I did deduct a star because they do not offer your typical coffee house offerings, they seem more in tune with what you would find in a caribou coffee. I ordered a breve which should be equal parts expresso and half-half, but mine had 4x the amount of dairy.“

“The closest Caribou to where we live is a 2.5 hour drive! So, when we go to Minnesota, it’s a dream come true. We love Caribou. Last week we were in Maple Grove for a family funeral and stayed close to The Grove Caribou location. It was awesome. Quick and easy using the app, friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere to compliment the tasty coffee. Of course I never did get the Trivia question right, but even that adds to the fun of getting coffee from there. Thanks Caribou!!“

“Sip Coffeebar is a delightful place - with bright and whimsical decor. Barista, Iza, was wonderful - charming, patient and efficient. The sandwiches are delicious and the iced lattes seemed especially delicious! They also offer soup, homemade cookies and much more. Indoor and outdoor seating options are great for warm, sunny days.

“Really good local place for Coffee, right next to the Renaissance Hotel. Enjoyed my Cappuccino and went upstairs for a relaxing cup in a pretty nice sitting area on the 2nd floor. They have a meeting room as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful.“

Since moving, I was excited to find a Caribou near my new home—but unfortunately, the experience hasn’t been the same. While the staff are incredibly friendly and seem to enjoy their work (which I genuinely appreciate), the environment has been consistently loud and distracting.

There’s a difference between creating a cheerful workspace and overlooking the needs of customers who are studying or working. Each time I’ve visited, the volume of conversations, laughter, and joking among the staff has made it difficult to focus.

I absolutely support a fun and light-hearted workplace, but I also believe in reading the room and being mindful of those around you. After multiple visits with the same experience, I’ve decided this location isn’t the right fit for me.“

“On Sunday, 09/07/2025, I had an issue at another Caribou location where my food came out burnt, so I came over to the Clydesdale Marketplace Caribou instead. The staff here completely turned my day around — they were friendly, understanding, and quickly fixed the problem. My order came out fresh and perfect.

“Great service received today from a small team of two employees. Can was new and we were very patient as he navigated the register and preparing our order. He was very professional and courteous as well. His team mate Alex came over several times as we had two separate transactions, paying with a gift card and ordered bakery and drinks. He did an awesome job for a newbe! I also got to meet the manager on duty Dylan and I told him what great service we received. Our drinks and bakery items were perfect. “This place knows coffee and cares for people. As a new visitor to the city, they spent time on sharing the menu and talking about coffee. The espresso (Orion) had a sweet punch at the beginning... amazing! Like nothing I've ever had. So different and delicious. Single origin offerings are diverse and pastries are super fresh. “Never been to a dunno bros. It's your typical experience for getting coffee, but they did have some unique options. I rather enjoyed the iced honey matcha, but its not a place I'll come back to. The card reader has 3 buttons for tipping. 18%+ is a bit much for the 1st option but I'm guessing pay as a barrista isn't that great if you need to subsidize with tips on 6+$ drinks. Positive experience but not something I'll partake in again. Kind staff and clean space. Parking is wonky though.“

“I am very disappointed with a software change Caribou has made to its cash register system. The staff can no longer tell me how many rewards points I have when I place and order. Staff told me the software only tells them if I qualify for a size upgrade or a free drink. Very disappointing. Also, I have switched to ordering my Matcha Lattes at Starbucks. Starbuck's goes not charge extra for alternate milks of oat milk, soy milk or coconut milk. Your Caribou Matcha Lattes are approximately 30 to 40 cents more than Starbucks.“
