“I don't usually leave reviews, but they did right by us so I will. We had ordered 2 sandwiches online and stopped in to pick them up. It was busier than I've ever seen it. My sandwich was fine, but the second one was missing a few things. So I brought it back and they made it again. This location is good, and they have friendly service as well.“

“I worked at Jimmy John’s for 6 years, from an associate to an assistant manager. So, I have semi high standards for JJs locations, especially if I’m going to pay for it when I used to get free meals. Anyway! I’ve ordered this location to my new workplace multiple times and it’s been stellar. The bread is great, the sandwich is how I would make it if I was on the line, it’s been fairly quick too. The only time I ever had my delivery take longer than 20 minutes was when I ordered something on wheat after lunch rush, they were out, and couldn’t get ahold of me. (not for lack of trying though, they called me I was just in a meeting)
People are too hard on food workers these days without having any real knowledge of how much more difficult it is now. I’ll stand by this location.“

“10/10 would recommend! I had seen this place all over my social media, and I had to give it a try. The sandwich was made to order, so it was hot and fresh when I got it. My order was the Tuscany, and I was amazing. I love how customizable every menu item was. The flavor and the freshness won me over. Will definitely be back for a future brunch order.

Vegetarian options: Everything on the menu is customizable, so you can remove meat options if you choose. Some sandwiches come without meat, so there are options for you!

Parking: There's street parking, so if you don't find a spot right out front there is plenty on the cross street. Hope you don't mind a short walk.“

“I'm here for work from Florida and I've had the best experience ever in a Jimmy John's restaurant. Upon walking in I noticed how clean the place was and I was immediately greeted by the staff which let's me know they're customer service oriented. While I looked at the menu the two young ladies sold me the Kickin Ranch Chicken Wrap which was amazing. Their smiles and personalities made me want to sit here and eat instead of taking it to go. “I arrived a few minutes earlier than my online order was to be ready. After standing there for a couple of minutes and watching how busy the employees were, one of them communicated with me and apologized for the wait. I could clearly see one was slicing meat, one was cleaning, one was tending to taking orders and two were prepping and assembling the sandwiches. “I have heard many times of JMS. But on this one occasion when driving my Lyft and I picked up an employee of JMS . During our conversation I had asked him of the difference subs and he told me about the “ Mikes way” . I promised to try. I called my wife and said “ I am bringing home dinner”. I did stop at JMS and ordered just the recommended sub. We were not disappointed at all. I have made a pledge that if We have to had sub for dinner, JMS is where we are going.“

“I am very impressed! They have sandwiches simple as PBJ and up to hot sandwiches such as Rubans and Cubans. They are amazing and be sure to accompany it with their soups. I personally love the wild rice but the loaded potato is a close second! The staff are very friendly, fast, and excellent at their craft. “I came in 22 July, just minutes before they closed. The staff made me two BEAUTIFUL salads, and made it clear I could have it my way. I asked for a few extra vegetables and they just threw them on, no questions asked. Even the gentleman moping the floor gave me a big welcome as I entered the store. All smiles with this crew, and it was clear I was gonna be happy whatever it took. GREAT service, outstanding attitude, very good food, 5/5 stars in my book! “Before I start: I’m not lost on the fact that writing a sandwich shop review of this length might seem sort of odd. But I think the people who work here deserve some public praise for the great job they do.

This particular Erbs location is the best I have visited in many years. If you’re looking for what a fair-priced franchise sandwich shop lunch spot is supposed to be, walk in here. I feel like I’m transported back to the mid-2000s before complacency and worker shortages hurt quality across the industry.

They absolutely nail their French bread, which has a thin golden outer crust and is fluffy and white inside. This has been consistent over years of lunches here. The sandwiches are always well constructed and balanced, never sloppy or soggy. The staff are really nice and fast too.

These should be basic expectations of a lunch spot, but with how a lot of these shops have slid over the last decade, the quality really shines here. This place is run by great workers.“

“I was reminded of this today, so I wanted to note that maybe 6-12 months ago, I ordered delivery from this location via a secondary delivery service and the driver brought completely the wrong order. I called the location to see if they could correct the issue with the driver and the manager - who had actually already realized the issue - told me to keep the food that had been accidentally delivered and then drove me my remade order herself. Way above and beyond the call of duty and great service!“

“My husband and I live right by this subway and have come well over 20 times. Came in tonight with an employee we’ve never seen before, his name was Trey I believe. Hands down the best subway employee we’ve ever come across. He looked fairly young and most young employees these days aren’t very welcoming or in high spirits.
