“Strangely enough, I think this might be one of the best restaurants in the cities. They have this beet app that combines these flavors that are out of this world… and I’m not a huge beet guy. Seriously, my wife and I went home and have tried to replicate it after eating there. There’s also a chip app that’s unreal. Last, the burger is just delightful. Haven’t had a burger that good in a long, long time. The cocktails go down easy. I could keep going, but you get the point. Go here!“
“I can't say enough about how amazing Francis is! Outstanding food and drinks! They have the BEST Spicy Margarita that I have EVER had! Their drink menu has so many cool and unique cocktails that are different from any I have had before. Then there is the food...I literally think about the Chicken Sandwich daily. My daughter went 3 times the first week they were open, and continues to go weekly! There isn't an item in the menu that I've tried that is anything less than AMAZING! I HIGHLY recommend everyone tries it! You definitely do NOT need to be a vegan to love this food. Trust me, TRY IT! You'll love it and will ABSOLUTELY be back for more!Vegetarian options: The entire menu, including drinks, is vegan. No meat or dairy products, so perfectly suitable for vegetarians!“
“Served family-style, we thoroughly enjoyed mushroom masala, chicken tikka masala, garlic naan, peshawari naan, and a mango lassi to drink. Service was absolutely great. Vibe is casual and cozy - a great place to dine with friends over great conversation. We had plenty of leftovers. Highly recommend. ? I dined with my teenage daughter.“
“I recently visited Lake and Irving for dinner before a concert. Nate our server was amazing. He was attentive to the table's needs and gave great recommendations. The food, the atmosphere, and the hospitality were amazing. I'll be making it a point to come back.“
“My overall experience at The Lexington was amazing. The service was amazing. Our server Chuck was great. Between the staff and management being accommodating to our large party of 7, my night was great. The food was delicious too. Thank you all so much!“
“Visited while on a MOA Spring Break from Chicago. Really nice location. Food was delicious. I had the patty melt with coleslaw and my husband had the chilaquiles, which he also enjoyed. Kiddos enjoyed their chicken and grilled cheese; I appreciate that it came with veggies and a surprise cookie. Service was very quick but polite as it should be. I will note they do not serve poutine fries anymore which is why we came here in the first place, but we weren't disappointed with all of the other options. Would definitely come again if we're ever in the area.“
“From the moment I reserved for a large group (8) here we were taken care of! 10/10 customer service from booking to finishing our meal. Our waitress even split appetizers on the checks and was perfect for providing the best experience possible.Food was ok, just wish there were more offerings. Very greasy cuban but Brussel sprouts were amazing and had a decent amount. The violet drink was pretty good but others at the table didn't think their drinks were strong/tasted like straight up juice.Vibe was great!“
“Chianti Grill is a nice casual restaurant, they just like all restaurants are getting very expensive to dine at. We've been there multiple times, little except the staff has changed. For what you pay the starter salad should be included with your dinner, come on...it's pasta. If you want a steak it's $40!!“
“Love everything about this place! Our server was amazing, very knowledgeable, and had great suggestions - thank you, Tyler! Every dish we had was an explosion of flavor and textures. Everything balanced and complimented each, yet stood out on its own... So incredibly hard to accomplish ??. The atmosphere was beautiful and elevated but not stuffy. This was the perfect date night for anyone who loves bold flavors and something different. We'll be back, for sure.“
“Great little find. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the drinks and alcohol they are serving. They even have a selection of spirit free drinks that taste amazing! As a person who does not drink, it is great to find a place that actually makes true cocktails without spirits. Will be back.“
“My husband and I took our daughters out for dinner. Nightingale is a lovely restaurant with a bar in the middle. We started with deviled eggs, mushroom bruschetta and french fries. For entrées, we had the Meyer lemon risotto, hangersteak, scallops, and sunchoke soup. I didn't think the french fries were that good and my husband said the lemon risotto was not that great either but everything else was delicious. Service was excellent.“
“The pasta is rspecially amazing. Would definitely recommend ordering a small to share. The duck ragu pasta was out of this world. Service was exceptional- freah silverware with each course, and they lightly wiped down the table after each course. Great atmosphere for conversation, not loud, but still lively.“
“Great viewing experience, excellent screen quality. The seating is still pretty comfortable even though it's an older style. My only complaint is that they don't have more people working as far as popcorn and so on. The girls working did a wonderful job and went as fast as they could. But The line is always so long that you end up missing part of the movie.“
