“I have to say 100 out of 10 starts!!!!! A friend asked me if ive ever been, said never heard of this place. Well i ordered the 3 meat 3 side platter, got the burnt ends, brisket and ribs with beans, slaw and jazzy fries. Only thing I didnt really like was the slaw but everything else hands down was AMAZING!!!! The burnt ends just melt in your mouth, that jazzy sauce is addictive and they have a really good honey mustard as well. Also got the friend mushrooms, they use portobello mushrooms and they are a 10 out of 10 with the in house made ranch...... I will be going back, and it has me wanting this place over Jack stack and I grew up on Jack stack.“

“This place is a hometown staple in Lees Summit. It’s been around forever because of the awesome food. I remember eating BBQ out front in the summer and inside in the winter. Small joint, big flavor. Excellent food.“

“One of the only places I will eat a steak that I didn't cook. Out of all the years eating here they have never over cooked a steak. I cant say that for the other steak houses in the area. Services is always perfect. Always one of my first choices when deciding where to eat.“

“Excellent food the meat was exceptionally seasoned and very tender I would rank there barbecue top notch I was truly impressed with the amazing flaver. the cracked pepper to season the meat is amazing its so good. im not a fan of the barbecue sauce but to me if the meat is tender seasoned well ya don't even need sauce this team has skills. The prices are fair and the food was arranged in the to go container so neat they took pride they were professional,kind we will be repeat customers“

“First timers and we loved it! The pulled pork sandwich was VERY good and don’t get me started on the carrot cake cookie. We met what we are pretty sure is the owner and he was so incredibly nice. We will definitely be back. Loved the atmosphere of it also.“

“Zarda Bar-B-Q is absolutely a taste of authentic Kansas City BBQ. The smoked meats (turkey and sausage) are super delicious and melt in your mouth. Not to mention the Premium (beef) or regular (pork) burnt ends. The burnt ends are the favorite among locals.
Zarda has two (2) locations, one in Blue Springs (my local location) and one in Lenexa, KS.
Check them out today and you will not regret the experience (drive thru or dine in) today!“

“We arrived at LC’s at 820 pm while traveling through on 435 and these portions are huge I had the burnt end beef tips huge portion! My husband had the beef bbq sandwich again huge double decker sandwich. Our daughter had the turkey bbq sandwich. We also had fries coleslaw and fried mushrooms. Needless to say we had a second meal in leftovers. Very friendly staff even while they were busy remained positive and engaged with the customers. First time Kansas City BBQ we are happy we ended up at LC’s!“

“We eat at texas roadhouse frequently and have never had bad service or a bad meal. Food and service has always been top knotch!! This day we went for dinner, and Brooklyn was out waitress. “The food is great. The service is great and best of all it's repeatable... I get top notch food and service every time. You really can't say that about most restaurants, especially when you're talking about barbecue.... And you've got to try the onion rings.. you can't go wrong with the ribs. Whether it's the beef ribs or baby back... The brisket and burn-ins are also really good and they have great sides.“
