“We went there yesterday afternoon for a quick bite. We entered and the staff on duty went to their respective positions to serve us. It took a bit of time for me to pick which bread that I wanted because they no longer have photos of the bread by the breads named for choice. And that is a confusing pain! Why get rid of something that actually HELPS the non-regular customer make an educated decision as to what they would like their sandwich to be on? And it would also expedite the service given and thus help to shorten the line (if any). Other than that I would give them a five star rating because they always listen to how I would like my order and they come through with it. It's a great place to go if you like subs. Enjoy! :)“

“Great place to stop for ice cream. There's usually a good crowd out, and it's a fun, sociable spot to hang out and enjoy a treat. I always look forward to stopping in.
That said, I can't really recommend the rest of the food. It's pretty cafeteria-style, like school lunch vibes. It'll work in a pinch if you're hungry, but the ice cream is definitely the reason to come.“

“My mom was hungry just got home from work and was waiting on a fridge delivery (time frame was 3-6pm) so she obviously couldn’t leave. So her and my younger sister ordered Uber eats, unfortunately they couldn’t get a driver in the area so the order time kept getting pushed back, eventually the fridge was delivered and still no food. So we called Arby’s (Plainwell, Mi location) and and told asked if we could just pick up our order ourselves, when we got there the store manager was awaiting our arrival with all our warm food and even paid for our order due to the 2 hour inconvenience. Almost had all three of us in tears. Very genuine, kind, patient & understanding!! Will definitely continue to have our service!! Thanks again so much!! “truly a great arbys. i always come in on the weekends and always see the same~ staff almost every time i come in. what i assume to be two managers, (based on the shirts) i forgot the specific names but one had a general manager name tag and he was super pleasant with amazing customer service, and the other one was younger but tall and amazing customer service as well. i have never met such nice workers. i came in this evening though and my order was ok but the customer service was as good as it normally was. i guess i will stick with weekend afternoons as the evenings it seems the workers are a little cranky, but overall they get my order right and typically have great attitudes. keep it up you two!“

“The Baconator is one of my favorite Burgers however I can't eat two patties and they don't offer the bacon cheeseburger in a single Baconator is supposed to have two kinds of cheese mine just had one slice of cheese and two pieces of bacon I have to admit though they still have the best fries and the change is in the frosties are kind of neat also“

“This location has never let us down. They consistently make THE BEST burgers and best fries of all fast food options in the whole region (and better than most high end restaurants). A friendly employee always offers to enter your order into the kiosk for you if you prefer not to deal with it, and someone always checks on you while you’re eating to ask if you need anything. They beat all the others for consistent quality and customer service. We drive out of our way to eat here when we want a good burger & fries at a really reasonable price.“

“I came to the 2229 sprinkle road location in Kalamazoo MI. I received incredible customer service. The woman at the drive through was incredibly helpful and attentive. She asked Don who was making the food any questions and he was also helpful! Really the reason aside from giving them props is that they mentioned that they were on a timer. I get that this is a corporate thing but if I’m the only person in the drive through I don’t feel that y’all should pressure your employees to get cars through the drive through as fast as possible. I understand trying to improve customer service but seems like y’all are bored and furring off peak hours still reprimanding the late night employees and or holding them to the same standard as peak hour employees which made my experience a little rushed. Again Katie and Don are the reason I gave 5 stars.“

“Yesterday we recently visited Firehouse Subs on Westnedge Ave in Kalamazoo to celebrate our son’s birthday, his choice and it turned out to be a nice experience. He had been wanting their subs for a while, so he was especially happy we went.

We dined in and the atmosphere was standard, clean, casual, and comfortable. The food was as expected and consistent with what you’d expect from Firehouse Subs.

What really stood out was the service. The staff was friendly and attentive from the start. When we mentioned it was our son’s birthday, they acknowledged it and were very kind, which meant a lot to him. They also brought our food directly to the table, which was a nice touch.

One small moment that stood out was when I asked an employee the name of the movie playing on the television. She kindly offered to change it, even though I just wanted to know the name to watch later. It was a thoughtful gesture that showed great customer care.

Overall, a simple experience, but meaningful to us and we’d definitely return.“

“Jersey Giant on Centre is the only sandwich shop you need to visit around here IMO. The sandwiches are consistently great, and serving sizes are generous. You can turn any sandwich into a salad, and those are way better than they have any right to be (at least when they load it up with veggies how I like).

Local shop with Michigan roots, and I appreciate that they run a great student lunch special for a price that makes me wonder how they stay in business. A sandwich shop for the people!

“This was my first time stopping at this Qdoba. I could tell from the line they were short staffed. But I have to say this was the best service I’ve ever had at any Qdoba. When I arrived there was only one gal working the food line was also working the register but she managed to acknowledge each person waiting in line, apologizing for the delay. She was quick & efficient and very friendly! Her manager jumped in to help and he was also very friendly, making sure the food was fresh before serving. The food was great, the service was great! I sure wish I could remember the gals name who was working so hard, so I could make sure her manager knows to keep her!! I’m pretty sure her name began with a “T”. 😊.
