenever I was a delivery driver that would regularly pick up orders and be in direct contact with these and they never were an issue and they always were willing to provide discounts to the pickup delivery drivers or drinks occasionally being offered for free from managers especially when it was late or very long wait times for the drivers and with customers that always was just an extra little perk but I appreciate Beyond the fact that their food is one of my go to for any late night or fast food craving choices that is for sure

Parking: I'm referring to the Sprinkle Road Taco Bell that is right off of the highway and you go over the bridge and through the roundabouts down past the Speedway on your way heading in the Gull Road direction the right side of the street you can't miss it.

Kid-friendliness: Besides not having a specific play place or location for kids to go and hang out and play and they have no discrimination or denying any kind of service to kids when they are in this restaurant from what I've observed at least

Wheelchair accessibility: I have never had an issue or location where I've seen anyone or any possible ramp that might not be eligible to enter or enter the building at least for that matter will not having the proper and reasonably accessible entrances for any sort of wheelchair and or disability to be able to properly and safely enter without any issue or problem occurring and of course once again this is all my opinion and this is not in fact a factual statement that I would put 100% faith in just to clarify :)“
