After standing there for a couple of minutes and watching how busy the employees were, one of them communicated with me and apologized for the wait. I could clearly see one was slicing meat, one was cleaning, one was tending to taking orders and two were prepping and assembling the sandwiches. “I have heard many times of JMS. But on this one occasion when driving my Lyft and I picked up an employee of JMS . During our conversation I had asked him of the difference subs and he told me about the “ Mikes way” . I promised to try. I called my wife and said “ I am bringing home dinner”. I did stop at JMS and ordered just the recommended sub. We were not disappointed at all. I have made a pledge that if We have to had sub for dinner, JMS is where we are going.“

“Best sandwich/sub I ever had at Potbellies, which is impressive because its always good and making it better now is the new sauces like Garlic aioli and red wine vinegar that I can mix with ranch and balsamic vinaigrette to create the best ranch for my sandwich. But what was above and beyond this time was the chicken was even better than usual and it was so delicious. Bacon also was delicious as usual. My sandwich was so good I could have eaten it without any sauce but I still added sauce to most of it. Also the sprite was really good this time too. The staff was great, nice and most importantly great at their job making sandwiches delicious. If you like sub sandwiches you have to go here to the Riverdale Potbelly, it's the best. I love this place and their sandwiches so much.“

“This very hard working beautiful young woman named Maya, gave me the best service I have ever had at any subway, I've been there a couple times before that and she's been the best employee that has worked with me. She was even on break and saw me come in and helped me! I cant thank her enough for the service she gave me! The next time I go to that subway I'm expecting very high expectations considering how she helped me. She is like a very hard working, kind hearted, beautiful young lady. I'm so proud of her! I can't thank her enough. But Maya has Givin me the best service at subway I have ever had so far!“

“My son and I went here on 8/18/24 for a late lunch. It was worth stopping here. Customer service was welcoming, fast and friendly. The servers chatted with us while making our sandwiches. The sandwiches were made just right and tasted yummy. I had the Oven roasted turkey, provolone and toasted. My son had The Beast and toasted. The dining area was clean. I would go back again.