“Delicious! Everything my family had ended up tasting wonderful. The service was fantastic, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Pricing was reasonable. This is a great place for family and date night alike. An instant favorite.A few minor points to go from 9.8 to 10.0-The bread sticks were wonderful, but the website had pictures of a bread loaf that looked like it would have been warm and the sliced bread we were served was room temperature. If the bread was warm, that would be another step up.The kids mac and cheese sauce was a little thin so it looked like penne on a pool of cheese. Also, I feel like a lot of fussing could be avoided by just using a macaroni noodle instead of penne. Those things are largely minor preferences though and I would never hesitate to recommend this place.Wheelchair accessibility: We were seated promptly at a table that worked well for our needs. There were no accessibility concerns.“
“I've been to Malcolm Yards a few times and always have been pleased with my food. There is plenty of parking that is free and paid street parking. The inside and outside areas offer plenty of seating. Inside there are several food vendors to choose from and you can order from multiple. This time I got the chipotle sweet potato and roasted nabo sueco tacos from Martes. They were between $5-6 each, so not bad of a price. These tacos were so delicious, I didn't want them to end! I was so glad I went and tried these, but you can't go wrong with the other vendors either. The empanadas at Del Sur are amazing! Overall very cool spot to hang out, but can get expensive quickly if you don't pay attention.“
“Amazing place to go for dinner. We had a large party (12) and they treated us like kings and queens! The personal touch was great and the various servers who attended to us were all incredible. We have been coming to this new location (Bloomington) since they opened. It is always excellent service. The food was beyond delicious. I counted 7 times that several different servers came by to ask us if there was any special requests for meat that we would like them to bring over. Absolutely the best!“
“This was my first visit there but not my last!! I found the check in process very professional. The staff very friendly and attentive to the needs of the dogs. The bar and cafe offer delicious food and drinks.I was extremely pleased!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Dog-friendliness: The staff is right there if there's any potty issues or rough play!!!!!Picnic area: The outdoor area is awesome. Can't wait to return and have the fire pit burning!!!!!!!“
“I love the ambiance at this place. It's great for both date nights and/or group fine dining experience. My favorite is their Salsa sampler/flight. Food and drinks are a bit on the pricey side but I'd say it's pretty worth it. Great service too.“
“I was planning a bachelor party and looked up top rated gentleman’s clubs in downtown Minneapolis. Ricks was the first club to pop up, so we made a reservation and decided to try it out. WOW!!!The service was top notch. The girls were on a different level.I felt like a VIP from start to finish.Truly an unreal experience and I will be back but this time without all the boys ?. What an awesome experience!“
“Throw back to an earlier time! This place is fun for every age. People who grew up in the age of arcades are in for some fun nostalgia, and the kids love the new experience, too! Service is great, and the food is your average bar food. All in all, it was a fun night.“
“Dined at Stanley’s before a Timberwolves game and had a decent experience. Service was simple and to the point, so it wasn’t anything special. Ordered boneless wings that came out steaming but we didn’t receive happy hour pricing despite being there well before happy hour ended. Diet Pepsi was lacking syrup so tasted a bit stale or flat. Overall I would give them another visit but wouldn’t expect anything above average!Parking: Small lot connected onto building, probably 10-12 slots. Additional overflow parking is available across the street.“
“Nice place. There was not a long wait. The prices are reasonable about the same as other food in the area but perhaps larger portions. Tried the kitfo and it was good. There was a man sitting at the bar speaking extremely loud to the employees that was a little annoying but nothing serious.. I hope to try other “
“Food is always very good. They do struggle when you ask them about allergies. One day a server will say the tomato basil soup has meat broth then another day a different server says it does not. For the record it does not.Vegetarian options: Be careful if you can't have meat as many servers do not have accurate information what has meat broth or not.Dietary restrictions: You may have to ask more than once about allergy concerns. Maybe ask more than one server.“
“Seafood or chicken. We chose chicken. Glad we did. Revival....never been. End result......going again. We had the chicken plate. 'tizer of the best GD cheese curds ever. ( I'm from MN, That's saying something.) Mashed potatoes were awesome. Something added to them, don't know but very tasty. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. I went mild but the hot version looked and smelled out of this world. EMMA our server and the staff supporting her were top notch. They had $5 bottles of the Champagne of beers. St. Paul cartoon bear tall boys for $7Parking: Parking lot is on north side of building. Parking for 10 maybe. Parking on Nicollet Ave was open. If you're coming from NE, take the #11 bus. Stops right in front.“
