“I had a take-out chicken salad sandwich on 7/2 . Sandwich was on sourdough bread which was very dry. Very little salad with way too much lettuce. Chips were mostly regular potato chips. Meal was too expensive. First time having poor quality food at your restaurant.“

“Crave Restaurant at the Mall of America exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was inviting and stylish, perfect for a relaxing meal during a busy shopping day. I sat at the bar and was immediately impressed by the bartender — professional, courteous, and genuinely attentive. They made great drink recommendations and created a welcoming vibe that elevated the whole experience.

I ordered the Bison Burger and the Caprese Flatbread — both were absolutely delicious. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the flatbread was fresh and perfectly balanced with basil, tomato, and mozzarella. Prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality: most items were in the $15–$25 range, which felt like a great value.

“Geshmak! Idk if this bakery is Jewish, but it definitely reminds me of my fav bakery in NY. Absolutely delicious. I never thought I’d find such an amazing gf bakery. “I will start off by saying that it was very expensive. $50+ per adult without any type of alcohol. Ordered parm fries as an appetizer and they were tasty. Tacos honestly could have been my whole meal and they were absolutely delicious 10/10. The Thai steak was cooked medium rare just like I asked and tasted good but I was not fond of the sauce used on it and the rice. The mini smore brownie desert was very tasty. Over all a good experience but the price will prevent us from frequenting this place.“

“I haven’t been but someone recently got me a Boston cream donut form here and half to say it was the best Boston cream filled donut Ive had. The cream was perfection. Boston cream tends to be too watery and not custardy enough. This was great though. It was perfect thickness and it had strong vanilla flavor with the signature custard taste. The donut itself was solid and it had the right amount of chocolate frosting. Would recommend!!“

The baristas were very warmly welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was buzzing! Laughter, conversation. It was on the louder side on a Sunday morning so keep that in mind if you’re looking for someplace more subdued. There was a bit of a line but it moved quick. I got a light roast, black, and it was super savory if you can call it that—very drinkable, smooth, round with a ever-so-slight lean into the sourness of acidity, which I like. I wonder if it was their own brand of bean, which they carry. Overall, energizing vibes with the warm-colored walls, dark green mosaic tile, and vibrant Uptown clientele. I can’t wait to be back to try more of the menu and absorb the vibes here, whether it’s while working, meeting a friend, or just hanging out. I’m so glad to have them here in Uptown. Thank you Mosaic! I’m gonna be biking this way more!“
