“Walked in and was greeted with smiles and pleasant attitudes. Cynthia the manager is very gracious and very nice. Kade (I think was his first day) and he was awesome!!! Made our sandwiches with pride and a smile. Eli was not part of taking our order but he was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Cynthia sets a great example for her team and it clearly shows. Keep up the great work guys and thanks for the smiles!“

“Great fresh donuts, the reasons we can’t do the Big Corporate Donuts anymore. But oh. my. god. How did they make the gold standard of apple fritters? Nobody actually likes apple fritters, worst of the pastries… Until you have a Dufner apple fritter. It has no business being so crisp, so soft, just chef kiss perfecto every time.“

“I have been going here for years, used to work close by and would go at least once a week, my company moved and never found a sandwich spot this good by the new location, recently changed jobs and now I'm even closer and have been going back every week again, I sure did miss it. If you haven't tried this place, you are missing out, my go to sandwich is the El Diablo, but I also have a weak spot for The Train Wreck, but you can't go wrong with any of the sandwiches.“

I deviated from my usual hot sub under the recommendation of a friend and I was not disappointed by the delivery of this sandwich. Great foodGreat service“

“Jersey Mikes Chanhassen is on another level when compared to any other sandwich store. It feels like everyone working there is a part owner and they are all involved with every customer, look you in your eyes, smile, and have a quick conversation with you. The guy slicing the fresh deli meat was extremely kind.“

“I stopped in for a quick lunch and couldn't decide what I wanted, so I asked the employee what his favorite sandwich was and he said if I haven't had the Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak before it would change my life...he was not wrong. This place is far superior to all of the other major "sub" chains!“

“I have been ordering Jimmy John sandwiches from the Maple Grove Minnesota location. I have so many wonderful things that I could share with this location and how much I love their tiny little size sandwiches. They sometimes call me if they are out of sweet tea, or calling to say that their store was closed for the rest of the day. They are always polite to me. The drivers are awesome and delivery is never late. They ring the bell and always wearing a smile while telling me to enjoy my dinner. I feel like they are part of my family. Keep up the good work!!!!“

“Thanks for changing your hours to 9-9. Last time I was here last year you guys were only open from 11-9 (delivery 9-9) which I thought was unfair and swore to never come back but now that I have come back today 10-27-23 10:09am and see the hours have changed back to 9 to 9 because I called, I will return once more. I just hope the hours won’t change again. Delivery drivers can come at 9 AM but customers couldn’t until 11 which made no sense. So whoever changed the hours back to 9 to 9 for everyone, thank you“

“Stopped in and inquired with Heather about making subs for the Minnetonka U19 girls hockey team's bus trip to Madison. She recommended a variety of 45, 4", individually wrapped subs in a cooler on ice. The sandwiches were perfect for a group event. The kids and adults loved them! 5 stars to Heather and her team.“

“Strawberry shake was delish. Turkey sandwich also good. I like that Potbelly decorates for the local schools and teams. The person who rang up a second order kept their plastic gloves on when taking money so that's why an average rating on service. Gloves for food prep should be removed when handling register.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for the door as well as to parking from curb.“

“This will probably sound ridiculous but. I’m pregnant and all I can eat are Jimmy John’s sandwiches. I’ve been to every location within 15 miles in the last month and this one is top notch. My sandwich this evening had the perfect amount of mayo and lettuce (not too much just to fill the sandwich and spread out nicely not in a clump in the middle). Sounds silly, it’s just a sandwich - I know. But this sandwich was exceptional!“

“I’ve been here a couple times and this is the best subway location I’ve ever been to. Mostly due to the fact that the man and woman who usually work during the day are absolutely a joy. They’re good at their jobs especially during the busy lunch rush and always super kind.“

“Ok, first of all the guy that works here is SUPER underrated. Some people complain that he closes too early but I have never had that happen to me before. This location is more friendly and better tasting than ANY other subway in the area. So give it a shot I bet you will LOVE IT.“

“Pretty good sandwiches. We've stopped in here a few times because it's convenient when running to the nearby Menards and gas station. Tasty bread, decent toppings. The garden fresco is a nice veggie option, as long as they keep that Italian dressing under control, otherwise you can end up with a really soggy sandwich. The French sub roll is classic, but I actually prefer the wheat.“

“Bunch of cool people here im a bit of a regular here. Sandwichs are always made the way you want they don't put the end cuts of tomatoes on like a lot of places. They won't put it on your Sandwich if they wouldn't eat it themselves.“