“Awesome place! Cool, upscale vibes yet we still felt comfortable in jeans and casual clothes. The menu had a nice variety of items - our server recommended a few things that we enjoyed (except one).My daughter and I shared the prosciutto and burrata pizza - sooooo delicious! It was a little heavy on the arugula for our taste, but once we removed some of that it was a delicious pie! My daughter said it may have been one of her favorites ever! We also shared a Caesar salad - standard. My husband really enjoyed the skillet lasagna, but the portion was actually on the small side. Our only slight disappointment was the Philly sandwich. The menu didn’t have a description, so her only ask was no onions. When it arrived it was like loose meat with a bland orange cheese on top, in a standard hoagie roll. Not a ton of flavor. She had the garlic mashed as a side and it also left her feeling meh - not a ton of flavor and the texture almost felt like instant potatoes? Weird. Our server was really great and fun,We would definitely return if we’re in the area again - maybe to try a few other pizzas!“
“It's a bowling alley... It's a restaurant... It's a little theater that has live performances... But most of all, it's a fun place to hang out with family and friends! Food is actually really good and the people who work there are warm, inclusive, and all around good peeps.“
“Great place for live music. Small main floor area with a balcony on all three sides. Sound system was very clean and the volume was not over-powering. Staff were all friendly. Drinks were good. Small food menu with decent burgers. Would definitely go back for more music! Parking is a little tricky. The instructions and app required for the ramp had several people confused. But that's not The Green Rooms fault!“
“The blues music dive bar of Minneapolis! Good bar food, great service, friendly patrons. Have had some pretty grumpy bartenders in the past (YEARS ago) but no bad experience now. The renovations are great - feels more open and brighter inside.I'm a huge fan of bar "pork tenderloin" sandwiches and couldn't resist ordering one during my last visit. It was really just a deep fried pork chop on a bun. Very delicious but not an actual pork tenderloin.Note: it is very loud when the band plays, do not go for a date night and expect to carry a conversation.NA option: Heineken 0.0“
“I've come to Earl Giles a few times and the interior has always blown me away. I love the combination of greenery and urban influence. Service is usually fine, sometimes it's a little slower than I'd like but that's usually only if it's super busy. The servers I have had were always polite though so it was never an issue. They have fun drinks and great menu staples. If you like mushrooms then I recommend you get "A Good Trip" pizza - it is phenomenal!“
“My wife and I came in on Monday before a show at the Fillmore. We had happy hour drinks and appetizers, along with entrees and dessert. Everything was wonderful. Hannah was great and if I remember correctly, Christian was the bartender. He made us very well balanced cocktails for 3 hours. My last drink was the chili rum punch. I pulled Hannah aside to get the ratios for the cocktail it was that good. I was taken back when she said it wasn't as popular as some of the other cocktails. That's a perfect patio cocktail and one that I'll try to recreate with my staff for this spring/summer. The only thing I will reccomend or suggest and it's maybe just a preference. For the crab cake appetizer, instead of placing the crab cake on top of the jalapeno tartar sauce,(which was delicious). Think about placing the sauce on the side and not underneath. It just seemed like there was way more tartar than needed. But like I previously stated, could just be my preference.“
“Great Minnesota classic dive bar with excellent vibes, chill but attentive service, music was just the right volume and cool tunes to boot. We all got burgers with cheese and fries, buffalo wings to share, a pitcher of beer. Beer was cold. Burgers were tasty. Salty, messy, and great pickles. I thought the meat was a little dry though and the price point (after adding cheese and fries) is little high but finding a burger with cheese and fries for less than $15 is hard these days! The fries were incredible. The wings were unexpected. The sauce a touch sweet, maybe a little citrusy? I really liked it. The sauce was piled high with fresh blue cheese and was creamy and herbaceous. I'll be back again for sure. Gotta give that bucket of chicken a try.Vegetarian options: Veggie patty made in house to swap in for any burger. Also a mushroom melt, deviled eggs, and nachos.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of gluten free options or swapsKid-friendliness: Very family friendly. Both in vibe and meal options.“
