“Stopped in for a late lunch on the patio. Was interested in a bitters & soda and the server recommended mixing the rhubarb and cardamom, which was delicious and refreshing. Followed that with the Chix Correa sandwich and a side salad. Wow! Really creative flavors and well-executed. Could tell everything was made from scratch and with high quality ingredients and care. Also the decor was fun and hip, the music top-notch, and the staff kind. I look forward to coming back soon!“

“We love coming here for a couple cocktails and burgers after work! I would definitely suggest coming early in the evening as there is typically a large line waiting by the time we head out between 6-7pm.
The mai tais and burgers are a favorite, and they have Wild State cider available which is great, especially since more than one mai tai can be a bit much!
Service has always been friendly and they're always playing fun music.“

The food is authentic, flavorful, and made with love. The Arepa Pro and Chicken Arepa are some of the best I’ve had, even compared to back home. “I go to Minneapolis every year for Vikings football. In October I went to Norseman for the first time. I arrived just as they were opening, about 12 noon. Had a great time and loved the whiskey. I ordered a sampling of four drinks and had lunch. Enjoyed the service and the people. So now back in New York, I ordered Norseman whiskey online. I'll be back next year. SKOL!“

“Love this place!!! Finally was able to go! I went during the Halloween season so I was able to try something off their Halloween drinks and off their normal menu. We liked all the drinks we ordered! The staff were super nice and chill and had great knowledge of the drink they were making and had great descriptions about the drinks! The atmosphere was the greatest!! So cute dimlights yet bright with all the starlight going around too! Highly recommend for date night!“

“-Vinai MN- My friend and I wanted to try Chef Yia's restaurant due to being homesick and wanting hmong food. We were met with such great service and sat where we could see the work area. Chef Yia was so kind and started us off with a complimentary appetizer, rice Curry balls. We ordered and the food came so fast. As soon as I took a bite, my eyes started to get teary because it tasted like food from home. I started fanning myself to not cry which Chef Yia saw and asked if the food was too spicy. We then started to explain that we were not from MN and were feeling a bit homesick and how the food reminded us of home. Chef Yia then said, here let's do this. He returned with a pot of beef soup that consisted of mushrooms, bamboo shoots, beef and green onion and white rice and shared that this dish was one of those dishes that we would eat at gathering and events. We we so shocked and so at loss with his kindness and compassion. We both took a bite and immediately lighted up. It tasted like my mom's cooking 💓. As we were nearing the end of our meal, Chef Yia told us not to stuff ourselves too full and surprised us with a complimentary dessert which further awed us. We were so lost at words for Chef Yia's kindness, generosity and comfort. We chose the Lava Cake and it was soooo good! I normally don't like sweets but we devoured this 😋. 1000/10 would recommend.“

The flavor in these dishes was something I have never experienced at any other restaurant. They genuinely have a menu that caters to everyone’s likes and tastes. “My waiter Addison was great and very attentive. However, the short rib sandwich was over cooked and over priced. On line there were a couple of items that I didn't see on the actual menu while at the restaurant. We were given the lunch menu at the front door, this really confused me, later Addison eventually figured it out. The rest of the experience was nice. The comedy acts were funny, except for the second to last guy, that totally bombed, as part of his act was to call all women bitches. He was poorly prepared, and otherwise was not funny at all, and should not be invited back.“

“Just went here for drinks and small plates and really enjoyed it! I will say it's a lot darker irl than in the photos, so I'd suggest sitting at a booth or at the bar. Those spaces appeared to have more candles n lights. Also, the door is in the back of the building, don't go through Porzana. I had a couple drinks, empanadas, and dessert. Everything was tasty. Yes it's a spendy place, but I feel like you do get what you pay for. Will definitely come back to celebrate some occasion soon.“
