“I love the convenience of having a caribou in the office and the the employees are super friendly. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that they just upped the cost of an espresso shot from $0.86 to $1.72...seems a little excessive to more than double the price.“

“Clean and welcoming! Very friendly staff. They turned attention to me as soon as i was ready to order, very cheerful and quick staff from start to finish. While I was waiting for my drink, they were all chatting and laughing. Good chemistry behind the counter and it wasn't inappropriate like I've heard other places when its a somewhat young crew. Perfectly tasty smoothies and shaker! Came out promptly despite them being fairly busy in and in drive thru! Overall, great experience !!“

“This is not my normal Caribou I stop at; only once in a while do we stop at this location. We always receive great service. Fast, courteous, and the order is ALWAYS correct! This time, I forgot to order my kiddo's cake pop and the barista added it to the order with no problem when we got to the drive thru window! She did not make me feel it was a hassle adding it last minute even though they were busy! Thank you ?“

“Stopped in for a late lunch on the patio. Was interested in a bitters & soda and the server recommended mixing the rhubarb and cardamom, which was delicious and refreshing. Followed that with the Chix Correa sandwich and a side salad. Wow! Really creative flavors and well-executed. Could tell everything was made from scratch and with high quality ingredients and care. Also the decor was fun and hip, the music top-notch, and the staff kind. I look forward to coming back soon!“

“Beautiful spot. I spent the afternoon studying here and it quickly became one of my favorites spots. The inside is minimalistic with brutalist and industrial inspiration. The space is extremely clean and well kept. There are numerous outlets under the seats which are relatively comfortable and wooden. The tables might be my only complaint as they are quite small.. but adequate for most things. They play numerous records which Is quite unique and cool. The menu is small but all the items I tried were great. The pumpkin latte was recommended to me and was perfect and not too sweet. The entrance is located adjacent to the street in a small alley. They have one small gender neutral bathroom. Staff are kind and knowledgeable. I did not see a drinking fountain. Overall great spot!“

“I almost want to gate keep this shop - that’s how much I love it. The warmest service! Everytime I’ve went they have provided me with kind, genuine recommendations and explainations. They have unique lattes such as one with beetroot powder and even one protein. I haven’t seen options at other spots. I feel like I need protein in every coffee I have going forward. I didn’t feel jittery at all like I normally do. Life changing experience for real! They have special made empanadas by Boludo too, which are incredible. Other pastries I’ve seen in the case come from RMY patisserie. It’s not the biggest shop, but I’m so glad they are here.“

The staff is always super kind and I love chatting with them when they’re not too busy. There's a ton of options on their menu for you to choose from and if you have any questions, the staff is super helpful with accommodations! I love their apple cider and I wish they had it 24/7! “I am very disappointed with a software change Caribou has made to its cash register system. The staff can no longer tell me how many rewards points I have when I place and order. Staff told me the software only tells them if I qualify for a size upgrade or a free drink. Very disappointing. Also, I have switched to ordering my Matcha Lattes at Starbucks. Starbuck's goes not charge extra for alternate milks of oat milk, soy milk or coconut milk. Your Caribou Matcha Lattes are approximately 30 to 40 cents more than Starbucks.“