“Ate here with my son for the first time and had the Cajun rubbed wings. These are heavily breaded btw (super yummy if u like that, I love grilled and thought it was that because I was hangry lol) my son got the juicy Lucy or something but omg it looked ah-mazing and I rarely eat ?!!??? loved the staff, loved my server, saucy blond minx who is also a bar-tendress, and was a hoot n’ a half☺️✨ I will be back! Normally I just walk by as I walk my dog with my cigar in hand and smile at the joyous vibe that creeps out onto the street outside. That’s a great restaurant when you have that going on.☘️??? Walkability: If you have to park up near davannis or the mortuary it’s a short walk.Food & drinks: The servers and bartenders were shaking and making and giggling with regulars. I loved it. just ask them what’s good or look (or sniff lol) and they will tell you. It’s easy to see that nothing looked short of rockstar!“
“Everything was awesome - the games the staff and price to get in was fair for unlimited old school gamingOnly thing I would complain about at all would be the failure to accept cash.I do understand that - it reduces the possibility of theft however - cash is still good for all debts and tender public and private and it is very uncool to not accept cash for goods and services.“
“You walk in into a small yet inviting waiting area with a small bar. If you got the pre drink package, you get a small menu of crafted cocktails or you can ask the bartender to make your own. After your introductory drink, they take you to the dining area which is a U shaped are with the kitchen in the center. You get an amazing experience from start to finish with 7 to 11 courses; you won't leave hungry. The wine pairing is carefully selected for a perfect match to each dish. The food is TOP NOTCH. They way the flavors come together in your pallet is really an experience you need to have for yourself.“
“The best BBQ. Bar bingo on Sundays!!! I couldn't tell you what I had . My son works there and I left it up to him to order for me. It was perfect the flavor was on top. EVERY BITE WAS BETTER THAN THE LAST!!! you will Enjoy it!! Tell Eli his mom sent you!!! Check out Sundays !!!! Im trying that for sure. Im not sure if they always have Sunday brunch but im diing to try. And Will Easter Sunday!!! Call first. It might be reservations only. Enjoy! I know you will.“
“I had their food when it was catered for a work event. Absolutely phenomenal!!! I went back today to order on my own. I got the ribeye sandwich. mac n cheese and loaded chips.Sandwich -- AMAZING!!! Small, but also a decent piece of steak, so you kind of have to expect that. I'd definitely order it again!!!Loaded chips -- not so good. See pic.Mac n cheese -- just ok. I'm really, really picky about Mac n cheese. My fav is whalburgers. Most people will love this! Can't wait to go back and try other things. Have to say.. the owner is just a delightful person and the product is VERY good. Try the green goddess dressing. You won't regret it!!!“
“Super fun bar and bowling alley! We came here with a couple of friends on a Thursday night to hit the lanes and grab some dinner. Food was decent, pretty standard bar fare. Service was a little slow, but it was packed so that might not be the norm. It was great that you can put your name on the list for Bowling while having dinner. It speeds up the process.Bowling prices are great! I like that it’s per person per game and not timed like a lot of Alleys are doing these days.“
“The place doesn't look much from the front, but the atmosphere is actually quite nice once you walk down the hallway (passing the glass wall behind the bar) and into the main restaurant. On warmer days, the patio looks like it would be an excellent place to hang out. The main part of their menu looked like a build-it-yourself type of thing. Pick tacos, burrito, quesadilla, etc. Then you can pick your protein, style, and sauce. I ended up choosing a Burrito Bowl with Carnitas Street Style. The food tasted great. It was obviously made with fresh ingredients. I was surprised later when I looked at the menu again and saw that it cost me an extra dollar to get the Burrito Bowl, thus saving them the tortilla. I wish the waiter would have mentioned the up charge, although I probably would have gotten the bowl anyway. As I do at most Mexican restaurants -- well, all restaurants -- I got an unsweetened iced tea. Much to my surprise, they charge for tea by the glass. No refills. Again, mentioning this when ordering would have been helpful. Personally, I have trouble paying $4 for iced tea in my at Starbucks... but at least I get free refills. Here, the glasses were much smaller, and again, no refills. At least the tea here tasted good. They checked me out tableside using ApplePay, which was nice. I didn't get an itemized bill. And I'm not quite sure if they tacked on a gratuity or not. Unlike normal, they didn't turn the POS terminal around and ask me to enter a tip amount. Bottom line... not sure if I will go back or not. The food was good. So was the atmosphere. The food was reasonably priced. What may keep me away is that each tiny glass of ice tea (tiny, by my standards) is $4.“
“I eat here a lot, and I love the food, prices, and service. I have an account, so I often get free food using the loyalty points. They have great vegan options as well.Vegetarian options: Falafel or quinoa can be substituted for any of the meals. They also have vegan options.“
