“Generally excellent in all areas, especially service. The biggest complaint is caused by the awful noise pollution from the ceiling speakers that some might call music. People do not go to McDonalds to listen to the music! Turn it off.“

“This might be a crazy thing to post on a Rogers page, but we went to Portillos in Maple Grove... now Im not crazy about hot dogs, I can take it or leave it, but I was impressed with their employee that works there. Shes an older woman maybe late 50's early 60's, but she had the gift of hospitality like I have never seen before...and you could tell she just loved her job and greeting people, cleaning tables etc I am not sure if anyone will relate to this, but I always appreciate a great employee like her that goes the extra mile out of sincerity! I am not so sure she was trained to be the greeter it just flowed out of her naturally! It was very refreshing to walk into.... now the hot dogs were good not great, but I would go back to just be greeted like that with a warm welcome! If anyone knows who I am talking about please pass on to her that she is appreciated with all that she does.... all it takes is a little joy to spread and change the world... “This is one of my favorite chick fil a locations due to its convenient location for me and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. While eating there today my car broke down and one of the staff came out and showed me how to jump start my car, which was simply far above and beyond ordinary customer service. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff and this location. 11/10 would recommend.“

“The customer service is always exceptional at this location. Always greeted with a smile and food well prepared. I was especially pleased with an interaction I witnessed between an employee and a VERY rude customer today. The customer was complaining aggressively about something on his app that the employee he was speaking to obviously had no control over, and from the sounds of it, this was not the first time this customer was told this. The employee kept calm and explained what he was able to do for him in a very polite manner. After we finished eating, we stopped to get more soda. The employee, even after that interaction with the rude customer, said he'd see us next time and to have a great day with a smile. I think he deserves a raise. I was in the drive throgh with my sister janece and we order the Chicken sandwich the 2 for 7 large curly fry’s and a shake i think was jamaica. the jamaica flavor was coffee and delicious if you are wondering…curly fry’s never disapoint. “It's a fast food restaurant, so atmosphere isn't really what you're there for. The food is always prepared fresh and the service is incredibly pleasant. Stores are usually very clean which makes a big difference when dining in. Great, juicy burgers, always hot, and crispy crinkle fries!“

It was so nice to see. I don’t live in the area, but if I can make an excuse to get a sandwich here I will in the future.“

Been to many in my 40 years and none beat the Chanhassen location... the people are fabulous, the food truly is delicious, it comes out hot and beautiful - seriously, looks just like the commercials! “I was having a really bad day and stopped to get a late lunch. The staff was immediately engaging when I walked in. They explained the menu, suggested how to order, and were on the ball. The gentleman that made my sandwich was funny and kind and said he was going to make me a “masterpiece”. He did! I got a turkey and provolone with all the fixings and it was picture perfect!
