“Nice quiet spot in a convenient location, quick service, no issues with the food. If you like caribou coffee you'll like it here. Lots of seating available, outdoor seating is really nice. There's a little faux fireplace with armchair around it if you want something cozier. Staff were helpful and pleasant.“

“This location is by far the best I’ve ever been to. Staff members are incredibly friendly, kind and efficient. Drinks are consistent and made correctly as ordered. I struggle with coffee chains because the taste of drink can be wildly inconsistent from store to store or barista to barista. I’ve been here 10+ times and have yet to experience that issue! I’ve visited the other Ramsey location a few times out of convenience and have had negative experiences, so I highly recommend this location even if it’s a little out of the way :)“

“Came here to have breakfast this morning, the food and drinks were great however there was a little miscommunication or she didn't hear me. I think because that's what she said it to me.

We ordered drinks in a MUG, but once the drinks arrived, were in a coffee cup to go.

I went to ask her, Why or how come those drinks in a coffee cup, when we ordered in a mug.

She did apologize and said either forgot or didn't know that we wanted in a mug. She offered a mug for us to poured drinks into but it's not the same. Made it in a mug and poured drinks into a mug.

She mentioned that if we needed those drinks to be in a mug than we have to paid for a new drinks again.

Why paid for a new drinks? When we first ordered request a mug in the beginning.

“Caribou needs to carry the Spicy Coffee all year long. It's a seasonal flavor, and typically, Caribou is sold out before Christmas. Spicy Mocha or coffee is a favorite obliviously as it sells out fast. Might be good to have it available year round.“

“The closest Caribou to where we live is a 2.5 hour drive! So, when we go to Minnesota, it’s a dream come true. We love Caribou. Last week we were in Maple Grove for a family funeral and stayed close to The Grove Caribou location. It was awesome. “Stopped by this afternoon and was met with wonderful service and of course my spicy mocha was delicious.
I forgot to get her name, but the sweet blonde on the headset and window was phenomenal. She was so kind and friendly and also good at offering suggestions like a brownie or an extra shot. Whatever y'all are paying her, raise it; a person like that is worth a lot. I will definitely return here.“

“When I need some good coffee to help me prepare for my day, Caribou is always my first choice! I usually get the same thing every time, so this location has my order down. Team members are always friendly and I never have to wait long. Even if a mistake is made, staff are apologetic and always make up for it. Highly recommended!“

“I hope managers actually read these. Restaurants and coffee shops should have figured out by now that playing loud music of any kind just creates more problems than it’s worth. Turn the music down! Let there be just a little of it in the background, not distractingly loud. (So loud my noise cancelling headphones playing white noise won’t drown it out.) Part of the problem with this place is that all the speakers are located in corners — far from the baristas. THEY think it’s not loud … meanwhile the customers are avoiding sitting in the corner areas because the music above them is too loud. Turn it down.“

“The decorations are always the cutest here. I enjoy coming here for milk tea with Boba. Boba always tastes fresh too.