“This restaurant is great. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful with our questions. The atmosphere is great! They have 3 levels in their restaurant including a speakeasy style atmosphere in the basement. The food was delicious, bringing french inspired options to the area in a fresh way.“
“A beautiful venue with unique drinks, but our experience was exceptional thanks to our server Hailey J. She was so professional, recommended drinks specific to our likes, and took the time to get to know us. We will definitely be back because of this!“
“Im not a huge fan of chains, but for the Howe (and its sister restaurant, Stanley's) I'll make an exception. First, the bar is where it's at. Belly up for brunch and chat with Sam, your friendly neighborhood bartender. They've recently updated the brunch menu and have nailed everything! Im loving the Aerpa Benedict with sausage. Also, the changes to the sammies where you can build your own is perfect. Side note: you make think you want two, but you don't. You'll be splitting in two if you do. Finally, there new cheeses hash browns blow the old ones out of the water. Oh also, enjoy that all with a Grey Goose Greyhound or the Dragon Mary and that's how you start out a Saturday or Sunday morning.“
“This is a neighborhood staple that I’ve been enjoying ever since I moved here. Great food with a changing specials menu and affordable drinks! Plus tons of history. The bartender Connie is the best and knows everyone by name. Even the bus boy (Andy?) is always keeping the space clean and inviting. It’s a must in the Old Town area!“
“Volstead's is a fun place with great drinks, great music, and delicious food. However, the entree portions are very small for the price. The market fish entree for $22 included maybe 4oz of fish and maybe a quarter cup of rice pilaf. The cornbread for $14 was about 7 inches in diameter. The server was slow to refill waters and run food. Go for drinks and the music, but eat dinner first.“
“Jimmy's is the epitome of a neighborhood bar. Food is available, but it's certainly a drinking establishment. Bartenders who know their stuff and talk to both regulars and newbies on their downtime. Order their famous cocktail: the Bullfrog!“
“Thank you so much to the BLVD staff, especially amazing Amanda, for accommodating our large group today. Food was great, service was perfect. Thank you for helping us celebrate my mom's milestone birthday - it was a very special afternoon. Five stars!“
“In love with the vibe of this place, it is dark and rustic with light wood, velvet upholstered seating, and minimal decor. The feel is a bit pretentious, but not off putting in my opinion. The food is mostly small bites and a couple sandwiches, and the wine and drinks menu is fairly priced and thoughtful.I got the olives and pickled vegetables, and the eggplant red pepper dip with crudités. The picked veg was great- crunchy carrots, cauliflower and other veg pickled to vinegary perfection. The olives were big meaty Castlevetrano olives. For me things went downhill with the dip and vegetables. The dip was sweet and spicy, but the assortment of vegetables was not my cup of tea. I didn’t touch the celery or the green onion (was I supposed to eat that on its own..?) The cooked mushrooms were good and the quality of the vegetables were great, but I should’ve asked what veg was included before ordering. Also, a bit of bread included with this would be a nice addition, without needing to order it separate and pay extra. The apricot old fashioned was okay- a tad sweet up front and bitter on the end. I was happy with it but it is on the sweeter side.Overall I did enjoy Dutch Bar. 2 small plates and 2 drinks were about $50 and they do add a hospitality service fee, but such is the current climate when dining out.I will also mention there was a strong smoky cooking smell in the place. However, I am eager to visit again and try out a few other items!“
“This place is so cool. My friends and I are able to play classic console games and modern console games in a chill environment with great food and drinks. They also have open tournaments for smash bros and other fighters. The staff is amazing, super friendly.Parking: At MOA, no issues finding parkingKid-friendliness: This place is great for kids and adults. Parents will love being able to share gaming with their kidsWheelchair accessibility: Location has an elevator“
“Whiskey was fantastic, and I didn't think it was overpriced, as many have claimed. It's the same at any other whiskey or scotch bar, and Gori even allows you to do half pours, which is very nice. Aside from straight whiskey, the Old Fashion was one of the best I've had, very unique and balanced. They do add an extra 20% charge, but they didn't even give us the option of tipping, so that's your tip. Environment is very small but wonderful. I would live there if I were rich.“
“Great atmosphere, lovely service, yummy pub food and pull tabs...what's not to love? We had the pleasure of experiencing this neighborhood gem during our visit to Minnesota. We ordered chicken wings and shared a ruben sandwich. Yum to the yum! Our waitress, Taylor, was absolutely lovely. She was constantly moving, tending to everyone. Plus we had the pleasure of getting to chat with the other patrons. Everyone was super cool.“
