“Honestly, really flavorful and unique food for a decent price. Google says $50-100 but for our table, we were closer to $30/each for entrees. Alot of options as low as $15 though. And the burger is a super good deal for the money ($16), it's super cheesey and fantastic. I will be back!“

“We had a fabulous dinner with another couple. Food was great, table was great, service was very good. Disappointed that no staff told us that 26% charges were automatically included. My fault for not inspecting the itemized bill closer i would have expected staff to share that a 21% gratuity was already included (not to mention an additional “administrative “ fee was also included) before I added an additional 20% gratuity.“

“Very quiet at 12:30 on a Friday. Service was good, as server recognized we were busy talking and no pressure to order and get going! Personally I had the Baja fish tacos. Very good but more cabbage/slaw would have been nice. Otherwise very good! Everyone seemed to enjoy their lunch.“

“-Vinai MN- My friend and I wanted to try Chef Yia's restaurant due to being homesick and wanting hmong food. We were met with such great service and sat where we could see the work area. Chef Yia was so kind and started us off with a complimentary appetizer, rice Curry balls. We ordered and the food came so fast. As soon as I took a bite, my eyes started to get teary because it tasted like food from home. I started fanning myself to not cry which Chef Yia saw and asked if the food was too spicy. We then started to explain that we were not from MN and were feeling a bit homesick and how the food reminded us of home. Chef Yia then said, here let's do this. He returned with a pot of beef soup that consisted of mushrooms, bamboo shoots, beef and green onion and white rice and shared that this dish was one of those dishes that we would eat at gathering and events. We we so shocked and so at loss with his kindness and compassion. We both took a bite and immediately lighted up. It tasted like my mom's cooking 💓. As we were nearing the end of our meal, Chef Yia told us not to stuff ourselves too full and surprised us with a complimentary dessert which further awed us. We were so lost at words for Chef Yia's kindness, generosity and comfort. We chose the Lava Cake and it was soooo good! I normally don't like sweets but we devoured this 😋. 1000/10 would recommend.“

“Just spent the most wonderful evening at Breva Bar & Grill! We had their pre fixe Thanksgiving dinner which included a turkey breast filled with stuffing, a fantastic sweet potato casserole, and green beans. We also were treated with the most incredible server, Dahlia. What an infectious smile and warm welcome. She definitely made out dinner fabulous. Can't forget the pumpkin cheesecake! Thank you, Dahlia and the rest of the Breva staff.“

“Amazing! We stopped here for our first time for pre-event drinks with our friends. We anticipated having one cocktail and being on our way, but were instead treated to something more akin to an experience! The GM greeted us and took our order and made sure we got to try more than just our drinks. A whole story about finding someone to re-tie my husband’s bow tie turned into a hilarious challenge for most of the staff. Even to the point that the assistant GM was going to drive to Von Maur while we finished our drinks (we declined..but wow). What kind of place does this!? Our cocktails were amazing, the charcuterie plate was delicious (the jam, honey, and cheese…just wow). But most of all, the staff made everything so memorable. We’ve never experienced anything like this! We will be back soon for a full dinner. Thank you for making our night so enjoyable!“

“Edit: I finally dined there. The food was fantastic, my wife loved the onion rings and the careful service that we were given. Burgers were great. Coleslaw was actually refreshing, and not mayo dumped. Matt and his staff gave us a wonderful time on New Years Day. I will be back, with a bottle of heinz which is a small complaint.

Edit: The manager was very very prompt in responding to my email in resolving this year. In prompt it was less than about 30 minutes when I reached out via email. Which is actually, pretty darn impressive nowadays to take responsibility instead of passing the buck. They get five stars now.

I made Christmas reservations only to learn less than three days before Christmas that they weren't actually open. Their site allowed me to make a reservation. I called them to confirm if they were closed as I found out not from them at all. They did confirm it, and then laid blame on my insisuating that since they've never been open for Xmas, I should of known. Okay, then tell that to your reservation page.Pathetic service right before the holidays.

