Aaron was so helpful and attentive, I noticed how great he was with co-workers too, training a new employee, giving constructive feedback, all while handling a rush of customers... he was an all-star! “Before I start: I’m not lost on the fact that writing a sandwich shop review of this length might seem sort of odd. But I think the people who work here deserve some public praise for the great job they do.

This particular Erbs location is the best I have visited in many years. If you’re looking for what a fair-priced franchise sandwich shop lunch spot is supposed to be, walk in here. I feel like I’m transported back to the mid-2000s before complacency and worker shortages hurt quality across the industry.

They absolutely nail their French bread, which has a thin golden outer crust and is fluffy and white inside. This has been consistent over years of lunches here. The sandwiches are always well constructed and balanced, never sloppy or soggy. The staff are really nice and fast too.

These should be basic expectations of a lunch spot, but with how a lot of these shops have slid over the last decade, the quality really shines here. This place is run by great workers.“

“Subway was great. The property own sucked. After eating I was on my phone in my vehicle he approached and told me to leave. The phone conversation lasted 7.35 minutes. I even showed him the cup and cookies I still had. He said loitering is not allowed cannot just sit out here. Leave or the cops will be called. The guy was a dick.“

“It was way too hot to Cook so we Went and picked up Potbelly!! I ordered a Turkey with Provolone,on whole grain.it was Amazing!!The bread is a crusty bread I Absolutely love!!! I also ordered a bowl of the loaded potato soup...Really good !! Very hard to choose, they have so many good options. “I ordered a footlong multigrain wheat sandwich with eggs and cheese loaded with veggies on it and it was perfect. Very filling and I appreciate the coupon offers mailed out/ available in the app too. The oatmeal raisin cookies are yummy too! Friendly service here and the store was clean too.

“I’ve been hooked on Charley’s for about 2-3 years now. I first discovered them 2-3 years back. I had just finished visiting the petting zoo they have at the Maplewood Mall that I’d also highly recommend. I grabbed Charley’s for lunch & I’ve been a faithful returning customer ever since. I had some today & like clockwork it did not disappoint. Only thing I’d tell people to watch for is they rotate new items on & off the menu. So today they have a Mexicali I’ve gotten in the past that wasn’t available today. Still tasty what I did decide on just not what I initially intended on eating.“

They are knowledgeable about the app and go above and beyond with their customer service.The food line is always perfect! Visually exciting, orderly and presentable. It is so hard to walk past this location because the smell of the baking bread is intoxicating. Sometimes I find myself lured in by the delicious smells, and I am never disappointed in either the product or the service.This location is open Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM.

“I was at subway after daylight savings time and the place was packed with kids before 11. The staff did a great job keeping up with the extra business and keeping a fantastic attitude. It looked like Nate was opening the restaurant alone and did a great job with the unexpected early rush. You have a great staff here!“
