All three were wonderful - beautifully crafted, genuine tastes of powdered sugar, fruit…just real ingredients. The staff were super friendly and we even got a discount for being first timers! “The bride dropped the couple's cake on Friday night and I called , and they were able to replace it with a similar cake by the following morning in time for the wedding. Even though the original cake was not purchased from them. I cannot thank them enough for being able to save the cake cutting ceremony and it was delicious. I don't recommend doing that , but their baked goods are delicious and worth a visit.“

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, it felt more like stepping into someone’s home for a meal than it did a quick trip to a restaurant. “I don't normally write reviews unless I get bad service. But I find this Perkins in Maple Grove MN to be Awesome. This is my families Perkins of choice passing by two others much closer Perkins just to go to the Maple Grove location. Our server Taylor was attentive, polite and very in tune to our groups needs. She is and example of what a waitress or waiter should be. The food was great and the building / bathroom cleanliness was expletory. My hats off to the manager and staff of the Maple Grove Perkins just south of 694 on Hemlock Lane.“

WE had 5 dozen cookies and 4 dozen bars, and at this point, even with only about 80 people, there's maybe a handful of each left and they will be gone before the end of the day. I will definitely order from them for personal and work events again. Andrea was so nice and helpful in getting us set up with such a large order and all of it was so good. The cookies are massive and soft and fresh and the pumpkin streusel bars were tender and flavorful. Really cannot express how happy we are with the service and quality.“

The grocery store side of the place is a colorful, beautiful, place that just makes me happy when I walk inside. They sell an array of items from cooking vessels, utensils, dishes, to a whole isle of inexpensive spices, fresh produce, meats, and many things specific to Central and South American cooking and cuisine. They have a breakfast/lunch counter with a seating area where you can order an array of authentic cuisine including tacos, beans and rice, burritos and more.“

“Right as you walk in, you greeted by all the wonderous aromas of both sweet and savory freshly baked items. I had a very hard time deciding what I wanted. I had missed the information that it was a French Asian fusion bakery, but the signs were there. Red bean buns, instructions on how to use tongs and trays correctly, but the best part was the gentlemen at the counter. They were very welcoming and polite, told me to skip the tip screen (it's rude to tip in asian cultures) and then asked for my tongs with both hands. I was almost gitty with the opportunity to use my Japanese to thank him politely. He automatically responded back in Japanese and then took a step back and smiled wide as he noticed what happened. We had a small conversation and I finally sat down to eat my lunch with my daughter. My daughter and I cleaned our table and returned our trays and with a happy smile the gentlemen wish us a good day and to see us soon. If you have never traveled to Japan, this café will only give you a glimpse, but still, it was a wonderfully surprising bonus to my day. I highly recommend a visit and to visit often!“

I needed a dessert for a Mexican themed birthday party for 16 people and she recommended the Tres Leche cake. I picked it up the next day before the party and it was the hit of the party!!! Soooo good! I’ve also purchased other items from them and it’s all been very good. The people who work here are so nice. I’ll be a regular customer for all sorts of things there, now.