Even after I called and said it was taken down. It's still up allowing others to book a reservation. I hope there ain't some family that shows up expecting a reservation thay never should of been placed.“

“This was my first visit, but will NOT be my last! Wow! The food was delicious. We had the date night menu, which included an alcoholic beverage or mocktail, salad, appetizer, main course, and dessert. I assumed that we'd have small portions given the modest price. I was pleasantly surprised by not only the portions, but the quality of the food. The server was delightful, and the ambience was perfect. What a perfect dining experience before attending the theater. I highly recommend NOA.“

“We had Crave do another one of our yearly April Gala + Award Shows. This year they did our open bar at Union Depot's Red Cap Room in St. Paul. They were EXCELLENT! The bartenders were personable and professional. They provided a signature cocktail for our event that was great. Having them at our event was exactly what we were looking for and they executed it perfectly. Five Stars.“

“With a location on the second floor and the up escalator being out of service... getting there was a little tricky. Tables are a little too close together in spots, making it seem louder and more crowded than it really was. Service however was very good, and very quick to deliver drinks and food. Signature wild rice soup was slightly over salty, and was reminiscent of standard canned or frozen wild rice soup. For the cost, I kind of wanted and expected more. The starter salad was fantastic. It comes in two sizes and I went with the smaller plate - which was huge. Well balanced and delicious. I wish there would have been an option to add a protein but I'd get this again regardless. My companion had the smash burger which looked great, and the fries are pretty decent. Something tasted off however and unfortunately, smelled a bit off as well. (Came down to the cheese). They were very quick to replace the food (sans cheese) and I'm told the burger was much better. :). For a downtown restaurant the prices are pretty decent and they certainly have the timing down. Not my favorite but a solid choice“

“Every valentines day my husband and I try a new steak restaurant. We love steak amd I couldnt cook it

In 2021 we could not go out for steak due to covid. Sample room had a take and bake meal with clear instructions. It was a great meal with baby steaks and veggies etc. But since that day I am not afraid to cook steak because of the precise instructions. They gave me what I needed.

It's now 2024 and I rock at cooking steak.

Good food, but wasn't particularly memorable.

Firecracker Shrimp
Crunchy, soft and well-cooked. Sauce was like orange chicken but spicier and tangier. Came out a bit cool since I timed it with my entrée. Good if you want salty-sweet shrimp, but I wouldn't reorder.

Margherita Sushi
A fun twist with lime and Tajín! Tart and savory. Enjoyable, but a one-time try.

Chicken Wings
Crispy, flavorful, and a great size. Juicy meat, cooked perfectly. A definite reorder.

Smoked Manhattan
Smoky, smooth, and delicious. The "crave" ice cube was a cool detail.“

We were all in one area, but people were moving around alot, lots of food and drink orders... everyone was happy with the efficient service and the food was great!! “Well, let's see. I thought it was going to be like a sit-down, relax restaurant. Take your time. Might take a little while for your food to come out. Our server, Ashley, was nice. Quick to come take our order, quick to offer a refill when the beverage ran out. Our meals came out so quickly, though. It felt like not even 20 minutes went by after we placed the order and BAM meals arrive. They must've read my order incorrectly. I said no bleu cheese and it came out with bleu cheese. They brought it back and then like 20 minutes later, brought me a new plate. It looked like they just scraped the side dishes from the original plate to the new plate. They were cold where the extra butter I ordered didn't even melt. The waffle fries on my wife's plate, in my opinion, were cold or old. Wife said they were fine. Service was great! Ashley provided a little discount since they messed up my order. Food on the other hand, felt more like a quick service restaurant versus a sit-down, relax restaurant. No offers for dessert. I didn't even see a dessert menu or on the main menu. This really wasn't the best experience, but not the worst experience. I only recommend Clive's because Ashley was so quick and friendly. For the rest, no I would NOT recommend Clive's.“
