“My daughter and I went here for a quick Sunday morning date. Her drink came up quickly, but either my latte didn't get made or someone else took it. So I waited much longer than normal for my drink, and I had to ask for a plate for our snack even though it was clear we were staying in store. Overall, I have always had a great experience at this place and the coffee is always delicious.“

“Came here to have breakfast this morning, the food and drinks were great however there was a little miscommunication or she didn't hear me. I think because that's what she said it to me.

We ordered drinks in a MUG, but once the drinks arrived, were in a coffee cup to go.

I went to ask her, Why or how come those drinks in a coffee cup, when we ordered in a mug.

She did apologize and said either forgot or didn't know that we wanted in a mug. She offered a mug for us to poured drinks into but it's not the same. Made it in a mug and poured drinks into a mug.

She mentioned that if we needed those drinks to be in a mug than we have to paid for a new drinks again.

Why paid for a new drinks? When we first ordered request a mug in the beginning.

He was very professional and courteous as well. His team mate Alex came over several times as we had two separate transactions, paying with a gift card and ordered bakery and drinks. “This is a place you’ll get hooked on. From the Waygu burger, Salmon Sandwich to their baked goods. I bought a brioche loaf and made the most amazing French toast from it. Very worth a visit for breakfast and lunch!“

“The closest Caribou to where we live is a 2.5 hour drive! So, when we go to Minnesota, it’s a dream come true. We love Caribou. Last week we were in Maple Grove for a family funeral and stayed close to The Grove Caribou location. It was awesome. Quick and easy using the app, friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere to compliment the tasty coffee. “I am very disappointed with a software change Caribou has made to its cash register system. The staff can no longer tell me how many rewards points I have when I place and order. Staff told me the software only tells them if I qualify for a size upgrade or a free drink. Very disappointing. Also, I have switched to ordering my Matcha Lattes at Starbucks. Starbuck's goes not charge extra for alternate milks of oat milk, soy milk or coconut milk. Your Caribou Matcha Lattes are approximately 30 to 40 cents more than Starbucks.“

“This is the best-managed coffee shop I’ve ever seen. I was a big fan of Caribou for more than two decades, when I lived in Minnesota. I moved to Dallas in 2017, when there were a handful of Caribou’s operating there. I was forced to go elsewhere, however, because gradually they all closed. Now I have few choices, none of them good. The coffee is fantastic; roasted slowly with no chemicals or gases. Minneapolis, be grateful! And Caribou: keep doing exactly what you’re doing.“

“Sip Coffeebar is a delightful place - with bright and whimsical decor. Barista, Iza, was wonderful - charming, patient and efficient. The sandwiches are delicious and the iced lattes seemed especially delicious! They also offer soup, homemade cookies and much more. Indoor and outdoor seating options are great for warm, sunny days.

“Never been to a dunno bros. It's your typical experience for getting coffee, but they did have some unique options. I rather enjoyed the iced honey matcha, but its not a place I'll come back to. The card reader has 3 buttons for tipping. 18%+ is a bit much for the 1st option but I'm guessing pay as a barrista isn't that great if you need to subsidize with tips on 6+$ drinks. Positive experience but not something I'll partake in again. Kind staff and clean space. Parking is wonky though.“

Since moving, I was excited to find a Caribou near my new home—but unfortunately, the experience hasn’t been the same. While the staff are incredibly friendly and seem to enjoy their work (which I genuinely appreciate), the environment has been consistently loud and distracting.

There’s a difference between creating a cheerful workspace and overlooking the needs of customers who are studying or working. Each time I’ve visited, the volume of conversations, laughter, and joking among the staff has made it difficult to focus.

I absolutely support a fun and light-hearted workplace, but I also believe in reading the room and being mindful of those around you. After multiple visits with the same experience, I’ve decided this location isn’t the right fit for me.“
