“This restaurant has such a nice ambiance and peace about it. I loved the atmosphere and the waitresses and waiters were phenomenal. However, for me the food was presented well, but a bit bland for my liking thus the 3 stars. Overall a nice place to try.Parking: There is plenty of free parking on the lot. It also sits on a joining lot with a hotel. Also a nice amount of handicap parking in front of the entrance.“

“We have been trying to get in for months, maybe even years. Yesterday my friend got a notice (from being on the waitlist) there was a table and she was able to get one. And we were thrilled. We got there early, and since we have never been the 4 only bar seats actually aren’t for a bar. So we were turned away to just have a drink. But this was completely on us, and it fully say bar is first come first serve and they we’re very nice about it. We just didn’t know how strict that was. So we went next door for a drink and came back promptly for our reservation.Well let me say this place is worth the wait. Easily one of the best restaurant in St Louis. Our server Mike was amazing. He gave great drink recs and sold every dish with his descriptions. Everything was more than perfect. The food, the staff, the ambience. It all makes perfect sense why this place is jammed. I only hope we can get on the list sooner than later, but we will be trying. 10 out of 10!! Keep it up Wright’s Tavern!!Parking: Easy to find free street parking after 5, but could see how busier days may be more limited.“

“This is a GREAT neighborhood restaurant! Great ambiance in the front room! Very good wine list; we thoroughly enjoyed the Manzone Gramolere Barolo. The food was excellent, and the portions quite large on the Chicken Marsala. One of the specials was Divers Scallops on a bed of risotto, and the scallops were perfectly done. Service after the entree could have been more attentive.“

Our family went there for brunch so had both the brunch & lunch menus available to us - the empanadas that we treated as starters were phenomenal and so many choices for the mains. “Our server Josh (yes, coincidence) nailed it. Attentive but not overbearing. The cocktails were a hit too, and I'd recommend the Apple Bottom Jeans and the Violet Mojito.My wife and I stuck to small plates as we weren't in the mood for large plates. The lobster roll was out of this world, and while it looks small, they manage to pack so much delectable lobster into it. The pork belly was also incredible though it was light on the amount of pork belly in it. The spam fried rice was really good. The chili flakes elevate the entire plate, but if you don't like spicy food, I might suggest you get something else. Finally, the cheddar biscuits...they weren't very good. They were a bit tough, not fluffy, and were portioned in a way that made them awkward to eat (too tall). I would not recommend the biscuits. But overall, great experience, 4.5/5.“

“Had a post marathon family lunch here today and my god, it's so good!! Restaurant is very nice and very clean. Food was incredible!! Portions are huge and so so good! “We went there at around 7:50pm. We didn't have any reservations and the wait time was 45 mins.When we finally got our table the wait time for food was minimal. We started with freshly baked soft bread while waiting.The food was delicious. Capellini alla Zia was my favorite followed by Cannelloni. The server was very nice and attentive.The ambience was nice but too loud, lol ?I suggest book a reservation if you want to avoid long waiting time.“

We started with the ahi tuna appetizer and it was delicious but a little small I had the mussels as my entree and they were the best I've had in a very long time. the butternut squash salad was perfect and light. “Katie was ex exceptional. She tomed her visits to the table well, and anticipated refils without disrupting the conversation. She answered questions with ease. Her timing was impeccable. “Can be a little loud when they are busy. Food is good and you get lots, won't leave hungry.Parking: Depending on how busy they are, sometimes parking is not great. Restaurant shares parking with a convenience type store/sandwich shop, and I believe a laundromat around the corner.“

“Have been going here for years but last night's service and food was beyond any experience we have ever had. I commented on their Facebook post about a dessert and how awesome it would be to try the next night when we were there. They set one aside and put it with our reservation! That is about the highest level of service I have ever experienced at any restaurant. Jamie is an amazing host and I will make sure to request his section every time we make a reservation. He has been our host the last couple times and just goes above and beyond for all his guests. Cannot say enough great things about every experience we have had here.“

However, they never even made eye or greeted me upon arrival, or after sitting down. Make sure you initiate it or you may be "waiting to be seated" for awhile lol.“

“Really nice place inside. Don't know what the bar looked like because we didn't go in. I have heard people say that it's pricey and of course it is because this isn't your average Mexican restaurant. The menu is small plate oriented and the menu ismore like a tasting menu. The food is higher end than all the other places and outstanding. I can't comment on their drink menu because I seldom drink when going out. I will say that the pricing seem to be a bit higher than most places which will account for a higher per person ticket if one has two or three drinks. Still, our total was $70 ore tip for 2 people including 2 beers.The wait time between "courses" is a bit long but not enough for me to really complain about. The staff were friendly dmv knowledgeable about the menu. It may not me a place we'll go to monthly but we will definitely be back!“

My family loves Ethiopian food and this is simply some of the tastiest, clean, and freshest you'll have on the planet. My kids loved the fresh fries and njera bread. The hot wings were on point too! We went two days in a row and plan to come as often as possible. The menu has everything you can imagine, even pizza, both veggie, pepperoni, and lamb, if you like. They came out to take my order at the curb ( told me the whole menu) then told me to park in the back and they brought me my order to go. IOrder the steak sandwich .
