“My daughter and I went here for a quick Sunday morning date. Her drink came up quickly, but either my latte didn't get made or someone else took it. So I waited much longer than normal for my drink, and I had to ask for a plate for our snack even though it was clear we were staying in store. Overall, I have always had a great experience at this place and the coffee is always delicious.“

We ordered drinks in a MUG, but once the drinks arrived, were in a coffee cup to go.

I went to ask her, Why or how come those drinks in a coffee cup, when we ordered in a mug.

She did apologize and said either forgot or didn't know that we wanted in a mug. She offered a mug for us to poured drinks into but it's not the same. Made it in a mug and poured drinks into a mug.

She mentioned that if we needed those drinks to be in a mug than we have to paid for a new drinks again.

Why paid for a new drinks? When we first ordered request a mug in the beginning.

“The closest Caribou to where we live is a 2.5 hour drive! So, when we go to Minnesota, it’s a dream come true. We love Caribou. Last week we were in Maple Grove for a family funeral and stayed close to The Grove Caribou location. It was awesome. Quick and easy using the app, friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere to compliment the tasty coffee. “I consider myself a cafe veteran. I have gone to numerous cafes and ive had so, SO many coffees. But THIS cafe. ive never enjoyed my time at a place more. I wished i could just roll out a sleeping bag and stay. The ambience, the drinks, the service, EVERYTHING was top notch! Once i walked through that door it felt like i entered another realm entirely. I felt happy for the first time in years. My drink was PERFECT, i loved it so so much. The barista, Josie, had done SUCH a good job with it i wanted to kiss their forehead and propose right there. “I am very disappointed with a software change Caribou has made to its cash register system. The staff can no longer tell me how many rewards points I have when I place and order. Staff told me the software only tells them if I qualify for a size upgrade or a free drink. Very disappointing. Also, I have switched to ordering my Matcha Lattes at Starbucks. Starbuck's goes not charge extra for alternate milks of oat milk, soy milk or coconut milk. Your Caribou Matcha Lattes are approximately 30 to 40 cents more than Starbucks.“

I went to Caribou Coffee and I have an important diet because I can get really sick otherwise and the diet is low fat and little to no added sugar, so I needed help finding a coffee that would be ok for my diet and the staff there were super helpful with that and ended up finding a few options for me.“

“Never been to a dunno bros. It's your typical experience for getting coffee, but they did have some unique options. I rather enjoyed the iced honey matcha, but its not a place I'll come back to. The card reader has 3 buttons for tipping. 18%+ is a bit much for the 1st option but I'm guessing pay as a barrista isn't that great if you need to subsidize with tips on 6+$ drinks. Positive experience but not something I'll partake in again. Kind staff and clean space. Parking is wonky though.“

“Stopped here for dessert after eating a delicious meal. I had the Iced Coffee Caramel Cold Press extra Caramel.. It was made just right. Customer service was nice and friendly. Our drinks were ready within minutes. Wait time was minimal. It was an overall great experience. Will stop in again sometime.
