“We took an after work boat cruise. Wonderful food was set out buffet style and there was a bar for the thirsty ones. We had a great time seeing people we work with outside of the shop. Glad I brought a jacket as when the sun dipped, it got chilly. Parking was a little sticky but we got on the boat on time!“

A really cute place, clean, nice outdoor seating area and super friendly staff. We both had the Walleye dinner. Wow, it was the Best Walleye I’ve ever had !! Compares to ; Grandma’s in Duluth. Finally a place near us that’s Fabulous!! Everything people ordered around us also looked super tasty !! My friend agreed & said Whenever I come home, we’re going here!! “Our two visits to Layline have both been excellent. Enthusiastic servers and terrific food. Our favorite menu item has been the Watermelon salad. We had it on both visits and it was extraordinary both times.
We've enjoyed the Bywater Burger, Chicken Sandwich, Pork Chop and the Sea Bass. All were terrific. Duck fat fries also fantastic. We will definitely be back for more.“

“We had a brunch for 16 people at 11am. While they weren't able to hold seating/make reservations; they were able to make it a very short waiting time. Page and the serving crew were amazing! We had no waiting time on ordering and our server was professional and speedy. They kept the drinks coming and we had someone in our party with a lot of special food needs and they were wonderful! First place we've been to where my husband could eat an entire meal to his fill. The food was delicious! No one in the entire party had a single complaint! Wonderful blueberry rice sausages, eggs, pancakes, taco salad, hot tea, coffee, French toast, hashbrowns, English muffins, toast, and more! The decor is adorable! We're so lucky to have found this little cafe as we're from all around the US here for a wedding. It seems to be a local favorite as it was packed! “Drive up lane was full as our most in these times but the wait staff came out and moved a few of us vehicles to the front of the restaurant and took our orders, then delivered food. I was out of there in less than 9 minutes! Awesome!“

The "cottages" are wonderful even though there is downsizing to get done. The staff is very helpful and cheerful. The food is great - besides the 'every day menu," there are specials for lunch and dinner. The menu is quite varied with chicken, beef/veal, pork, turkey and vegetarian.“

“Friends who live in the area took me out for dinner at Roberts. I selected a starter for my meal as I wasn't that hungry. Ordered the quesadillas. They were dine but I was perplexed with the sides of lettuce, tomatoes, etc...that more like salad components. They certainly couldn't be added to the quesadillas easily. I asked for some ranch dressing and made a side salad. Some tortilla chips and or some frioles would have been a better accompaniment. Sam, our server was an absolute delight. Give that young man a raise. Atmosphere was quiet and we could converse easily.“

“Every year the girls get a pup cup for their birthday. Usually we go to that other ice cream place, but I like Culver's custard and figured I'd stop in quick and inquire for her birthday on Monday. The very sweet employee thought I was asking for one instead of just inquiring if they do that at this location and came back with one for the girls. “Great Irish/American comfort food on the menu. Irish Rolls were great, Shepherd Pie, and Meatloaf all done so well. Met Chef James at Twins game and made a special short 20 minute trip out from our downtown hotel. Food was worth the trip, staff was absolutely great and friendly. We brought our pup with us, plenty of outdoor sidewalk and patio seating, and a water dish provided. Will be back again.“

“We’ve been to Iron Tap a few times and it never disappoints! Today we went to celebrate my son’s heavenly 3rd birthday. Initially we were okay and my daughter seemed fine but within a few minutes she decided she didn’t want to be there… the owner (or really awesome and amazing bartender) came to our rescue and offered us dinosaurs and another area to sit so my 1.5 year old could move and not bug anyone. She didn’t know us or our situation, just saw an overstimulated mother. I wish there was more I could do, because you made our celebration so special. Thank you!“

But if you use your phone to navigate to find this resturant. Yes it cost money. But you pay for what you order. But like I said the food is good. And it's a quite place. “We play every week at Chaska Town course in their weekly golf league. We look forward to the specials that keep the menu fresh. Their food and service is fantastic and you can’t beat the sunset views from the patio if you’re just stopping by for happy hour.“

I received very accurate and helpful service, it was quick and everything tasted awesome. I just had to take a pic of my turtle custard bc they did such a good job on it!

Plus the grilled onions were perfect on my burger.
