Manager Casi was very nice to spend time talking to us and answering our questions about all of the Clives locations. I have never had a bad experience at any of their locations. “I was very pleased that even though our reservation was 12:30, the sound level was quite reasonable and we didn't have to raise our voices to hear each other. Our waitress was very nice and attentive and we enjoyed our sandwishes very much. I did bring a new friend who feels the same as I do, so she might become a new customer. I do enjoy Mill Valley Kitchen. It is a hike for me; I live on the Mississippi River, but worth the trip.“

“We started with the lobster artichoke dip with grilled bread. Very good!! My husband had the French onion soup and wedge salad. I had the chicken Parmesan with alfredo pasta. Big portions on all the food and very flavorful!! The menu has a lot of great options! Friendly staff. A bit loud when it was crowded, but at the end of the night it started to quiet down. We will be back for sure!!“
“We sat at the bar and shared shrimp and a steak and fries. It was very good, the bartenders are very friendly and make a good martini. It's quite loud in the bar area, a little cramped, so if you have a hard time hearing it wouldn't be the place for you.“
“Stopped in to COV for drinks at the bar, and had a nice time. The bar has TVs and also good people watching. I got the Moscow mule and it was really good! I noticed that they have a happy hour on Saturdays from 10-4. I plan to come back for happy hour with girlfriends!“
“Really enjoyed my meal there. We were there for a work function and the bruschetta and meatball appetizers were superb. Good beer selection, too. And don't hesitate to order the sea bass entree, it melts like butter in your mouth. So amazing and succulent. The only just ok thing was the cheesecake for dessert. Great patio and atmosphere. Parking can be a challenge though.March 2024: had lunch here, excellent service and tasty food. The bread is life starter is delicious (and hot out of the oven). The Cuban sandwich made especially by Sammy was superb.“

I had the "Seafood Delux" and my wife had the Catfish basket, both were supremely very good!! The fries were excellent with the catfish as well. The serv8ce is very good, very friendly and super nice!! That Lobster tail and snow crab, good Lord!!!! My eyes were floating, it was so good!! “This place is home to THE BEST fried catfish north of the metro. Add lemon pepper seasoning, it's worth it. Very chill atmosphere and affordable prices given the huge portion sizes. Cheaper than Crafty Crab and similar fried seafood chains close by. They've made me a regular customer!“

“Prices are so expensive at Red lobster, that you may as well make a reservation and go to The Oceanaire in downtown Minneapolis. They have taken more away from the clients than they are giving, for instance you don't get a salad with your meal anymore that's a big no no everything seems to be alacart that's another no no. Went on a Friday night right around dinner time and the restaurant seems sort of empty. But when you are overcharging for absolutely everything who wants to go out to dinner anymore. The only thing worth mentioning in this restaurant is the really really really nice young man Rayjon who served us with Elegance & class!!!“

My husband is gluten sensitive and didn't have a bad reaction either. I'm not sure how the wings can taste that good! Also, they were not too salty. “We got to the restaurant and put our name in. Told it would be a 10 min wait that ended up about 30mins. They were short staffed. We sat down and the only working waitress took our order right away. We ordered lots of crab(3lbs)! We got our food in like 10mins! We realize how hard it was to mange all the patrons, but the manager came and talked to us and offered to get us dessert! The food was phenomenal and the atmosphere was perfect for what we came for! Definitely going back...“
“On the way home I swung in here so get some Smoked Salmon for a neighbor friend of mine. The place wasn't all that big but they had more than enough selections for anyone. I picked up his Salmon and got myself some fresh Herring. Did I know they sold it in Cub foods also? Picked out some Cod for the grill and a couple of "homemade" jams they had. Like I said they have a good selection of jams and jellies and other sweet treats. I also saw some knick-knacks that were refreshingly made by some local people who were quite talented. I'll be stopping by again the next time I pass through on the way up to our next rental cabin And on our way home.“
