“I don't usually leave reviews, but they did right by us so I will. We had ordered 2 sandwiches online and stopped in to pick them up. It was busier than I've ever seen it. My sandwich was fine, but the second one was missing a few things. So I brought it back and they made it again. This location is good, and they have friendly service as well.“

“I worked at Jimmy John’s for 6 years, from an associate to an assistant manager. So, I have semi high standards for JJs locations, especially if I’m going to pay for it when I used to get free meals. Anyway! I’ve ordered this location to my new workplace multiple times and it’s been stellar. The bread is great, the sandwich is how I would make it if I was on the line, it’s been fairly quick too. The only time I ever had my delivery take longer than 20 minutes was when I ordered something on wheat after lunch rush, they were out, and couldn’t get ahold of me. (not for lack of trying though, they called me I was just in a meeting)
People are too hard on food workers these days without having any real knowledge of how much more difficult it is now. I’ll stand by this location.“

“Had the Cry 'n Eggy and it was delicious! All the flavors blended wonderfully together and the egg was like a souflee and the bun was fluffy and tasty. It was at once a hearty and light sandwich. Didn't feel greasy at all yet it was appropriately gooey and messy, which I enjoyed. And the price point is not bad. I want to have Egg on a Roll permanently in my life and I'm willing to bump a close relative to make this happen.“

“I'm here for work from Florida and I've had the best experience ever in a Jimmy John's restaurant. Upon walking in I noticed how clean the place was and I was immediately greeted by the staff which let's me know they're customer service oriented. While I looked at the menu the two young ladies sold me the Kickin Ranch Chicken Wrap which was amazing. Their smiles and personalities made me want to sit here and eat instead of taking it to go. “I arrived a few minutes earlier than my online order was to be ready. After standing there for a couple of minutes and watching how busy the employees were, one of them communicated with me and apologized for the wait. I could clearly see one was slicing meat, one was cleaning, one was tending to taking orders and two were prepping and assembling the sandwiches. I appreciated the communication and I know times are hard. Thank you for all you do!“

“I have heard many times of JMS. But on this one occasion when driving my Lyft and I picked up an employee of JMS . During our conversation I had asked him of the difference subs and he told me about the “ Mikes way” . I promised to try. I called my wife and said “ I am bringing home dinner”. I did stop at JMS and ordered just the recommended sub. We were not disappointed at all. I have made a pledge that if We have to had sub for dinner, JMS is where we are going.“

“I am very impressed! They have sandwiches simple as PBJ and up to hot sandwiches such as Rubans and Cubans. They are amazing and be sure to accompany it with their soups. I personally love the wild rice but the loaded potato is a close second! The staff are very friendly, fast, and excellent at their craft. I tried this place yesterday for lunch and today no doubt I came back again. Highly recommend!“

“I came in 22 July, just minutes before they closed. The staff made me two BEAUTIFUL salads, and made it clear I could have it my way. I asked for a few extra vegetables and they just threw them on, no questions asked. Even the gentleman moping the floor gave me a big welcome as I entered the store. All smiles with this crew, and it was clear I was gonna be happy whatever it took. GREAT service, outstanding attitude, very good food, 5/5 stars in my book! Thank you for making me feel so welcome when I come in at the last minute. I left very happy!“

“This was my first time at this Potbelly location and my visit was made even better by the awesome customer service. The sandwiches were fresh and the atmosphere was awesome. But what really stood out were the employees, Samma and Dom.
They were both really friendly, efficient and had good energy. Samma made my sandwich perfectly and Dom was quick to ring me up and had a cheerful goodbye! Great food, Great crew I'll definitely be back.“

“My husband and I live right by this subway and have come well over 20 times. Came in tonight with an employee we’ve never seen before, his name was Trey I believe. Hands down the best subway employee we’ve ever come across. He looked fairly young and most young employees these days aren’t very welcoming or in high spirits. We should have said this to his face but figured I’d write a review since we didn’t.

“This is one of my favorite sandwich chains. Before I had food sensitivities, I used to love getting the 1/2 sandwich and soup cup combo with chicken and dumplings soup or cream of chicken wild rice soup. I can no longer have wheat, so I like that they have a pretty good GF bread here. This store location has very limited hours, and I felt the food was quite overpriced ($16 for sub, chips, drink combo with a mediocre tasting sub), but I was pleased with good customer service as the worker agreed to serve me 2 min before close and was quite quick making my sandwich (very simple order at least.) I enjoyed the outdoor table.“

The bread was fresh and delicious and the veggies were fresh as well. I wish Subway’s proteins were a little better (the tuna is the cheap brown flake stuff), but our food was good! “In Minneapolis skyway close to Target Store. Had Philly cheesesteak and it’s very good. The price for the large sub was $14, still cheaper than the overpriced and unethical Subway in Northeast Minneapolis on Central. Really, the skyway location most likely has higher rent.“
